We are your downtown holistic spot for wellness. Not only do we offer yoga for all, take a women’s boxing or CoreFirst Boxing and Yoga classes that will build strength and confidence. Learn tips for a healthy pregnancy with our Pre/Post-Natal yoga classes. Get your butt kicked with a killer workout in Tabata for Lunch or a HIIT class. And, of course, hone your yoga skills with instructors who will take the time to teach you the basics or challenge experienced yogis. We also offer kid yoga!
Sign up for one of our relaxing services, like Dry Needling, Ionic Detox Foot Bath or Ear Candling. Try our Facials, Massage Therapy or Access Bars services. Consult one-on-one with an instructor to create the perfect workout with Personal Training.

I had my first basic yoga class with Tina and it was amazing!! Very beginner friendly, Tina walked us through every step and explained exactly what each movement was doing for our body. Tina is very knowledgeable, kind, & accepting! All of her new clients get their first class free so I definitely recommend just trying it out!!

I went to the Core First Kickbox class and got an incredible workout from Tina. Tina was attentive to my body and took time to explain the exercises and their benefits. She is kind and encouraging. I recommend 100%. Be sure to check out their gift shop - it’s stocked with awesome local products!

Tina and her team are EXCEPTIONAL!!!! She went above and beyond to offer a custom girls trip package for my friends and I. Every single service was excellent! The yoga was educational and peaceful. If you’re in Lafayette it’s a must on your list!!

With much struggle, purchased a gift card for a friend. They reported that when attempting to redeem it, were told it had expired. My friend made several attempts to contact management, with no response.

Can't say anything about their servases., I'm just an artist that changes her work there every so often. So take my review for what you will. But the owner is passionate, open minded, and accepting person that's concerned not only about you physical wellness, but you spiritual needs too. And she seems to cheery pick that in the people she works with.

Tina's classes have a great community around them- very welcoming ladies at boxing and at yoga. The space is gorgeous with it's tall ceilings, wood floors and natural light. Tina's yoga classes are a great all levels class with a focus that is curtailed to whatever the students need most that day.

Feeling excited to be a part of a newly renovated space with expanded classes - Sunshine added morning classes and later evening, restorative, power and challenge classes!
