Wouldn’t allow me to cancel my membership.

In the middle of my contract my key fob stopped working, they kept charging, I had no access to the gym.

Months go by and I ask to cancel my membership and the owner won’t work with me human to human to get me out of the contract.

Would likely have come back to fit stop over and over again throughout my life… but now I will be bringing my business elsewhere. RIP LTV.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They upkeep the gym and it is always clean. Never walked in to it smelling like B.O. Bathrooms are clean and the shower doesn’t look scary like other gyms. Would recommend for all levels of working out.

I joined this gym back in February because a friend of mine worked out here and he was going to help me do the same. I signed up online which everything is advertised as monthly and I thought cool if I don't like it I can just cancel. Well my friend was unable to continue helping me and so I went in to cancel the membership a few months later and was told that in the fine print it says you have to be here a whole year and that I can come back in January and cancel. It was also suggested that I find a new friend to help motivate me to work out there by the rude lady I talked to.... So after paying for this gym for a year when I've literally been twice. My credit card was thought to have been compromised and so it was locked. Well they tried to charge their fee and it didn't go thru so they hit me with a $9.50 late fee plus a $23.50 service fee. The amount of money I have wasted on this gym is ridiculous. Don't join this gym unless you are willing to pay for a full year and never experience credit card fraud. Also I am still trying to cancel, but the staffed hours are not ideal.

I have been using this gym for over a year now and it need a lot of attention. The equipment is not maintained, many cables and toggles for cable height adjustments need to be repaired. Gym is poorly cleaned, bathrooms do not have hand soap dispensers. Only a couple of towels to use to sanitize the equipment after use which defeats the purpose as everyone is using the same towel.

Wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone trying to get in shape or stay in shape, if you want a gym that will give you all the reasons not to work out this gym is for you. Most of the equipment is broken. The owner of this facility should be ashamed,he should probably sell the business to someone who will take care of it properly.

Machines are no better than what you would find at a holiday Inn. Equipment is not maintained, cables about to break. One end of the cable machine is broke has been that way for 3 months.
