I can’t say enough good things about this cheer and tumbling gym! We drive 45 minutes each way (out of our county) multiple times a week to be a part of the positive culture at CPE, despite there being closer cheer gyms for us. My daughter has always felt welcomed and appropriately trained every step of the way, despite having zero cheer experience when we first came to CPE 2 years ago. I can’t recommend Krea and her staff enough. They are wonderful with the kids and the positive, uplifting culture is just what these athletes need. Negativity isn’t tolerated, so if that’s your vibe, this isn’t the gym for you. 🩵🖤🤍

Columbus Power Elite is so much more than just a cheer and tumbling gym. It is a safe space where kids learn to work hard, spread kindness, and overcome obstacles as a team. Krea and the coaches are so supportive of all athletes that walk through those doors. As a mom, I couldn’t ask for a better place for my children to grow up in. We are forever CPE 💙

Couldn’t be happier with our experience at Columbus Power Elite!
The staff was friendly and professional from the start. We were greeted when we arrived, and the coaches took time to introduce themselves and explain how the class would run. I felt comfortable right away and, I felt reassured knowing exactly who was working with me. Love that they focus on both fun and safety!

We’ve had such a great experience at Columbus Power Elite!
From day one, the staff made us feel welcome. The coaches made me feel like my child was in good hands.
My daughter LOVES her class and talks nonstop about her instructors. The coaches are upbeat, encouraging, and do a great job keeping the class both fun and safe.
The communication has been great overall, we’ve gotten emails, reminders, and quick responses any time we had a question.
It’s clear that the team at CPE really cares about the athletes and the families. We’re excited to keep coming back!

Edit: Ironically, I received an email the night I posted this, despite previous communication delays. Instead of apologizing for my experience or addressing my concerns, she explained the class structure—something that should have been done upfront. She also insisted instructors always introduce themselves, even though they didn't to us AND another parent told me they still didn’t know their names after a year.....so? The owener then defended giving candy to the kids, completely missing my point—they never asked if it was okay. My review stays a 1. I would have changed it if their response had been reasonable or acknowledged my experience.

OG post: I wouldn’t recommend Columbus Power Elite due to poor communication, lack of organization, and safety concerns. As a first-time client attending a beginner class on the first night, I expected some structure—but there was no check-in process, no staff introductions, and no engagement with parents. My 4-year-old attended an entire class without ever knowing her 4 instructors’ names. Basic safety protocols, like introducing staff to parents and children, were completely absent.

To make matters worse, my child was given candy without my consent—something that should always be communicated to parents. Due to these concerns, we dropped the class immediately. While the facility has potential, it lacks fundamental organization and safety measures. Until these are addressed, I can not recommend this program.
