A locally owned and operated fitness center, still operated by the founding family! Premium members have 24 hour access!
Staffed hours are: Monday through Thursday 10A-6P, Friday 10A-4P, and prior appointments for outside of regular staffed hours. Holidays are unstaffed. Please check website for staffed hours and holiday hours.
Online sign-up is available on our website!
We offer InBody composition scans, both to members and non-members!
Personal workout programs are available by appointment (extra fee applies).
We offer group fitness classes, selectorized weight equipment, free weights, kettlebells, Precor treadmills, Precor ellipticals, Precor AMTs, and Concept2 rower.
Dry sauna is seasonal (typically October through May)

The staff are always friendly and the equipment always is in good working order. The the gym is clean and there's parking on the side! The monthly pricing is low enough that even people with limited income can enjoy a good workout. I highly recommend this gym!
Update: facilities are upgraded quite a bit since last and the staff as always as friendly and helpful!

I spend enough weekends in the area that I had to find a gym. Gymies doesn't disappoint!!! As a gym owner myself, I was thoroughly impressed. The place is impeccably maintained, and the equipment is awesome. They have competition benches and a mix of old-school stuff that I absolutely love. The staff was great, and I love the keyfob entry for when I want to come during off hours. Massive fan of this gym! Will get a week pass every time I'm in town.

It's my home gym. People are nice, it never smells funny and you have a lot of choices in workouts! The kind folks really helped in my weight loss journey here as well!

I’ve been going to Gymies for about three weeks and unless I move across the country I don’t think I’ll ever work out anywhere else again. Sure, there’s some things that would be cool to see added in the future- another squat rack, maybe. But everyone there is exactly on the same page, like all gyms should be- we’re all on the same team trying to be better versions of ourselves. The equipment is in no short supply, the staff couldn’t be friendlier, and it’s a no-nonsense place to get to where you want to be. Much like everything else about Cicero, it’s a good place to be full of good people to be there with.
