I've worked with Chris for two months now, starting with zero experience in strength and conditioning, and even at this early stage I feel that my flexibility and strength has increased immensely. At the beginning he accurately diagnosed my imbalances, and which weaknesses were the most appropriate to start with, and he designed a training program to address those. I'm really impressed with how much work he puts into designing individual curricula for each athlete that he trains, and the amount of personal attention he gives you. Chris is a pro. He knows what he's doing, and I've watched several people reach a new level of functional fitness working with him. I expect I shall myself.

Couldn't speak more highly of my experience so far with Famous Wolf Strength & Fitness. Chris pushes you to work your absolute hardest and get the most out of your time with him. There's a lot of personal attention, and he makes a point to adjust your form during your exercises to maximize your gains, and to also make sure that you are doing the motions safely. I've tried other trainers in the past that just put you on a "standardized" plan and just go through the motions. You will definitely feel a difference training here. Everything is personalized to match up with your goals, and the work is intense.

It’s fun watching Chris in his element as a strength and fitness coach. He’s able to adapt his training to each of his clients, whether they are a twenty something competitive athlete, or a seventy year old female with no prior experience! Unlike most “trainers” that learn the absolute minimum and take a weekend class to get a certification to say they’re qualified, Chris is constantly studying to further his knowledge, and keeps up on all the latest and greatest in sports science and athletic training to bring out the best in his students. If you want a coach that will give you the proper fundamentals that will keep your body healthy, and walk you along the path to whatever goal you wish to achieve, Chris is who you should be training with.

For someone who has never really focused on strength or lifting weights, I was unsure and excited about stepping out of my comfort zone. I started with Chris a little over 5 weeks ago and I can already tell a difference with my strength and coordination. He is very knowledgeable and makes adjustments during each workout to get you the best results. Even in a group class, it’s like having your own personal training session.

In this day in age you'll be hard pressed to find any high level athletes who don't put Strength & Conditioning at the top of their regimens and prep.
Chris really knows his stuff! I Highly recommend it for sports performance, overall fitness, or to just be gorilla strong.
