I highly recommend Rich as a personal trainer. I’ve been working with him since last fall and he has helped me achieve my personal goals of gaining strength, increasing my bone density and improving my running. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and is able to modify any exercise to my ability and comfort level. He always has a specific plan for every workout, so not a moment is wasted once I walk in the door.

Rich is a tough, fair, and very personable Trainer. He modifies the workout if needed to account for any soreness or injuries, but he doesn’t let you sloth off. It’s a fun experience where we laugh a lot in between our groans.
