Chill Yoga is less of a place (although they do meet at a location) and more of what Christine brings with her. Chill Yoga transcends the confines of a business model and is more of a way of life Christine continuously invites others into.
Chill Yoga is about community first and then practicing yoga to connect with one’s authentic self. Christine shared that class can look different every time and might include meditation, poses, breathing, laughter, philosophy, Ayurveda , or even chatting with some tea in hand.

Coming to yoga with Christine is the highlight of my week! It gives me a chance to take a break from everything and just be present. Christine creates such a welcoming environment, and it's exciting to be a part of such a cool community. I highly recommend Chill Yoga to anyone who's looking for a new studio -- Christine is great at explaining how to do things for seasoned and beginner yogis alike while emphasizing listening to your body!

I look forward to classes at Chill Yoga evey week. Christine does an amazing job of bring years of knowledge and dedicated study to her practice. When I first took one of her classes, it was an elective course in college that I thought would be a fun and stress free way to fulfill a requirement. Here we are, far after the semester is over and I still find just as much enjoyment as when I started!
The practice I have received at Chill Yoga has given me a healthy and well-rounded understanding of the art, and in turn, has provided me significant tools to strengthen both my body and mind! 10/10 Would Recommend!!!

I came across this studio while I was attending university at Purdue Fort Wayne and I was able to make a really good connection with the yoga instructor and she is a very kind kind soul that has true intent behind what she is doing. I recommend her to anyone.

Chill yoga- the name explains it all. This is the first yoga place I have felt at home. Christine is the best, she will become your friend, your mother, your shoulder to cry on. Every person I have been in class with has had a story and soon realizes they are not alone. It is more than yoga; it is a safe place, a place to be heard, a place to grow, a place to feel love.

Christine has changed how I view yoga. It’s been a breath of fresh air to walk into that space each week. The first yoga experience I’ve had that challenges me to slow down and listen to my body with such intention. A time each week for me release my need to accomplish and instead just “be”. I leave each time feeling more connected to myself and the universe. This place is for everyone. Blessed to have met Christine and experienced chill yoga.
