No judgment. An unfiltered philosophy that drives us to create a community and a gym for all. No judgments means room for everyone, regardless of shape, size, age, race, gender or fitness level. No matter your workout of choice, we want you to feel good while reaching your goals.
Established in April 2000, we are full service with Nautilus weight machines, cardio machines (recumbent bikes, elliptical machines, the ARC, Octane, rower, stair stepper, treadmills, upright bikes, Nu-step, a free weight area with squat rack, two racquetball/walleyball courts, and a functional training room).
We strive to actively enrich the lives of our members while creating a community focused on moving towards a healthier and stronger self.

Great place to work out ..so much equipment of your choice..tv while you on treadmill..and after that a nice steam room to sweat toxins out .an nice showers an restrooms ..they have diff work classes like yoga.greatpeople that work their for seniors just use your silver sneakers on your health Ins.an it's free for you ..come Join

Prices are ridiculously high when called, but decided to go in and see the place. Went in to discuss membership, couldn't find anyone to talk to. Place was a ghost town. Waited 20+ minutes, no one at front desk or anywhere I could see. . . Seems others have had similar experiences.

Never went inside the place. Called them. Prices are quite high, especially without a contract. I get the sense they intend for it to be a semi exclusive club. Sticking with the home gym option.

Another gym that wants a long expensive contract with no exceptions!
Why hold people hostage if we don’t like the place we should be able to just quit without penalties.
Why not just offer a affordable monthly fee no strings instead of the contract?
I guess a home gym for me.
