Weekend hours are horrible, and Dumbbells are so Limited it's depressing. A sad dark corner of miss matched weights is the current vibe inside.
People that are reading this understand I do like my gym. Compared to other gyms this place meets so many other needs. I want our home gym to be something I can brag about and bring friends to.
They do have some better machines than most gyms dont have but not all equipment is worth your time.
IF THE machines are not cable fed/drawn but uses the belts don't waste your time. The Range of motions are horrible and the resistance on these machines are like a skipping CD inside the CD player. Not consistent.
If your changing gyms dont worry about the machines you will have what you need and maybe a few extras depending on your style and needs.

Though this gym doesn't have a single Hack Squat machine. Disappointing but not a deal killer.

Improvements are needed in order for me to stay for the long term$
Other wise I Will be forced to take my business to another gym if these weekend hours remain unrealistic & Dumbbell selection isn't improved upon over time.
If you're of the working class it will be very difficult to get into the gym on the weekends.
(A drug dealer, a retired person, a wife who is home with free time, or a teenager living at home with working parents are the only ones who will see the full benefits of their membership)
A suggestion, if the gym would stay open until 10pm on Saturdays and 8pm on a Sundays this would be a HUGE IMPROVEMENT.
Currently Saturday is closed before I can finish eating dinner with my family.
Sunday well its even a tighter schedule fit when it comes to being at church with the family in the morning and lunch after church. By time anyone is available after 2pm on a sunday we have to sacrifice Something important in our lives to be at our club at least 1hr before it closes.

Also their dumbell selection is very very limited. Unmatched & missing pairs with a Goodwill donation vibe.
Lucky to find one set of any dumbell set.
If theres more than two people using dumbbells them plan on waiting or going home.

I LOVE GOING TO GET FIT. I used to attend this gym back in 2016 after I had my second child, and it educated me on how to actually use the gym to my advantage and overcome some obstacles that were had to face. I love how I could work out secretly with only women and not feel like I was being stared at. I love the sauna room and how it’s always a workout machine available no matter what the volume of people is. Fast forward to 2025 and I have been back at the gym for a month. I have a trainer named GAVYNN that is amazing! He uplifts and motivates me to be the best I can be and even gives me advice on my outside life. It shows he listens and he actually cares and that’s what keeps me coming back every session. His dedication to me is why I show up Each and every session/day to be a better me. 😊

I started my health transformation over a year ago. I got with a dietitian but was also wanting to get back to a workout routine. Got a flier in the mail about some free training sessions. When I went in for my initial appointment I wasn't feeling warm and fuzzy about the experience. My information was passed down to the trainer Mr Scott H. I got in my first session with him and I continue to train with him till this day. Mr Scott is someone who cares about not only your physical well-being, he cares about your nutritional health and you as an overall person. Mr. Scott has me doing various exercises that I thought I would never be able to do. He has helped firm up and tone up the excess skin I have as I continue my transformation and journey to being more healthy. I definitely recommend you stop by.

So glad to see Valerie back working at the front desk. She is always helpful and greets you coming in and out the door.

Very affordable and a nice set of options for machines. The parking lot always looks more busy than it really is inside.

I do wish the personal trainers would teach their clients how to wipe down machines. I’ve never seen it happen once so far. It would help to have more staff watching since the wipes are consistently empty.

I did my membership online and Mikayla still took the time to show me around. She showed me everything and I really appreciated that. She was very kind and made me feel super welcomed as someone who hasn’t been to the gym in almost 10 years. I give her 5 stars. The gym I’ll give 3 stars. It is a little crowded around 9pm. They do a good job keeping it clean!
They don’t have a pool, so the $30 a month shouldn’t be that much considering the amenities are falsely advertised given the website and photos. :/. The sign out front says $9.95. I got the premium membership or premier. && that’s also falsely advertised. I can’t workout 24 hours. So I don’t appreciate the lack of integrity (which has nothing to do with employees & everything to do with the gym.) I like the location. Love the sauna.

Should change their Business Hrs on the Goggle Listing, havent been 24hr 7days a week in a couple years.
I've been a member off and on at this location for over 15 yrs. The amount of equipment and space was phenomenal. The biggest thing that kept me coming back for so long was "they" were open 24hrs 7days a week except Xmas & ThxGiving. As a 3rd shifter, needing access on Fri-Sat- Sun late night/ early morning THIS was the PERFECT.. Until they "Stopped."
The need was definitely there, it was NEVER empty when I went between 1:30am- 3am.
If safety was ever an issue, it was mentioned more than once to managers that maybe do like Mei Fitness, Anytime Fitness OR American Muscle Factory and incorporate a FOB for entry at night I KNOW a lot of us would pay more for this access.
My original rating a 4, but I felt it was time to give an edit. They're focusing too much on Micro Wrestling these days instead of bring back the 3rd shifters they lost.

Nevertheless I have been a member of this gym for sometime but due situation in my life I had not put in the work. I decided I needed some help, so I got a trainer, Chris. R. He have been a great fit for me, he is professional, funny, attentive, relatable, and knowledgeable. Truly I could go on...I have a praise that give God...he placed me with some of the best people to help through my rehabilitation. As for as the environment and the other staff they are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable themselves that is for the individual's I have encountered. As the 4.0 rating... I am disappointed that the pool was shut down.

Dirty gym, hairball on the floor , I wish I was kidding. Most treadmills upstairs do not work and they make no attempt to fix it either. Yes, it is two stories building and it is open but what is the point when no one uses treadmills in the theater room and most treadmills upstairs do not work.
Upstairs is hot and humid and congested . No AC upstairss or downstairs, they rely on the orange fans and leaving the front door open. Not to mention some lady was farting non stop and she was on the treadmill that was right in front of the fan. No shame, she kept doing it, I could not finish my workout
Most people go there because of the location, I was going there for same reason. I was trying to toleratE it until today I had horrible customer service with front desk today. Glad I canceled my membership. Good luck .

I had an issue and the general manager personally called me before his vacation to make sure the issue was resolved. The trainer Bryan is very skilled and I have had great success working with him. I do recommend keeping track of your personal training packages and be sure to cancel before the 30 days. I had to pay an extra month but I'm not really upset about it anymore, because I get an extra month of training. Bryan has been helping me keep track of my measurements and I am showing progress. I really love the women's room and the cardio cinema also.

The gym itself is cool, I like the fact that they have a sauna & assisted pull up machine but pay attention to what your signing!! I called and cancelled my membership over the phone w/ a new guy who had never done it before. He was walked through it by someone & I was assured that my membership was cancelled & I gave them my new card number to pay for the 10$ fee to cancel, well I guess he didn't put it in correctly so I was charged 29.90$ about a month later, which included 2 months dues even tho I had cancelled it already. That's why they had my new card number. My point is that contract will hit you hard if you decide to cancel. Just read the damn thing instead of just singing it!! I had to pay 30$ just about, to cancel my membership!!

I have been a member on and off for 15 years and have never felt more judged in a gym than here! I was literally told I was too fat to work here ! If you’re going to discriminate against body types make sure your entire staff can pass a fitness test because your staff isn’t the spitting imagine of fitness Mr. Roy owner sir thank you for having a super judgemental environment and body shaming me even though I can dead lift more than your entire staff and am down 100 lbs on my own thank you very much ! Your trainers haven’t even gotten results like that! Unfortunately due to the lack of affordable gyms in the area I’ll be staying a member out of necessity. I would recommend the gym to most because it actually has great equipment BUT as a place of work? If you’re not skinny don’t apply 😂

Mr. Scott is an excellent source of information. The whole place is friendly and welcoming. Great price per month too. Equipment is in good shape. Sauna is great after my workout too. I will say that it is way too hot in there. The ac is virtually non existent. The fans help of course but tinting the windows would really help and updating the system would definitely improve the situation. No t cold but just reasonable and therefore not dangerous! I really miss the pool.

Personal training manager bald white guy made racist remarks towards me and family. He went as far to body shame me and my aunt. If this is how the organization treats its members then they need to be investigated. Can’t believe they have someone like that running their gym. I will be letting everyone know how unprofessional and insensitive this man was. Still experiencing discrimination in 2025 is an eye opener. If you are a person of color I would not go there. Things aren’t the same since Gold’s gym left and they rebranded. Outside of the toxic culture created by the management there are many opportunities in the gym, from cleanliness to lack of safety.
