Meg is so knowledgeable and her classes are the most fun yet challenging pilates classes I've ever done. She explains things so well so even to a beginner, things feel very doable. That does not mean it is easy at all and I am humbled every time. But she offers plenty of modifications so anyone with any fitness background can get plenty out of her workouts!

Cute studio. I like the smaller class size. Perfectly placed mirrors to check your form. I really appreciate Meg’s instruction - she explains what muscles to use, where you should and shouldn’t feel the moves. She really knows her stuff and cares that you do the moves safely and effectively. I left feeling energized and accomplished.

I’ve been attending Meg’s Pilates classes for over 14 years, and they truly can’t be beat. Her energetic spirit, positive attitude, and extensive knowledge of physical therapy make each class incredibly beneficial. She tailors every session to the people in the room, ensuring proper form and technique so you get the most out of your workout without risk of injury. It’s clear she puts a lot of thought and effort into every class—from targeting specific muscles and intentional stretching to curating the perfect playlist. I highly recommend Meg and her Pilates classes to everyone!

Absolute love Meg, her classes, and this community. Not only has my body and strength improved significantly in the 4 months I’ve been taking classes, my confidence and willingness to push myself with Megs encouragement has been so impactful. Her knowledge and instruction on the body, muscles, posture, and breath has improved my lifting, running, functional movement, and overall health and wellness. I cannot recommend these classes enough!!

Meg is the best pilates instructor with a beautiful little historic basement studio right on the square! Meg's background is physical therapy, so her classes are focused on functional fitness and proper form. She has helped me alleviate some back pain by encouraging me to use proper posture and build my core muscles. Meg and her regulars are so kind and welcoming to new students too!
Classes are 1 hour long, and you will sweat!! I would describe the classes as vigorous/intense exercise, but not undoable even for the beginner (like me!). I brought my husband to a couple classes and he admitted I was tougher than I looked, that my exercise classes were harder than his! Just let Meg know you may need modifications if you have any injuries or limitations.
Meg's studio is in the same building as Noble optique. Come in the front door and go down the white stairs immediately to your left.

I stumbled upon Meg’s class about a month ago in the Mind Body app and I am hooked! Her classes are incredible. If I had the time, I would go everyday! Whether it’s mat Pilates or Pilates Circuit, you leave feeling rewarded and stronger. She’s an amazing teacher, quick to correct form and make sure you are really getting the most of your movement. The best is the people who attend the classes, they are so kind and motivating. It’s an absolutely wonderful environment!

She teaches from her PT background, so you always know not only what you're doing, but why.
