Since beginning working with him, Erik has helped me gain 20 pounds of muscle and is in constant communications regarding adjustments to nutrition or the training plan.

Erik is fantastic! He's currently helping me get to where I want to be fitness-wise with a good challenge. He is very motivating and always willing to provide advice/insight.
