Not at all pleased with how my daughter’s party went. Walked in and told them we were there for her party were told “I’m not the birthday person wait for them”

Her party started at 10:30 the class practicing didn’t leave until 10:40 but then were told we would be charged $50 for every 15 mins we were late leaving.

There were so many odd rules that weren’t stated to me when I booked the party.

When we went to do cake it went fast because the kids only wanted to go back to playing. When everyone was done we still had time left so I asked if they could go back to playing I was told we had 30 minute cake time so the kids needed to wait. They finally said I guess if all the kids are done and washed their hands they could go back out. I mean I don’t understand somebody telling me all the kids HAVE to sit for 30 minutes and eat cake. When I booked an 2 hour party I was never told there was a mandatory 30 minute break.
Also once they were done it was very rudely stated “as long as they wash their hands” again a very understandable rule but VERY rudely stated.
The party area was not clean or presentable. Quite embarrassing to be hosting a party where there are water bottles and other stuff under tables, clutter on counters, I had to clean things off counters myself to even be able to set our stuff down.
Every step of the way there was another “rule” that was rudely stated to me. While I completely understand having rules the way it was gone about could’ve been handled so much better. Every SINGLE guest I had there was uncomfortable and said something about the staff.

So disappointing for my daughter big day. The girl I originally spoke to and booked the party with was so friendly so it was quite the shock.

So freaking cute! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility itself is adorable and perfect layout wise. Bathrooms everywhere, large open scape for training! Separation for ages! Love love.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this gymnastics studio! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The coaches are not only skilled but also genuinely care about each child's growth and development. They take the time to provide individualized attention, whether it's helping with a new skill or encouraging confidence. My child has made amazing progress in such a short time and has developed both strength and flexibility that I never thought possible. The place was top-notch, clean, and well-maintained, creating a safe environment for everyone! I highly recommend this place!

I have boys and went to the open gym so they could get some energy out! I had heard great things but never have been to a gymnastics gym before so I didn't know what to expect. When we walked in, we we greeted with a smile and the boys were able to go enjoy the open gym. They had a great time and I was impressed with everything there! I loved how there were toys for Littles that may not want to be out in the open gym area and I enjoyed being able to comfortably watch the kids have fun. The gym was clean and the staff was amazing!!!! Great first impression!!!

One month at gym and my almost 5 year old granddaughter was not told one time point her toes, how to hold her body plus many other fundamentals your never too young to reach. 1st glass at indiana elite gymnastics she was started with fundamentals she will need if she chooses to compete. Highly do not recommend dreams!!!

We absolutely love coming to dream big gymnastics! We have been coming here for almost 3 years now and it has been the best experience! The gym is very clean compared to some of the other gyms I have been too!

We have also had multiple birthday parties at the gym! We have had parties on the Main gym side and the preschool side and the kids always have the best time!

I was really trying to avoid leaving a bad review because my daughter did enjoy her time there but the fact that this place refuses to give me a refund for something my daughter didn't participate in is beyond me! My daughter was supposed to participate in a meet. A letter that was sent home showed one address but the address of the meet changed later down the line. We showed up at the incorrect location! Called the facility, no answer! If there was a change in location (the most important part of a gymnastic meet); this should have clearly been articulated and communicated to parents while at the gym; watching our children practice (VERBALLY) or with specific location details NOT by email that ended up in my spam folder. There are apps to release and communicate updates to parents. Maybe they should invest in one! Instead of chit chatting at the front desk to other the parents that have already been there, maybe use that time to update the new parents! This place cares about money so much but was willing to give away recurring monthly payments for a one time registration fee (they refuse to refund) Because of this; my child is no longer enrolled here!

Dream Big is the best gymnastics club around! Not only do they have positive coaches but they teach the girls to be respectful, responsible and how to give back! I love the well rounded experience this gym has offered my daughter! Not to mention how they have continually fueled her passion for gymnastics!

It is so filthy in there. I wish I took more pictures... one pic is how you're "greeted" when you walk in. Filthy dirty old toys that look like they haven't been washed since they were bought at a garage sale.
The other photo is the view from the waiting area. Theres no way that filth is only from this week. Including more germ infested toys. Every chair looks like the one in that picture- stained. The bathroom has had dirty diapers sitting out, clothes throw around, toilet paper everywhere each time we've been.
They should be held to higher standards.
They expect your kids to go out on that equipment barefoot? If that's the waiting area the employees sit at, how gross is the equipment?

They have not been established in this location that long. why aren't they taking care of it?

Our little girl loves the cheerleading class here! Miss Ali is a wonderful teacher who our daughter adores and Miss Angie at the front is always welcoming and ready to help in anyway!
I went around to several places looking for a cheerleading class for my 5 year old and they by far have the best customer service!!!

I have actually brought my toddler son to 'open gym' a couple times to help him with agility and coordination. Angie (owner/instructor) helped him when he would finally let her. I plan on bringing him back more regularly this winter. I've sent others out to try it as well returning with positive remarks.
