Really grateful for Club Pilates! The precision of the practice is astonishing. I’m grateful yo be guided by super knowledgeable instructors who make seemingly small adjustments that change everything. I love the feeling of dropping into the alignment in each posture and I love the creativity in usu g the equipment. Twice a week class is making for swift change in how I carry myself. I feel so much more awareness of muscle engagement now and can move back into alignment throughout the day. It’s only been ten sessions! I’m looking forward to more!

I’ve been taking classes here for about three months, mostly with Hamda and Alexandria, and they’re fantastic. I’ve already noticed big improvements in my flexibility and overall strength — I can even touch my toes for the first time ever in my life. I love this location and that’s due to the instructors and how well it’s managed by Eliza! These instructors continue to help me progress and have instilled a love of Pilates in me. When I started I wanted to strengthen my core and regain free mobility in neck/shoulders. I’ve gotten so much more from the staff including reduced stress, more energy, physical improvements, full-body improved strength, and friendship. I recommend for any level of Pilates!

It was a great experience. Instructor was very pleasant, facility was clean. I feel the impact of my free 30 minute session this morning. My tummy muscles feel really tight which is great! Just a little soreness on my lower back (upper tailbone). Softer cushions will help. I'm going back.

My physical therapist recommended I start Pilates for management of my back issues. At 48 I’ve never been to a gym or exercise class, so it was a little intimidating joining. Once I got a few classes in, I found myself really looking forward to my classes. The instructors offer clear instructions and although there are 12 stations, the lighting and set up offers a form of privacy where you don’t feel out in the open. My PT said he’d be happy if I did 3 months, but I’m past that goal and I don’t know that I will ever want to stop! I feel so much better!

As someone who hates to exercise, this definitely does not feel like your typical gym workout. The workout is fun and I wasn’t looking at my watch the entire time like I normally do. In fact, I was surprised when class ended because I was actually focused on the class and not just getting to the finish line! I definitely recommend giving this place a try, everyone from the receptionist, to the instructor and even the owner is super friendly and will answer any questions you have.

I joined Club Pilates 10 months ago to help with my lower back pain. The instructors always take my limitations into account and let me know how to modify my movements. I recently had a full body massage and I was asked what kind of exercise I do because the massage therapist said my muscles were very well developed. I’ve lost 25 lbs and definitely have a new body. Going to Club Pilates is challenging, yet so enjoyable!

I started Pilates at the end of July last year.(2024) I was having severe back pain and could not find an answer to relieve the pain that I was willing to accept. So why not try Pilates. I’m so glad I did. I can now get up in the morning without pain. This may not be the answer for everyone with back pain but it has been for me. I’m so glad that Club Pilates is in Fort Wayne. The instructors are wonderful. I cannot always do what they ask of me but they are always willing to tailor an exercise just for me if I’m struggling.

I ❤️ Club Pilates! The class schedule is actually turning me into a morning person and I have NEVER been a morning person. The 7 or 7:30 a.m. classes allow me to get my workout in & get to work on time. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. The studio is spacious and clean. Reformer pilates is so different from any other form of exercise I have ever done, it does amazing things for strength, mobility & flexibility while being low impact. My body + mind always thank me after a class.

I recently joined Club Pilates and I couldn’t be happier about my experiences there. This is my first time taking Pilates classes. The Owner and Staff are amazing and so helpful for a newbie. They take the time to give individual instructions so members can get the most benefit out of it. It is definitely a workout! Every muscle in my body gets a workout and it’s fun! I will definitely be a long time member. I like that there are classes for inexperienced members and also for experienced people. They also offer cardio type classes and stretching. There is something for everyone and all ages of people go there to get their workouts. I’m so glad I went for a trial session so I could see what Pilates is. I joined right away. Try a class! I think you’ll be glad you did and also join! The benefits are amazing!!

Love Ciub Pilates! This exercise is perfect for me as the professional instructors with their motivation make working out challenging yet fun. Joining this Pilates studio was one of the best decisions in 2024! I am familiar with Club Pilates having attended classes in California, so I was excited to see one open here. The classes have been fun and challenging, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is a great place to incorporate exercise if you have been injured as well. I hit 100 classes at the end of 2024 but I started seeing results well before that. My core is stronger, it is a great way to stretch and build more flexibility. I spend a few days a week lifting so Pilates helps with stretching out sore muscles and focus on other areas. I have done floor Pilates before but doing Pilates on the reformer is a game changer! If you are unsure what Pilates is all about take a free class and check it out!

Evy & Hamdah have instructed me so far and they both do a great job in their own unique ways. I appreciate classes starting on time and enjoy the nonstop flow of the 50min classes. I also like that you are always getting a full body workout and how they are detailed in explaining what we are doing, where we should be feeling our muscles activated and what we should do if we aren’t feeling the activation.
