Don't even deserve a star. Literally ace sold the place and they have been billing me for over 2 years. I have tried on 7 instances to get it shut down and they still keep billing me. Imagine not going in there for 2 years and having to pay 25 a month without even having the new key for the place. Trash

They charged me a month ahead when I signed up and an extra month after even saying I wouldn't be charged the next month. Left them due to change of policies that were the reason I joined to begin with. Requires 12 month subscription. I cancelled heading into my third year. Late fee causes bill to over double. Total waste of money. I do not recommend. $cam

The place is kept in really good condition. It's super clean! The new employee is always greeting everyone and telling them to have a nice day when they leave! It was an excellent experience, will definitely come back again. :)

This gym made me feel very welcomed. The guy at the front desk Damian was very respectful and helped me get my membership set up. The gym was very clean and well taken care of. I go there daily and have zero complaints about it. This gym has turned into a very welcoming and joyful place to be. Thank you !

This place is not 🚫 the place to go work out. Please listen I went there for a short period. Went to cancel my membership they would not cancel ❌ . So I have never heard of a gym not letting cancel your membership. I told them I moved to another town. And had to cancel my card. Now I got letter in mail saying they are sueing me. I have never dealt with a gym you can't cancel ❌ the paperwork said cancel anytime 🤔🤬

They keep charging me none stop and I have requested them to cancel my membership over and over again and they spam me with calls saying they aren’t getting my payments. I had to cancel my card to stop getting charges. Nobody ever answers the phone when I call during “office” hours and when I left a voice mail with my name and number never got a call back.

Nice, gym with good people but trying to get a membership and off a membership is the worst thing when I try to get my membership, it took me about a month and I went to the gym three times a week to try to get a membership now it’s took me about two weeks to try to get back to the gym and try to cancel my membership and they want me to pay a $50 fee to get it off which makes no sense and I mean I get it it’s a business they have to do things but I just think it’s stupid. You have to pay a $50 feed for it or just anything but It’s a really nice gym to start off with and it has really good people It’s just the hard part is is trying to get on a membership and get off a membership for me It’s just my experience but it’s not a bad gym I just think if they worked better with their customer service It would be better

I dont understand any of these reviews- have y'all been in this gym??

Everything is either dirty, moldy or broken.

Dont use the bathrooms- they genuinely have mold growing, on top of their being pee on the floors (not that the owners/managers can help that aspect, but I would have expected them to take care of the mold)

They have minimal equiptment, and what they do have, is very often broken.

This is the kind of gym that is not staffed- or minimally staffed, and all the guys who think they are big ol macho men get away with throwing/dropping weights (meaning a good number of the weights are cracked/broken), and walking around shirtless.

Maybe that all fine with you. It isnt with me, especially for $35 a month.

They have signs up everywhere telling you that each member muct swwipe their keycard to get in, and that you are not to allow others in/not bring your friends in for free- Yeah, okay. On my last visit, a whole group of guys came in- only one a paying member- I know this because they were all discussing it, while tossing weights around.

This just wasnt the gym for me. I prefer clean, well lit, with working equiptment, and polite members/staff. (when I called to cancel,I was hung up on twice)

Just started but I'm super excited and love my fitness coach sign up and ask for Amelia I was nervous and she made me feel important and didn't treat me differently for being overweight
