Love the variety of class times they offer. You can easily get a workout in before or after work or if needed you can bring your kids to childcare while you get a sweat sesh in.
At Burn I am pushed for better results than when I try to do workouts solo at home. It isn’t cheap but I guess the cost makes me come so many days a week to make it worth the cost.
I enjoy working out with everyone but be warned I’m more of a fist bump gal than a high five girl. 🙂

Burn boot camp is the best thing if you really want to transform yourself. I have never been this fit in my life. Everyone are welcoming and the trainers are the best. I enjoy each and every class I go to at Burn Boot Camp Carmel because of the atmosphere, community feeling and the drive from the coaches to keep pushing myself to improve on my fitness. Not only has my fitness improved but my nutrition has as well. Between the amazing products they have in house and watching videos or reading posts on recipes the coaches make has helped change my nutrition over the last year of being a member. When I joined Burn Boot Camp I was looking for a gym that had more weights. It was a bonus that they had childcare. I did a free trial and loved it. I’ve now been with Burn for just over a year, and I’m not losing interest like I normally do after a year at a gym. I never dread going to a class, because the instructors and community are the best part of the gym. The instructors are not intimidating at all, but they also push you when they know you can lift heavier. Everyone knows your name and is very welcoming. If you’re looking for a gym that will help you reach your goals in a comfortable, fun environment Burn Boot Camp is for you! And bonus- they’ll watch your child while you work out, and they have showers!

I walked into Burn Carmel in August of 2021 as an out of state visitor. I was warmly welcomed and had a wonderful camp where I felt seen and was eager to come back. Fast forward to August 2023 when I relocated to Carmel and joined immediately. The best part is that Burn gets better and better each day. I am inspired, encouraged, and challenged and the community is like no other. I look forward to Burn and it has become my happy place. I love Burn!!

I've been to several gyms / fitness studios in the area, and this is by far my favorite. The camps offer a lot of variety, both strength and cardio, targeting all areas of the body. The trainers are positive and energetic, but will also challenge you. They also provide any modifications needed for injury / limitations. Not only does Burn challenge your fitness, you can also have 1 on 1 meetings with the trainers to go over nutrition or form.

I have been at burn for almost 2 years and love the variety of strength vs conditioning workouts and that not one workout is the same EVER! Trainers are knowledgeable and know when to push you. I joined Burn for a strength training regimen to compliment my training for long distance triathlon and running and am so glad I did. I can honestly say that my recent personal successes in the marathon and 70.3 are attributed to consistency in the gym.

I LOVE BURN! I’ve done this workout when I was at my peak fitness ability, postpartum and pregnant. I love that it’s accommodating while still challenging for me in any season I’m in. I was most attracted at first by the childcare and it’s been the best amenity for helping me stay consistent while still being a mom. I’ve tried at home workouts, at a local community center and at other studios since being a mom and haven’t been as successful due to lack of childcare. The childcare team is very trustworthy and amazing! My favorite thing about burn is the community. I’ve met people that are more than faces working out next to me but have become friends I do things with outside the gym on a regular basis.

I love Burn. I’ve been doing burn for almost 3 years and it is the best thing I’ve done in my life. I was a very heavy person in the past and after all of my hard work I’ve lost over 60 lbs. I originally thought the price for membership was too much but if you actually attend and try to go each day it’s offered it’s worth it. Health is wealth, and I can say from first hand experience it works! The trainers are also amazing, and the staff that greets you when you walk in are always friendly. They also have focus meetings inbetween the classes that allow you to have a 1-1 with a trainer to set fitness goals and keep track of your improvement. Definitely worth the money if you ACTUALLY go and it will be the best investment you’ve ever done!

The trainers at Burn Boot camp are top-notch. They are not only highly knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly motivating. They push you to your limits in a positive and encouraging way, ensuring you get the most out of every session.
The variety of workouts offered is outstanding. Each day is different, which keeps things exciting and prevents monotony. Whether it's high-intensity interval training, strength training, or circuit workouts, every class is designed to target various muscle groups and boost overall fitness. I love how they tailor the exercises to accommodate all fitness levels, so everyone feels included and challenged at their own pace.
Overall, I cannot recommend Burn Boot camp enough. It's a fantastic place to work on your fitness goals while being surrounded by a supportive and inspiring community. Burn Boot Camp Carmel rejuvenated my fitness regimen and added so much more than I expected. Prior routines would see me logging miles on a treadmill at a large scale gym or trying out any of the several other boutique style gyms close to home. This place is built different! You may think that Burn is just for Women, but once you fellas try it for yourself, you'll find that there are many Burn Bros across all fitness levels! Coming off of a fractured leg, one of the greatest features is the "floating floor" - essentially, a padded gymnastics-type floor that is easygoing on your joints! The child watch is a game changer, allowing for me to have more flexibility to get a workout in, while bringing the kids along for the ride. The best surprise to me was the community that you feel and develop with the coaches, staff, and other members. There's truly no place like it!

I moved here from out of state and left a very good fit family in Ohio. I didn’t know if I would be able to replace the energy and comraderie in Indiana. Burn Bootcamp has been the answer. I’ll admit I was apprehensive when I started. I’m a skeptic and wasn’t really sure I wanted to commit to a membership for something that I would inevitably lose interest in. I remember thinking this probably isn’t the right time in my life because of my kids. A friend got me in the door and because they have childwatch, I had no excuse. The change I have seen goes deeper than any picture I can show. Adding these workouts to my routine has cleared out some of the mental weight that has been built up. It feels lighter as I feel stronger. The trainers obviously love what they do and are very motivating, The workouts are challenging but always manageable. Burn has been the biggest blessing for both my mental and physical health. I've had two babies within the last 3 years and put on 20 pounds from my new role as mom. Finding time for myself was hard. I have tried many gyms (including ones with childcare that I wasn't comfortable leaving my kids at), but Burn has all that I was looking for. The classes are offered throughout different times of the day, the childcare center is clean and trustworthy, and the community is welcoming and non-judgemental. Whether you were once an athlete or never have lifted a weight before in your life, Burn is for you. I willingly attend the 5am class for the community of people who push me and hold me accountable, while also cheering me on for every new milestone I reach. There are a variety of people at various fitness levels so it never feels competitive. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. At the very least if you're considering a new gym, give the 7 day free trial a go. I promise you will love it!

This is the gym I’ve been looking for. The music is upbeat, it offers an amazing atmosphere, the routines are fun, and the fellow members are inspiring. You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no question. I haven’t been in a gym consistently since before Covid started. This gym feels like home the trainers are fun, enthusiastic and very encouraging. the workouts are always changing so it keeps everything fresh. My favorite part about burn so far however is how much they push community. This is not a cliquey gym everyone encourages each other and is so welcoming!

What a place. I joined Burn Boot Camp Carmel back in June of this year and it has been the best decision I have made in a long time. I was extremely out of shape and not healthy at all, but I immediately felt welcomed and accepted. All of the trainers and staff are amazing. Kristen, Ron, Rachel, and Lauren are the main trainers and they are fantastic at understanding your limitations, but still pushing you to be the best that you can be. Gabby and Hannah are the two front desk people that are also very welcoming and are great assets for understanding the ins and outs of the gym and helping you with any questions you may have. I don't have any kids, but Burn has a child watch area for your children while you are doing one of the workout classes. Every child seems to have an absolute blast in the play area and the child watch staff are always so friendly!
When it comes to the members that workout here... I can't say enough great things about them. All of the staff and members at this gym call themselves a family for a reason. No matter who you are training with, partnered up with, or meeting for the first time... They are always so friendly and inviting. You could walk into the gym during any camp, any time and see two people that could be on completely opposite ends of the spectrum in their workout experience training together and being extremely supportive and positive. Throughout each workout the trainers and people working out with you will be cheering you on and giving each other high fives. All positive, loving vibes, at all times.
As stated above, when I first started working out here, I was really struggling to keep up in the classes because of how out of shape I was, but the more I train here, the more steps I take towards a healthier lifestyle. Its simply a great feeling, so I highly recommend this gym to everyone. I don't care if you have been training for years or haven't trained at all in your life... You will thoroughly enjoy this gym and if you buy into the culture and commit to a fit and healthier lifestyle, you will see the results you want. The workouts kick your butt, but they are so worth it in the end!

I LOVE Burn! Burn changed my life for the better and has helped me get back into shape after years of having kids. Burn is the first gym I have experienced since becoming a mom that motivates me, provides a schedule of classes that works with my schedule and provides a reliable daycare my kids can come to. I am back to consistently working out. The trainers work with you with any limitations you have while pushing you to do your best. They focus on building a community that is positive and accepting. I am so thankful I made this addition to my life, it’s been impactful physically and mentally!

I can reiterate every positive comment that has already been made. In the past five months I am stronger and more confident in my strength than I've ever been.
I wanted to add how great the Burn trainers are at adapting every workout to EVERY person and their ability. I've had shoulder surgery twice in the past year and came to Burn after surgery #1. They modified each workout for what my shoulder could handle. When I came back a month after surgery #2, they talked with me about what I could/couldn't do, and continued to modify every exercise I needed (which was A LOT). Even with my limitations, the quality of the workout never lacked.
My surgeon and physical therapist both said how impressed they were with my progress and credited a lot of it to Burn/my workout regiment. Because of Burn, the first time I was allowed to do push-ups post surgery, I did multiple IN A ROW. More than I had ever been able to do even before my first shoulder surgery. My muscles post-surgery, doing modified workouts, were stronger than I'd ever been before and had me ready to take on every "challenge" my physical therapist tried to throw me.
The other amazing thing is the community at Burn. People noticed and checked on me when I was on my surgery break, and greeted me back when I returned. The whole time, I've never once felt embarrassed or judged using light weights (or even no weights) or being the "last one to finish". The Burn "Bros and Sisters" cheer me on and celebrate every little personal victory with me whether it's a new personal best or just showing up when I don't want to haha. They keep me accountable and continue to push me just as much as the trainers.
I am stronger, happier, and more confident than ever, and I credit it to Burn. Can't recommend this place and these people enough!

I started my membership at Burn Boot Camp Carmel with the 7-day trial. My partner Debbie had been encouraging me join and nearly had to drag me in for the the first class. I was out of shape at 60+ years and it showed. Fast forward 50 visits and I have lost over 25 pounds and 9% bodyfat. There have been days when I wanted to quit but trainers and members always encouraged me to take one more step, do one more curl, an extra burpee or hold for 10 more seconds. The hard work has paid off and I have become and I would highly recommend Burn Boot Camp Carmel to anyone who is searching for a transformation to a healthier life. Stop in and visit and take the first step to a better you. You will not make the trip alone.

I’ve only been at Burn for a couple months, but from the first time I walked through the doors I felt so welcome. You’re instantly part of a community when you hit the floor. The trainers truly give a mini “personal training session” in a group setting. They will work with you on form, push you to push yourself and of course throw out all the high fives and motivation throughout your workout.
After having my son, I was looking to get back into the gym and I was struggling with not being able to do the things I used to, Kristen helped me realize I need to meet myself where I am now, not where I was before. You truly don’t feel like you’re in it alone, you can do focus meetings to discuss nutrition, goals, form, modifications, really anything. I truly feel like anyone can meet their goals and be successful at Burn.
Burn also has free child watch, making it so much easier for me as a new mom!

I have to say, Burn is probably one of the best choices I have made in a long time. I have been to many places and doing the same workouts each day. You don't get that at Burn. You get something different and challenging everyday. The trainers, facilities manager and members are an amazing group. Some of the trainers will even make you work hard because they know you are capable of doing better for yourself. Who does that? Burn does that! If you are unsure, just do the a couple of workouts, you won't be disappointed.

Burn Boot Camp, Carmel is awesome! I have been attending Burn since the opening 2.5 years ago. I have always been an active person, and these camps always challenge me and I leave feeling stronger mentally and physically. The staff is top notch, the facility is always clean, monthly focus meetings and workshops are offered monthly, and the support is second to none. Do not hesitate for a second to walk in the doors of this gym!

I started at Burn almost a month ago when I felt absolutely desperate for something that could be just for me. As a mom and a therapist, taking care of others is a way of life these moments of self care are vital. I was also looking for some more people for my circle. I have been so pleased and already feel known and remembered. This is the first time that I have actually looked forward to working out - part of it is just the culture and format of burn, and part of it feeling supported to train as a gift to my body rather than a punishment.

Burn truly is more than a gym. Even before you walk in the doors, you are greeted by either a smiling trainer or a SUPER energetic burn ambassador Trainers are awesome and meet you right where you are. The members have been friendly and never hesitate to help out when needed. The classes are unique and you never feel like you have done that workout before…because you haven’t. I have been to many gyms in the area & Burn has by far become my favorite gym to visit. The coaches are amazing, the workouts are extremely effective, and the members are inspiring. I love how each day is dedicated to train one part of the body. In the three months since I have joined, I have noticed my muscles are more toned and my clothes are fitting much better (and I was previously working out 5 days a week at a different gym). Where to even start?! Burn boot camp is my favorite place 🤩 The workouts, the community, and the atmosphere won me over day one. I feel empowered, motivated and stronger than I’ve ever been. And after having two kiddos back to back that’s huge for me!
