We LOVE Fusion Gymnastics! Our daughter started in rec classes (for multiple years), where the instructors taught the basics, but also allowed the students to have the flexibility to explore gymnastics movements on their own and interact with peers in a supervised setting. Our daughter has now been on the Fusion Team for several years. The team environment supports the gymnasts in both their gymnastics goals and their goals outside of the gym with academics, family, and friends, which results in a well rounded gymnast who views themselves as valuable inside the gym and out in the community. Team training challenges each athlete at their individual level, and practice almost also always includes a fun light hearted element (i.e. board games paired with strength training or skill building activities). Gymnasts are encouraged to foster friendships with their teammates and this results in a highly successful gym environment both at practice and at competitive meets!

This gym is absolutely horrible. The only friendly/good employee is Ms. Kim.

Ms. Kim was great with the little kids and we stayed long than we should have because we really liked her but could not do it any longer.

The people who work the front desk are so rude. The owner is rude. They are so degrading to the parents. They have teenagers teaching children and they’re mean to them. They have teenagers tumbling where the toddlers are playing.

It is so unorganized and if you ask a question you get talked to like you’re unintelligent. 0/10 recommend.

I kept my daughter in it for months before finally quitting. It’s unsafe, dirty, and the employees (including the owner) are unbearable.

In house competition on Saturday was not organized at all. Had to have child there by 745. Nothing started tell 8:50. Its now 10:16 and we have only done 2 activities. To much standing around. At this rate we will be here tell 1. Alot of complaints in the stands. Do better or don't host these events please.

Thought about putting my daughter in here but after watching one practice with my friend amd his daughter, noticed that they have too many kids per instructor. They are also not getting a quality training, why are they jumping into a pit and on a trampoline? Looked like babysitting vs gymnastics.

We had a birthday party for a 7-year-olds hosted here. I had really high hope but I was disappointed in the end. I feel they didn’t allow kids to be kids and have fun, the lady just coached them around like sport practice.

It’s just okay. Really great facility. Lots of equipment. Teachers are mostly young girls that have a really hard time keeping track of kids that are under five. I get it’s hard to rally up a bunch of young kids, but for what you pay I feel there should be a bit more training and ability in the teachers. I’d give two stars for the teachers not keeping track of the kids, but four stars for the fun my kid had there.

This place is a nightmare. We moved to a new town and this gym was closer than our old gym, Westside, so we signed my 3 year old up here thinking it’d be the same quality. I should have read other reviews before paying for a full session. The coaches are very young teens who clearly have no experience handling little ones. The children are always running in different directions doing things they should not be doing since there is such poor supervision. One coach to about 10 toddlers. Safety is of no concern to them and my daughter has learned nothing of value the entire time she’s been there. I would not recommend this gym for little ones, very disappointed!

In short, it’s worth doing it for our kids if only because there is no alternative. The facility is really good, and the instructors for the most part do quality work considering the teacher to kid ratio is a a bit challenging. (Don’t let the fact that they are teens scare you away) About 10/1 or so. The activities are excellent at helping my children develop valence, flexibility and coordination. My kids are young so I can only speak to the “tumbling” class experience.

I have witnesses the owner being disrespectful in the way she communicates with parents who are essentially trying to help their kids deal with an intimidating environment. Strict rules are always an operational requirement in such activities but her behavior has been rude, dismissive and condescending. Her treatment of the parents of the younger kids is frankly without empathy. Luckily most of the time she has her hands full with what appears to be a well run and successful adolescent gymnastics program, and for what it is worth those kids seem to really like her coaching.

Let’s start with the positives... our son absolutely enjoyed his boys class. It was one of his favorite activities to go to and the gym/facility is very nice and quite impressive. BUT the positives end there. Our main issue with this place is the on-going lack of oversight and lack of proper instruction with the little kids. Our son started here when he was 4yo and was there for about 6 months. The little kids classes are taught by what looks to be high school kids, and it doesn’t seem like they have much experience in wrangling a bunch of tiny children. In addition to that the teaching of basic fundamentals to keep the children safe on the equipment is non-existent. We did address the lack of oversight and safety concerns with management, and we did receive a very kind response, but honestly it was nothing but lip service because nothing ever changed. I always try to keep my criticisms in check when I review a local business, but some of the other parents that I spoke to during the class all had the same concerns. Eventually, we stopped going to Fusion and signed our son up at another westside gymnastics gym. We are so much happier there because he’s actually learning fundamentals and focus. At Fusion, the kids mostly run wild and spend half of the class jumping in the pit or on the trampolines... that always bugged me because it was like they didn’t care to take the little kids classes seriously. There was absolutely no class planning on the instructors part. I mean, my son got an hours worth of exercise during his class, but absolutely no instruction. This is evident now that he’s in an actual teaching gym because he’s very far behind in his skill level compared to the other kids in his class. It just seems like the little kids programs at Fusion are simply a way for the gym to make extra money because it’s clear from our experience that there is no interest in teaching the kids any type of real tumbling or basic skills.

We've had our girl through three of the classes. She thoroughly enjoys it, but it seems like it could be better. There is only one instructor for 6-10 kids, so very little personal attention or direction. Her latest class, there was also a karate class happening simultaneously. So as my girl was on the balance beam four feet off the ground, the karate guy was screaming his karate stuff and distracting all of the girls on the beams. It seemed borderline dangerous. I think it's time to get the girl interested in something new.

Like a previous reviewer, I wanted to say good things about this facility and its programs but unfortunately I cannot. The facility is understaffed. The staff they do use is teenagers that appear to be less than 16 years of age. It was clear after several sessions with my young son, the teenage employees are more worried about their phones and gossiping than taking proper care of the young children.
Combine this with the rude adult staff, I will not be returning.

I really wanted to like this place, but our recent experience was negative. The staff was highly disorganized, impersonal, and unprofessional. They seem to be more interested in money than the quality of their services and the kids' experience. It was disappointing.
