Ready to jump start your fitness with a group of amazing ladies, then EP Lotus Fitness is the place for you!!! The trainer Erica is very hands on, she holds you accountable for your nutrition, workouts and weigh in's... She's very encouraging, pushes you and modifies the exercises when needed... Starting a membership here was one of the best decisions I made...
