This is a great fitness center, conveniently located in our small town. It’s clean and the equipment is well maintained. There is a good variety of machines and equipment. Management at this location is top-notch; helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I always enjoy my workouts there.

Gym is clean. Front desk and members have been respectful. My only rift is there is no decent area for stretching, no locker rooms for changing if you’re coming straight from work, and no water fountain. Luckily there is a dollar general next door if you do, but I’m not sure why there isn’t a water fountain.

Been in various gyms for almost 50 years. This is by far the cleanest and best run of any. Equipment always in working order. Owner and manager are top notch.

I can't say enough good things about this gym, the staff, and ownership (Fernando). While gyms have come and gone at Lake Wawasee, this is one to support!

Outstanding and convenient place to workout if you are in the surrounding area. Quality equipment that supports Olympic lifting or circuit training. The 24 hour access is a big bonus - no excuses to be had.

The front desk staff has always been super friendly and proactively addressed any concerns. And I can't say enough about the ownership - when there was a membership status oversight, Fernando was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to make it right.

While I'm currently out of town, I'll be back to the lake/gym this summer. Great gym and better ownership!

I'm here almost every day. It's very clean and friendly staff.
I will say, I don't feel safe weekends or after normal hours after noticing some young women and a young man start watching my belongings and myself. When I was working out, they would come and stand in front of me and stare at me. Watched them follow me home. Not long after that the windows on my car were smashed out.
Watch your surroundings.

Mostly body building types in here. Good crowd of people in here around 5 to 8 pm. 2 bench presses, 1 incline bench, 2 squat racks, smith machine, deadlift platform. Its really got all the essentials.

I got a good review, I signed up and paid first month and set up automatic payments, after a month I would not go in my card wouldn’t work , so it got fixed and fitstop said oh is cause your payment did not went in, so automatic payment was setup again, after that month I stop going thinking if my payment don’t go in is stopping automatically for my access card not to work so it will be fine and I was not gonna pay again, guess what I get blackmail by their attorney asking for $200 which I stopped going and they know as they don’t let you in if you don’t pay every month, owner wants to get free money out of customers, all reviews are similar yo mine and no other gym that I have been are money thirsty like this one.

They wont cancel your membership and will just threaten you with debt collection and attorneys if you try to get out. I think they are liars because what attorney is going to come after you for $25? You literally cant cancel your membership though. Do not come here it is a SCAM!!!! The only way we can beat them is to report it to the BBB! They will say you can cancel, but it will never happen.

I have been trying to cancel my membership since January of this year! They keep charging and saying I owe them money. I paid the first few months and everytime they said it was cancelled and then another bill would come. I finally just refused to pay anything but now they sent a letter about how I still owe and there are attorneys coming after me to get the money. Also they took my key phob the first time I went in so I can't even use the gym that they are still trying to charge me for 😡

Terrible customer service, they can't answer their phones during business hours.
They refuse to cancel memberships that are out of contract. They don't train their employees on how the computer system works.

And honestly, 1/3 of the equipment doesn't work right anyway.

Great place to workout! They are in the process of upgrading some old equipment, so sometimes it is a little messy, but they really do their best to make sure you have what you need. Very accomodating and will work to ensure that any issues are taken care of as soon as possible. Best to go any time before 4pm and after 7pm, or early morning. They do a great job of cleaning up and keeping everyone safe.

They are the most different place to deal with when canceling a membership. When you go into cancel be sure to request a copy of the electronic submission or they continue to charge you and will not cancel unless they have it. Very poor customer service

Nice employees but the machines & area under machines are filthy. 1" black dust bunnies under machines & on machines. Grosses me out to touch anything. Never enough spray bottles & rags to clean off sweat. Not that most members even bother. The 1 or 2 rags there are always filthy. Hear the community center gym is always clean & it is free. Going to check it out.
