About the Club

At Fire & Flow Yoga our mission is to create a supportive and engaged yoga community where you can connect deeply to self and others, build strength in body & mind, and grow on and off your mat.

At Fire & Flow Yoga we teach both power (the fire) and restorative (the flow) classes because we believe that you need both! Our power classes will give you a full-body workout and leave you feeling energetic & inspired while standing in your own power. Our restorative classes will allow you to discover ease & peace while deciding how much or how little you need that day. In all of our classes you will connect to a caring community who wants to experience more in life and be challenged to grow both on and off the mat.

I can’t recommend enough this yoga studio. I’m beyond grateful to have discovered it in November 2024. This place is so welcoming, as soon I you step in you feel the beautiful energy of the community. By far the best yoga studio I have been! A special mention to my favorite teachers: Eden and Deb! I love Fire and Flow! I took my first heated yoga class here and kept coming back since. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about everyone who comes in to take a class. The lavender scented cool towels at the end of heated classes is one of my favorite amenities they offer too!

I was introduced to Fire & Flow by a friend, and did the 2-week introductory offer of unlimited classes for the cost of 2! This gave me a chance to try different teachers, temperatures and different times of day for best fit (I made it to 7). As other reviews have highlighted, this studio is special for the skilled teachers, emphasis that every body is different with different limitations, and how to modify postures to make them work for each person. The friendliness of the team rubs off on the clients, which creates a truly supportive atmosphere. Since I do mainly weekday classes, unheated, the teachers I want to give personal 5* awards to are: Michelle, Carolyn, Deb, Getchen and Cindi!

Fire & Flow Yoga is a gem connecting the community of Carmel. The instructors are well educated and passionate about sharing their practice of yoga with the world. Fire & Flow is able to meet anyone wherever they are in their practice from beginners to advanced yogis. Check this studio out if you are looking to be inspired both on and off your mat.

I recently attended Olga’s hip and back yoga class at Fire and Flow, and it was nothing short of amazing. As someone who spends long hours sitting at a desk, this area of my body often feels neglected, but Olga’s class was exactly what I needed. The class focused on slower movements and deep stretches, which left me feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated.

Olga’s guidance was gentle yet effective, and she created a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. If I lived closer, I’d make this class a weekly ritual—it’s that good! I highly recommend this class (and the studio overall) to anyone looking to prioritize self-care and flexibility. Truly a gem!

This is a great studio! I hadn’t been to yoga in years. The classes I’ve been to so far have been for a wide variety of body types and levels of “stretchiness”. The best part for me though is that this is a welcoming community. People have been really nice and encouraging. There are a wide variety of teachers and they have all been awesome. Highly recommend to anybody!

After moving to the area I wanted to start taking yoga classes. I had been to 1 class in my life and I loved the act of yoga but my balance was horrible and there were poses that I had trouble with. At Fire and Flow they have welcomed me with open arms. The instructors are amazing and help with modifications when needed. I feel like I get a great workout in some classes and great stretches (yin) in other. The infrared heat is a complete bonus!!! Everyone is at different levels and no one is watching me teeter totter around with my lack of balance. After almost 75 classes though my balance, flexibility, chronic pain, and mindset has all improved tremendously.

A few more years and I still enjoy the classes and community at F&F. They have added more classes and continue to be my favorite place to practice yoga!

I have been to a number of studios around the Indy area. While all are good, this is the one I like the best. What I like is their meet your body where you are but challenge yourself just a little bit attitude. . Each teacher brings her/his own style and is so encouraging and welcoming. The is enough variety in the classes you can find one that fits you. They keep everyone six feet or more away and have an air scrubber to keep us healthy. On line classes are offered as well.

Took Cindi’s Saturday Fire Flow 75. This was my first class with heat and in a faster paced flow. Really loved the focus of the class and learned something new. The pace of the flow was challenging but also allowed for good stability. Cindi had cues on point and also kept the focus for the practice throughout the flow. Really loved it and will come again when visiting Carmel.

My husband and I were fortunate to be able to attend a couple of yoga classes at the studio while visiting our dear friend in Westfield, IN - Linda Lawrence. The studio itself was just so clean and welcoming. The staff members were incredible. Being new to yoga...these were our first two in-person classes. Our private Chair Yoga teacher was Cheryl Radar. Carolyn Smith was our Yin teacher. Both made sure that we understood and assisted us in achieving all of the poses as best we could. Their instruction and genuine concern made for such truly enjoyable and comfortable experiences. Looking forward to attending more classes next visit!

I’ve done a handful of classes at Baptiste the last few weeks and this is the hot yoga studio I was looking for! They have two different hot rooms, smaller class sizes, and it’s hot but not overly so like some other places I’ve been to. The instructors are motivating and great at demonstrating the postures as well as explaining them without pushing anyone past their limits. They have two personal bathrooms both with showers that have great water pressure which is huge since I usually am heading straight to work after a class. There is also a great variety of classes. Courtney’s “power play” class is my favorite so far. She brings amazing energy and positivity to every session along with a great soundtrack that fits the theme. Most of the classes have a playlist that goes along with it but it’s not too loud that you can’t hear yourself think. The owners are there often and are extremely personable and welcoming. If you’re looking to start hot yoga or just looking for a new studio I can not recommend this place enough!

It had been years since I did yoga and never practiced regularly. I was a bit nervous when I arrived for my first class at Baptiste Power Yoga Indianapolis, but found the owner, teacher and community so friendly- and I found the flow so enjoyable- that I signed up for more classes that same day. Seven months later I am now practicing 5-6 days a week because BPYI is more than yoga. It is a friendly and supportive community that has given me the tools to feel physically and mentally stronger. The teachers are very encouraging and knowledgeable in Baptiste Power Yoga. They are attentive and give verbal cues and suggestions for modifications to help enhance alignment. There are a variety of classes and workshops offered both in studio and livestream. I feel very safe in the studio due to multiple steps the owners have taken during this time of COVID-19.
