If you want a professional certified trainer go elsewhere. Inaccurate certification and license information advertised about the trainer we worked with. (her profile is still inaccurate to this day) She violated the "zero tolerance for drugs" policy that Franciscan has in place to protect its members in the facility and management is only concerned with covering up the situation by deleting my husbands review and apparently the lack of investigation to our report. Extremely poor management and disappointing that Fracicscan condons this behavior.

I’m so Impressed with this fitness center. It is truly a hidden gem! Beautiful building, very roomy and clean that has everything for your fitness needs! They have a wide variety of well kept exercise equipment as well as a wide variety of fitness classes! Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Fun and warm environment where you feel comfortable and welcome! Do yourself a favor and take a tour!

Beware of 2 year contracts. I used the facility to swim and sit in the hot tub. Both the pool and hot tub were breaking down on a regular basis. So I was unable to use the facility. By not keeping the pool open they were not abiding by their end of the contract. In return I was charged $120 for breaking the two year contract.

The vibe of this gym is more like a hospital or a rehab facility. Signs, signs, signs everywhere screaming rules, warnings, and Covid precautions. It is NOT a gym that gives a vibe of inspiration or encouragement. Equipment tired, old and need of replacement. Group fitness during the workday making it impossible for non-retirees to utilize. Most classes are Les Mills which is HO HUM. Dated and worn out locker rooms: peeling paint , rust inside lockers and on ceiling.

The healing from the sauna, therapy pool, and whirlpool have been beyond my expectations.
I have very tight muscles from broken neck and spinal cord crushing.
I can almost walk normally after just a few weeks.

Love going to this location! Nice, clean facility with friendly and educated staff. The classes offered are great and led by top-notch teachers, but my favorite part has got to be the Kid Zone. The ladies who watch the kids are absolutely fantastic. What a wonderful setup and play area! I always look forward to going!

Do NOT plan to work out at this place if you are obese! Fat shaming is alive and well here. I signed a 2year contract and I've only went in twice due to the sneers and dirty looks, even stares from an older gentleman and a Male former trainer/swim class instructor. I walked in with my towel wrapped around me and when I took it off to swim I was so humiliated and ashamed of my 40+ weight gain. They continued to look over occasionally to the lap pool where I was doing weights and water walking. They were not discreet or polite about it. The next time was the same glaring,and snarled up face from a man who had to be 80yrs old! At least he wasn't snickering like the other 2 fools!! He stared and looked over often with disapproving looks for an hour as I walked in the water.Alsothere was a younger guy doing free weights in the gym who gave the same ugly, staring looks as the old man.I'm paying for a membership $51 per month to NOT use this gym. The 3 times I asked to talk with manager I was told she was out of the office or gone.Do not join here expecting acceptance for your differences.

got my membership mainly to go swimming but it offers much more than that. And with all my outdoor allergies I’m glad they have an indoor walking track as well, and many various other weight machines and cardio equipment. I was really surprised on all they had to offer compared to a few other gyms I have been to. But this is a membership I will actually keep and use.

If you work all week, don't plan on using the pool on Friday night or weekend days, they give swimming lessons to children and Sunday they open the pool to families. Why am i paying a membership fee for services I can't use, kids and families can go to the YMCA.

Good gym. Can get real packed about 3 times a day but it is not too bad. Nice equipment and the staff is nice and attentive if you need them. The only bad thing is they don’t allow your cell phones and I use to use my to record my swim technique. Other than that the place is great.

Had a trainer, which they said could not train me anymore due to personal reasons. Finally refunded me remaining visits. I was month to month due to travel and apparently in their contract they require 60 day written notice. So unbeknownst to me my account came off a freeze, started charging, so lost that month, then 2 months before a cancellation, so they screwed me out of $300. Very nice business practice for them though. I thought I was a pretty understanding client too. FYI, I never write reviews, but just thought I owed them something! I am just really tied of multi-million dollar businesses using entry level people with no power to enforce their unfair rules! So sad.
