Pilates is so good for the body and mind. Couture has helped my aches and pains (from running) immensely. The instructors are amazing!! Kind, supportive, fun and totally judgement free. You come as you are! On a different note, my husband has found a love for pilates as well. It truly benefits all ages and bodies. Can’t recommend Couture enough!

Game changer in the way my husband and I can move This reformer machine can turn back time. Nothing works as well as this program. The ladies are wonderful to get u in shape. Our instructor said we are The Youngest Old People she knows after a year with her. Improved our pickleball game. Sooo glad my Dr told me to do this.

My husband and I have been doing private sessions with Anna and she is truly the most amazing instructor ever! We always look forward to our weekly session, and we love that she always challenges us to move in new ways that don't get boring and repetitive. All instructors are great, but we have a special appreciation and love for Anna!

I tried this out a few months ago on a beginner package deal they were running and fell in love with the classes. I’d always wanted to try reformer Pilates but was nervous. I’d never done a class like that, never been on a reformer, and really hadn’t done any structured workout classes in a while. Well, safe to say I haven’t missed a week since I started going. I love these classes. I wasn’t flexible and was nervous but took a few intro classes and have moved up. I’ve been taught by Joanna, Anna, Karly, and Michele, but I take most of my classes with Anna. I love her! She is encouraging, she takes the time to learn your name, helps with adjustments and doesn’t make you feel less than if there’s a move you can’t do. I look forward to my class every week, it’s truly the highlight of my whole week! If anyone i reading this and is curious about Pilates but has zero experience, I’m here to tell you this is the studio for you. Try it out, you won’t regret it. Since I signed up, I’ve convinced 3 more friends to take classes who love it too!!

I signed up for a promo pack to try out Pilates. Joanna is the owner and was also my teacher for the 5 classes I went to. I did 4 classes with the reformer machine and one of the Matt classes. It was great getting to experience the reformer machine, Joanna is a very patient and inspiring teacher. She does a great job with both new and experienced students.
The studio is very clean, stylish, and well put together. I enjoyed my experience and felt better after each session I went to. I would highly recommended giving this studio a whirl.

I had not attended a Pilates class in DECADES and was nervous about attempting a Reformer class with this body of mine. I'm so happy to say that the intro class instructor Michele has been incredibly welcome, kind, and patient. Most importantly for me, she is non-judgmental and eager to help all. The studio is squeaky clean and the equipment is in great shape. So happy to have finally taken the plunge on this great local studio!

The reformer classes at Couture Pilates are top notch. The instructors are kind, patient and create a positive and fun atmosphere to work out. The studio is bright and airy and they go above and beyond to make people feel safe in this time of covid. I highly recommend checking it out. I’ll admit, I was initially apprehensive about trying a group reformer class — so I did a duet with a friend first. Upon joining the group class I was pleasantly surprised at how fun it is and how easy it is to navigate the equipment (& they help:).

Todd Dickinson brings something unique to Indy. A seasoned therapist himself, he knows how to get the results you want all the while relaxing you.

Knowledgeable trainers that deliver a focused workout. Great option to mix in w other exercise routines. Highly recommend - especially for those coming out of an injury - or as a preventative measure to strengthen the stabilizing muscles that keep the rest of the body in balance.

This is an excellent studio. The teachers are extremely well-trained and experienced - and regularly engage in continuing education to keep their technics updated. They can teach rehab and how to better cope with chronic diseases, like Parkinson's, osteoporosis, arthritis, etc, through body and core strengthening, balance improvement and flexibility. PIlates is taught mostly on reformers or chairs, and supplemented with Z-health and brain exercises by some instructors. They have helped with my functional recovery from a broken ankle; straightened me out after long haul flights, and strengthened my core for singing, as well as how to cope with choral risers and avoid fatigue! Highly recommend the studio.
