I ended up canceling my membership. This gym was constantly in a state of filth, with the mens room being neglected for days at a time. Filthy toilets and floors, trash overflowing, people shaving and leaving their hair all over the place, and the same nasty toilets not being cleaned for days. It was overcrowded, with patrons taking long breaks between sets on machines and refusing to let you do a set while they rest for 5 minutes on said machine. Weights were scattered about, and people frequently were not re-racking their plates when they moved on from a machine. They have a good app to help you plan workouts, and they are open 24 hours on weekdays, but I can't really find anything else good to say about this gym. It just wasn't for me.

The people working the desk didn't know how to activate a membership using my insurance. Only management could do it. I had to wait 2 days for one to come in. I asked the young man if they had a NuStep or similar and he didn't know what that was. I believe other Crunch has them. I stopped the rest of the tour because I felt rushed and the guy wasn't really into it.
I'll stay at the YMCA.

I have a 7 day trial and I went today for the first time to check. The gym and the tanning beds.
Everything is super clean and the staff is Super friendly . The tanning beds are very good ones , and as a bonys they have this hydromassage chairs that are pretty awesome .
I decided to join by only been there 2 hours today . Highly recommended.

The gym is dirty and its weirdly set up. They have a jacobs ladder and its not even plugged into anything. I inquired about using it and they qll just shrugged and said it was just there, like they got it and placed it there and nobody can use it cause its not plugged into anything.
You never really see much get cleaned or anything. It makes a person scared of using q locker room cause its probably crawling in bodily fluids and other things that may cause plantar warts. I love the gym 💪, however, with electrical machines that are not plugged in, and the lack of a clean environment, i can only say this is deserving of 2 stars. It would be more than 2 stars if the gym would have all the equipment working.
Oh and the red light therapy not existing at this location is another reason i rated so low. Thats like standard now in most gyms. Really it just boiled down to unclean, you can't use equipment cause its not plugged in and people arent trying to fix either of the main issues.

A manager traded us two free memberships against store policy and soon after they started to try to charge me. I asked them to cancel my account multiple times in person and online. They won’t answer the provided customer service email and when I was in store they told me the issue was resolved, and yet the unpaid balance continues to climb.

Will shame you if you don’t fit their preferred body style. Forced me to do a tour where they showed me all the areas I don’t have access to with a base membership. They told me I wouldn’t lose any weight only doing cardio (I never said I was there to lose weight). Also tried to force me to pay $10 for a personal trainer session without telling me it cost money. When I said no they still charged me the fee and then said “well since you paid you can still get scheduled for it” 🙄. They said they refunded it but couldn’t provide a receipt and it’s still taken out of my account. I already signed up online before coming in so I’m going to stay through the winter but will be cancelling after. Recommend going somewhere else.

It has the same problem a lot of gyms have these days, too many members makes it difficult to actually workout because of all the social media influencer people and social media driving people to workout. Great problem if you own a gym, bad problem if you're a member trying to workout. Literally almost every piece of equipment and station had someone using it made my 1hr gym trip take 2 1/2 hrs and still didn't get my whole workout in.

Everyone please be careful doing business with Crunch fitness. They run a disaster of a company. You can sign up online in a few clicks, but to cancel you have to come in person. I moved to NC before I could cancel in person and it has been a complete crap show since. I have called around a dozen times no answers and no call backs. I've sent close to a dozen emails to all of the provided addresses with no responses. I have sent several certified letters with no response. Their website provides inaccurate information and instructions. I have yet to hear from any managerial personnel on any of this matter. I have all of the receipts for all of my efforts and I will be pursuing legal action for breach of contract come November if nothing is settled by then. Do not comment on this post to try and save face; it's too late for that.

I used to love this gym when it first opened. Has great machines and was very clean. As time has gone on, it has gotten less and less clean and many machines are constantly broken and take forever to get repaired. The biggest issue is the locker room, it has gotten to the point where it’s absolutely disgusting and I dead any time I even need to go in there to use the bathroom.

Your pec deck machine has been broken for months, the hamstring machine has also been broken for quite sometime. Today when I went in, one of your Smith Machines is broken. I've also seen quite a few other machines that I don't normally use broken as well!

I had a very poor experience with Crunch Fitness Greenwood. Despite never visiting the gym, I was locked into a contract for the base package after an accidental click. I have since relocated to a different state, but the gym has refused to cancel my membership and continues to demand payment. I received conflicting information from staff and found their customer service to be unhelpful and unsympathetic. I would not recommend getting a membership here.

DO NOT SIGNUP FOR THIS GYM. We canceled back in May in person (the only way to do it) and in June got charged again, went back in and they say they never canceled us but they will cancel us now and get a refunded. Month later charged again and had to go in AGAIN and for the 3rd time they said they didn't cancel the membership. Finally forced them to give it to us in writing but again got charged. Tried to charge back through our bank and instead of fighting the charge back they will just charge you again. THIS IS ILLEGAL AND FRAUD. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT SIGNUP FOR THIS GYM.

Shady billing practices. I came in person to cancel, and they never processed it. Since then, I’ve had to call at least three separate times to request cancellation, and each time they say it’s been taken care of but it never is. The account is still active.
You can never get anyone to answer the phone or respond to emails. Their customer service is unhelpful, and that’s clearly reflected in how they respond to reviews on here.
The gym itself is big and spacious with some nice amenities, but this issue really needs to be fixed. The staff are not helpful at all. Please reconsider if you’re thinking about joining this gym in Greenwood. Greenwood has plenty of other facilities that compete with Crunch and those places actually answer calls, reply to emails, and value customer input without leaving passive aggressive or dismissive responses to reviews.

I began my membership in January 2025, and since then, I’ve only been to the gym once. I even paid $10 for a kickoff class. Every time an employee reached out to schedule the class, I informed them that I was dealing with serious health issues—starting with a broken ankle and eventually becoming bedbound.
Each time I explained that I needed to cancel my membership, I was told I had to come in person. I made it clear I physically could not do that and asked if there was an alternative way to cancel, but was told no. I’ve called the gym multiple times, left voicemails, and never received a response.
Eventually, I was able to visit the Greenwood, Indiana location in person. I spoke with the manager and explained everything, including my previous attempts to cancel and request a refund. He confirmed that I had only been to the gym once, but only offered to cancel my membership moving forward—no refund or acknowledgement of my prior efforts.
I asked for an email confirmation of the cancellation, but he said I wouldn’t receive one and that it would reflect as canceled in the app the following day. However, not only did the app still show my membership as active, but I also received a promotional text about a $10 training session the next day.
This is extremely frustrating. I should not have to go through all of this just to cancel a membership I clearly haven’t used. I feel like I’ve been misled and ignored throughout this entire process.

really love this gym but lately every single time I’ve gone, the paper towel machines aren’t stocked right which makes it impossible to grab any paper towels to wipe down my machine, and all the holders are like that unless you walk all the way across the gym, then walk back to the machine which by that time the solution they have has evaporated

This place needs a good wipe down!!. The front doors are always covered in dirty finger prints and sweat drops. No one wipes down their machines because they have spray bottles and paper towels which dry up after one machine. How about some WIPES that can be carried from different machines?! There are way too many people who come there everyday to not have wipes for them to use. I do enjoy this gym mostly because my other one does not offer the hydro massage bed or sauna but they definitely could use some better options for cleaning. Also the front desk staff -Courtney is the nicest! He actually acknowledges you when you walk in. Everyone else continues their conversation with the other workers or continues on their phone.

The company that owns this gym FITNESS VENTURES LLC will practice predatory billing and deceptive behavior on your account. If you’re going to get a membership, get it in cash, and never give them any of your personal information. They will keep trying to charge you month after month even after cancelling. When you go to the GM to get something done about it, he gives you your “last payment date” written on a marketing pamphlet. I have called and went in multiple times to get it changed. All gyms are the same when it comes to billing, this was my most recent and the last one I ever try. @ your reply i would believe you if your billing team responded back to my email but I have yet to hear from you. Instead you replied to my survey to try and look good. Respond to my email and we’ll see if you don’t have predatory billing 👍

Says cancel anytime but they make it impossible to cancel online, even making you sign an acknowledgment agreement that you can't cancel online, for all the time you spent writing that agreement you could've just made a system to allow customers to cancel on their own time without talking to a representative trying to keep you stuck with their subscription

Pretty good gym. Just wish it was actually open 24 hours, I have a weird schedule bec of work and this gym not being open 24 hours is starting to become a real issue as of late. Nothing bad to say except for one thing. The incessant calls abt signing up with a PT. Literally half a dozen calls, and every single time I tell them I already signed up for my session and I don't want to continue with a PT (this was months ago that I did my session), but the calls dont stop despite each call they tell me theyre removing me from their call list. Hasnt seemed to happen yet. Im not one to usually complain abt small stuff like this, but c'mon how many times do I have to repeat myself until you guys stop calling me, it's getting annoying.
Update: Canceling my membership because of billing issues. 5 different times, I was charged more than my membership. For 2 months after I downgraded to the base, I was still charged the peak price. I was able to get a refund tho. Then, I was randomly charged 68 dollars on top of my membership. Had to get that refunded too. Mind you my annual fee is already paid for. Now today, Ive been charged 34 dollars, and Im gonna have to get that refunded too. I was also charged 11.99 instead of 9.99 but I wasnt going to fight over 2 dollars. 5 different times they overcharged me, and Ive now had to submit 3 different refunds. How hard is it to charge me 9.99 once per month, and 50 dollars once per year?

Fine place to work out, but abhorrent cancellation process. Worse than Planet Fitness if you can believe that.
I go online to where it leads me to believe I can cancel, but it doesn’t cancel and I get hit with a surprise charge on my bank account. I go into the gym immediately to get this resolved and I’m met with, “yeah, it says that you can cancel online, but you have to come in.”
Additionally, they refused to give my money back, and further advised that it takes 30 days to cancel my membership. That means that I had to pay the membership fee this month and I’ll have to pay again next month.
These are predatory practices and it should be illegal to operate this way. I was going to return to the gym at a later date, but I won’t be doing so now on account of this ordeal.

This gym sucks Aiden the GM is extremely unprofessional. I had a billing issue and when I first reached out Aiden told me he could not help me and refused to give me his name when I asked 3x then hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Aaron who was much more professional and gave me the Regional Manager contact info. I spoke with Charlie who assured me I would be refunded. He even sent me a email confirming my refund. It’s been 2 months still no refund Aiden refuses to take phone calls or return messages. Charlie is no longer with the company. Time to notify the BBB and Attorney General
Just an update Aiden still sucks and doesn’t return calls nor has he followed up on this matter as per below.
Update to my review after almost 3 months of calling and visiting the gym to speak with the GM who has continuously ignored me. I finally was able to talk with him yesterday. He didn't like that I voiced my frustration about being annoyed over this whole ordeal, and he decided to threaten to call the police on me and have me arrested for trespassing. His own staff was appalled at his actions.

False Promises at Sign-Up – Avoid This Gym
I was told it was a month-to-month membership with no contract and 4 months free when the new location opened — none of that was true. They’ve been charging me monthly, and when I tried to cancel, the manager claimed I was under contract. Poor customer service, and no one took responsibility for the misinformation. I had a PT that I cancelled a month prior. The last payment was taken a month prior. This new one was out of the blue and if it doesn’t happen like you said then why would your employee say that it does?
Charged me fee for a trainer I cancelled over a month ago and nobody seems bothered about it. When I first talked about it the lady at the desk said “yeah that happens”. I’ve gotten returned check fees and overdraft fees because I didn’t plan on having 160 randomly come out of my account and I need my money back IMMEDIATELY as well as be compensated for the extra fees their mistake has incurred.

Love, love, LOVE this gym. I’ve tried planet fitness and vasa in the surrounding area and they don’t compare in my opinion. It’s a great price, with such a wide variety of machines and free weights.
The Trainers there are amazing. It’s really cool seeing 1) how friendly they are,
and 2) seeing them have a good report with each other and always smiling.
I signed up with Cale, and he’s been nothing but awesome. I’ve seen such a great improvement with myself, and i’m getting closer to my goals because of his workouts (some I’ve never heard of, but seem to do the trick).
I’m not one to sign with trainers or ask for help with anything, But there was something about him during the kickoff. He had a really good vibe and seemed extremely knowledgeable about what he was talking about, so I trusted him.
Thank goodness too, because again- Great improvements.
I can honestly say, I wouldn’t be this far with my fitness journey without Cale.
It’s a good environment, Non-judgmental at all, and a safe place to workout. Keep up the work Cale.

Update:
Still no hot water. They’ve known about this issue for a couple months now, so many people have complained. They obviously don’t care. My job requires me to be clean and presentable, I can’t even shave here! The cheap membership is not worth having to take cold showers every day and not being able to shave. The state of the locker rooms keeps getting worse too. There was literally shitty toilet paper on the floor in stalls this morning. As soon as I find my next gym I’m out of here. Shit happens, I get that. But this place has had PLENTY of time to fix the issues. They don’t care! How long does it take to put a couple water heaters in or get all these people standing around doing nothing to help clean???? If you’re thinking about joining this place, save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else.
The gym itself is decent, but if you want a warm shower and clean locker room you better go somewhere else. Locker rooms are ok, but far from great. The showers though? If you like ice cold water, they got it. No warm water. Would’ve gave a five star rating if I could at least have a warm shower after my workout.

I liked this gym at first, it seemed better than planet fitness with more machines and weights options. But now several of the machines are down, the supplies to wipe down the equipment are often empty and slow to be refilled, the hydromassage has been damaged or glitched out multiple times, and the music is way too loud. If you're thinking of joining, I would hold off for at least several months to let them maybe sort everything out but it seems like they opened too hastily and are now going back and painting and repairing things that should've been completed before opening.

I dislike everything about this gym. First off, the staff always looks angry. Front desk, personal trainers, male, female, it doesn't matter. They always looks angry. Everything about the sign up process was/is shystery. Staff will not let you check out the gym without signing all of your privacy rights away and selling every bit of your personal information to every vendor that they deal with. Read the fine print.
I reluctantly signed up for Peak Results membership. After I signed up, the goofy sales person C. Ferguson just looked at me with a blank stare... Uh ok? Now what? Do I get a key fob or something? How do I sign in? He answers you need to download the app... You're kidding right? Is that not pertinent information? How do I sign up for classes, access the sauna, hydro whatever, or tanning? I can bring a friend you say? More like harass a friend. Every time.
The prices on the promo sheet were incorrect. All the "freebies" that were listed (gym bag, tshirt, water bottle, body scan)... Who? What? Where? Lies! Of all those listed, I was only interested in the "free" body scan, but that was being up-sold in the training block.
The gym is filthy. The equipment is broken. The bathrooms always are out of soap. There is hair, toe jam, and dirt all around the sink stations. The wipes they offer, for the wiping down of equipment are of gas station toilet paper quality. I'm not sure why Crunch wouldn't just order micro fiber towels to wash and reuse. They have a washing machine in the maintenance area.
The disinfectant bottles are filled with water... Yes, water. You can't convince me otherwise. What disinfectant smells like nothing?
The people here are low class. I do not understand it. They don't respect the equipment and leave their TP wipe down towels balled up and crammed in the equipment or just throw trash on the floor. I called out one young lady that was illegally parked in the handicap spot (no handicap tag or plate) unloading all of her trash from her car out onto the lot. Extra trashy!
It would behoove Crunch to offer some sort of orientation after members join. Show members where everything is at and how to correctly use it. It will save the company money in the long run and keep things looking nicer.
I'm really contemplating ending my membership and not looking forward to that painful process per other people's reviews.
UPDATE: I'm being overcharged on my monthly fee. It doesn't match what my original contract says... Like I said. Shysters!

I’ve never seen a brand new gym with so many issues before. Showers are currently ice cold and some of them have the hot and cold reversed. Locker rooms smell like actual feces. All the speakers are wired to the same volume control, so what is a normal volume in the main gym is deafening in the locker rooms (edit: haven’t had this issue lately).
It’s a big gym, which is great and the people who work there are very kind and understanding, but this place is less than a year old and is having so many unacceptable problems.

Dirty, water in showers always cold. Been in multiple times and water is like ice. Maybe have had 2 hot showers since I started going (but takes 10 minutes to heat up - not joking.) Sauna has no established etiquette - people smearing their sweat everywhere full clothed instead of wearing a towel. Then people leave their nasty underwear hanging over the shower. Staff needs to be in the locker room at least once per hour to check on it, restock toilet paper, etc. music in locker room is normal during the day but the late night staff turns it up around 81 db, which will damage hearing. Late night staff also isn’t friendly, doesn’t said hi to people walking in or bye to people leaving. But when you pay people $10 an hour to work, it’s not their fault that they lack motivation. Give these people more money so they actually give a shit about their jobs.

If you want a $9.99 per month physique, Crunch is the place for you.
If you are a person who values your progress in the gym, you eat specific foods to try and optimize your results, you use supplements like creatine and protein powders, you schedule your time to get a wicked pump....... Don't throw it all away at Crunch. That would be a waste of effort and potential.
This is an institutional gym with terrible equipment that feels like working out in a Walmart. Use it as a short term lesson of what a gym shouldn't be, mature your goals, and find a better gym. You will look back at Crunch and think what in the world was that place. Or, just skip it and you won't be missing anything.
The Matrix pin select machines are terrible. Nobody with weightlifting experience in good gyms gets excited about matrix machines, and for good reason. Just write those off.
They have a few Life Fitness / Hammer Strength Pin Select machines that are ok.... if there isn't an out of order sign on them.
They do have 5 plate loaded Hammer machines that are good. The Hi-Row, Mid-Row, Incline Shoulder, the new version of the flat bench, and the plate loaded bicep.
However the Hammer Hack Squats are either not assembled correctly, or not maintained correctly. The sled sticks in place on the rails. Very rough movement. The Hammer leg press is very mid and is usually left loaded up with 14 plates from someone who was there for knee day.
There are no benches to use at the cable towers. The assortment of cable attachments very basic. There are no mirrors near the cable towers, so practice your form at home I guess.
The "bring guests" policy invites groups of people who are splitting a membership between them to sit around and hoard 1 machine for 20 min while all 4 of them take turns doing 3 sets of phone.
The average member hygiene is poor. It's not uncommon to smell someone at the next machine over. But I mean its a $9.99 gym. Star players aren't exactly the clientele. So be ready for that.
There are other gyms around here with Atlantis equipment, Body Masters machines, Strive/Prime machines, Flex Leverage machines.... all sorts of great stuff. In these gyms you will find knowledgeable and experienced lifters who love to help and share advice when you ask. They respect your time between sets and don't just sit on a machine using their phone while you stand there losing your pump.
But, at least Crunch knows it's worth.... and that's less than 10 bucks.

Been a member since their opening. I love the selection of equipment and the different areas you can work out in and The spacing between the equipment so you don’t feel crowded. The one issue that I have brought up with multiple employees and managers at the gym is how cold the showers are. Every morning there seems to be a 50/50 chance that you will not get the opportunity to take even a lukewarm shower. I have spoken with the general manager about this on a few occasions and was informed that it has been brought to the attention of the building owner, and that the owner has made the excuse that they can only have the water temperature so high. I don’t buy that at all. I have been a member at multiple gyms in multiple states and this is the only gym I have ever been to that has this has been a constant issue with cold showers. And the showers are always dirty. They spent almost 2 weeks fixing the drywall and paint issues, but if they think they are going to lose members by how the paint looks compared to the cleanliness and functionality of the showers….smh. The last thing I wanna do is take a cold shower after sweating my butt off for the last hour. I can’t imagine how the people who work outside in the cold really enjoy having to take a cold shower before they go to work.

I like the size of the facility & verity of equipment. The NEGATIVES are the staff very unfriendly. They never welcome you to the club & most times don't even look up when you check in. Second is the load music playing & with all the trainers standing around doing nothing how about help clean it's not beneath you.

3.5 stars really
Pros: Solid gym. Huge space. Plenty of equipment and variety. Affordable.
Cons:
stretching area is often gross. Laying down and stretching on muddy mats isn’t a vibe. (People should also wipe their dirty wet shoes off before getting on these mats but they unfortunately don’t care).
Showers are freezing any time I’ve used them since opening.

Have been a member now for a bit more than a week and have used the club about 5-6 times and absolutely love the place. Plenty of squat racks and deadlift platforms. All the isolation and cable machines you could ever want. I'm not big on cardio, but there's plenty of that available as well. The place is clean and well lit. My only complaint is the locker room. The volume level of music in there is deafening, and that's coming from a guy with poor hearing. Please turn down the volume. Also, get a tech out to inspect and adjust the sauna. Wasn't much warmer than normal room temperature in there yesterday. Fix those two things and my review would be five stars.
Update after a couple of months.
I only live five minutes away so have not used the locker room, so nothing to say there. Regarding the gym itself, I have noticed that cleaning stations frequently have no functional spray bottle, that the paper towels are junk (fall apart and do not clean well), the floor and machines are beginning to get quite dirty, and customers are randomly leaving plates and dumbbells around the facility during the overnight.
Please have employees regularly inspect the cleaning stations and workout areas.

While the gym itself is quite spacious and has a lot of equipment, there are some things that need improvement. The sanitation stations are frequently out of paper towels or the paper towel dispenser is jammed so you really do need to bring your own wipes with you to clean up the equipment after you use it.
The first month or so that the gym was open, the women's locker room had no usable showers and the sauna wasn't operational as well. I know that they wanted to open quickly to start recouping their building costs, but those are things that the members pay for and to have them not available is not right.
I did sign up for the personal training and while it was a bit costly, I felt that when I had Tyler as a trainer that it was money well spent. He continually encouraged me and reached out if he could see I was having a slow day to see if there was anything he could do to help. I would have continued my training there, but Tyler moved to another Crunch Fitness. I was assigned to another trainer, Greyson, and while I admit to missing our first session together (I had taken quite a fall on my way there), he decided to arbitrarily schedule another session for me without telling me the date or time. I only discovered this when I received an email from Crunch letting me know taht I had missed a session with Greyson and the "appointment has been deducted from your available balance" As each 1 hour session is $80.00, that's a chunk of change just to forfeit.
I may end up trying the personal training route in the future, but it won't be here.

I signed up for a PT and membership,I signed up between 12/12 and 12/27. Shortly after my trainer magically quit. I’m constantly being charged. I’ve tried to call and talk to them and set something else up with them or cancel with them. I tried within the 30 days and went up there multiple times. Now I’ve tried to do a lower membership and fix my PT because I finally got into contact. But all of sudden no one can answer me about a trainer and wanting me to do another kick off and charge me an annual fee, I was not notified about or talked to about. MOST of my experience with staff has been terrible and lack of interest. At this point they are taking money for services not render and if I cannot get a resolution soon I will be contacting the State’s Attorney Generals office!

Is this the new policy? Feel like this was a bait and switch. Why pay the premium if guest can't use amenities? PF does for same price. Not happy about this.

I honestly have had a pretty decent experience at this gym so far. It's got all the equipment that I could ever need, but I do have one major gripe. I started PT under their personal training program, and it seems that area of service is not managed well. I just came in tonight for a session, and my trainer was not even present. My trainer told me management was supposed to communicate with me that I was being moved to a new instructor, but I never got a call, text, or email until I was physically at the gym waiting for my session to start. This is also the second time that I have been moved around, and it's real shame that I can't get someone that I'm consistently assigned to, considering how much I pay for this service.

The cleanliness has become a major issue. The gym is consistently dirty, with machines seemingly never cleaned since they were first set up. The buildup of dirt and sweat is disturbing. The locker rooms and restrooms don’t appear to be cleaned regularly.
This gym has a lot of potential, but the lack of proper cleaning is a serious concern, especially in shared spaces. Members should feel confident that they’re working out in a clean and safe environment, but unfortunately, that’s not the case at the moment.

Lead from the top - if your GM doesn’t have the same information as your AGM and entire training staff… there is a major disconnect.
Walked in to get a tour/check the space out… before I even started the tour, I needed my first question answered: Can I bring my 13 year old son with me to work out? (not leave him, but keep him with me) - AGM assured me that 14 is the age to workout alone. Crunch website says 12-14 year olds may work out with parental supervision.
After my questions were answered, I was ready to commit to a membership! Even went in the following day for my KickOff with Cale (who was fabulous) - couldn’t wait to bring my son in to check out our new gym!
Went to drop my daughter off with the kids crunch group… only to walk out to get my son signed in as my guest - to be told by Aden, the GM that my 13 year old was not allowed to workout with me as my guest.
Immediately cancelled my membership. It sucks - crunch Greenwood had EVERYTHING I was looking for in a gym - unfortunately their GM is educated differently than anyone else in the facility.
Do better Crunch Greenwood. 1 star purely for poor leadership from the top.

For this being a new gym, it sure does have a lot of cleanliness issues. For one the sauna once or twice a week does not work. The showers continually do not have hot water and are dirty. One of the bathroom stalls is out of order, another does not have toilet paper and the third has poop stains that have been in the toilet for weeks. Also the quality of thr machines is not the greatest. Lastly, the music is too loud. It is blaring over my headphones. Please make these changes.

The heavy metal music blaring may be enjoyed by some but I find it very nauseating and offensive. The cleaning level is already subpar. It takes at least 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower. They do have a great variety of equipment but 1 water station in a gym this size is unacceptable.

Honestly the gym was great the few times i was able to go - I moved states and had / wanted to cancel my membership and i rate it so low because of the cancellation process. This process is the one thing i avoid usually with gyms like this but signing up i was told the cancellation process was smooth and easy, no issues. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for a month now and i’m still getting charged and each phone call i have i leave it more confused and i’m told to call back a different day / time because no one has any answers for me. I’ve also tried talking to the manager twice now and have yet to talk to them. Not sure what the issue is or why it’s this hard to cancel something that probably takes .5 seconds but convinced they are just trying to get every penny that they can from me.

The equipment is great. Focus on the details though.
1. Showers need hot water. Literally cold showers.

Great gym that’s big with lots of brand new equipment. So far it hasn’t been very busy which I like because Vasa got way too packed. I do wish their sauna worked better as it doesn’t get very hot at all and the sauna door also needs to be sealed and have auto close feature as people don’t shut it all the way. Also the music in the locker room is absolutely way too loud as you can’t even have a normal conversation to hear one another. Another recommendation is to have the hydro massage timer be 15 minutes instead of 10 minutes as it feels too short. If they fix the sauna and hydro massage timer then I can give 5 stars.

Place is really big, definitely a Pro. Everything is clean and new. It just opened so is to be expected. This reminds me of when Vasa on Thompson opened. One drinking station for the huge facility is a CON. I bring my own water, but we are at the gym we all need water. The lifting plates in the squat/lifting area are way to thick. It is definitely meant for people that lift less than 315lb. Woman's restroom only has 3 sinks, and is not yet fully completed. They CrossFit area is awesome, has all the amenities that is needed. Plenty of treadmills and bikes. They have a Zumba/dance room it's big and looks fun. One laying leg press machine. That needs to improve. I won't go on, but definitely a guess pass before you commit so you can be your own judge of the place.
