There is a cheer gym as well I cheer there I’m on youth 2 if you want to cheer and under 18 this is a good place for you I’m 8 and on our lowest level there are 5 year olds ( not in a mean way )they are so cute to watch they are called precious patties there coaches are the best gymnastics was also always fun when I was really young I had coach Dina and I had the best time of my life and then I went to cheer

Just had my 6-year-old son's birthday party at Gymnastics Unlimited last Saturday. From booking to payment to being ready the day of, they exceeded my expectations. I had a party of 18 kids and the girls assigned to my party kept all of them entertained, sanitized, safe and happy!! The facility has plenty of room for kids to run around and they have access to the trampolines and foam pit. The loft has two sets of bleachers for parents to easily watch their kids from above and mingle at the same time. The cupcakes provided were high quality, Kool-aid pouches and all tableware is also provided. It can be difficult to find a place to have a birthday party in Indy that is affordable for 20 kids, especially when it's too cold to be outside. Don't hesitate to book here, the kids loved it!

Both my kids love Gymnastics Unlimited. They have gymnastics and ninja classes. I really like the ninja instructor because he’s upbeat and great with kids. He’s also very patient and celebrates accomplishments.

The reason I’m giving GU 4 stars is two fold-

First, the gymnastics classes start and end at the exact same time. This causes parking issues and chaos inside the building. You’ve got parents picking up and dropping off, it’s a mess. If the classes ended 10 minutes prior to the next class this wouldn’t be the case.

Second, there isn’t communication between the staff and parents. We’ve been going there since last summer, and I just found out that there is a star system online so you can track their progress. They didn’t have my son’s set up correctly so it didn’t have any stars marked off. I wish there was some sort of communication between the instructors and the parents. A quick email 3 times a year would be nice.

We recently switched to GU from another gym; and we couldn’t be more happy with the decision. My daughter is on the Level 3 competitive team. At GU, my daughter rediscovered her love and enthusiasm for gymnastics. My daughter looks forward to practice and hates to leave.

The coaches are positive, attentive to each gymnast, motivate the girls to do their personal best, approachable, and (most importantly) love what they do.

The owner is wonderful, caring, and is very much involved with the gym.

As a child I did recreational gymnastics for a few months at GU. It was fun and the instructors were so helpful.

I don't blame GU for what I'm going to say next, but they definitely could advise their employees against making threats. I was 9 years old, and told another girl in my class that Santa wasn't real. As stupid of a thing as it sounds, I was pulled off to the side and told that if I EVER repeated that I would not be permitted to return to classes. All I remember was the instructors first name. Ms.Dina, if you're reading this, I forgive you and just wish you would be more respectful of others in the future.

I've been calling this place for days the website is horrible and can't seem to get ahold of anyone, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere because it doesn't make sense. I basically will have to drive all the way to the building to get answers that could be answered over the phone. Very unprofessional in my opinion

I just had my daughters 5th birthday here and it was everything we hoped it would be! The instructor was a younger male, I feel terrible I didn't get his name but my kids liked him and he was so patient and kind but still did a great job keeping making sure they oxide by the rules. It was effortless and affordable it was such a relief to be able to enjoy the party without having to work the party the whole time. Another mom was so impressed she plans on booking too! Thank you so much we loved it!

It's fun!! My only complaints are that they don't really focus on your individual abilities, for example some girls in class can do so and so, while others can't, and the teachers don't really focus on their inividual talents. Still, I learn a lot and I really enjoy it! The teachers take time to explain things and are very helpful and involved.

Our daughter has been on team at gymnastics unlimited for two years now. She had moved from another local gym. The coaches at GU work well with the girls. They're emotionally supportive and my daughter has always come out of the gym with a smile on her face. We love the friendships our daughter has made there and how her team cheers her on. Highly recommend.

I’ve come here a handful of times over the last few years. First, as a nanny during their Friday open gyms then as a mom then this weekend for a birthday party. The employees were so helpful and friendly. They interacted great with the kids (3-6 year olds), and pretty much took care of everything so we as parents could actually enjoy the day with our birthday girl! It was just long enough to not be boring or too much for youngsters, and I’d definitely come back!

...I absolutely love this place!! tried putting my autistic son in the gymnastics class, but it was a bit too much for him. They never showed any form of frustration, and stayed patient the entire time- they then suggested their Ninja class, due to the class/teacher ratio being smaller, & it worked WONDERS!! he is so in love with his class!! The instructors are SO full of energy and are brilliant at what they do!! I would highly recommend anyone to attend this center; and if you have a special needs child, know that your kiddo will also be in a wonderful environment!

First time there, we were excited for my 8 year old (a little late to start but she wanted to try) to get to learn and have fun. From the start the two teachers seemed disengaged and unsure of what to do. They assigned certain things for the beginners (or bronze class) to do but didn’t show them how to do most of it - neither were they helpful at the equipment that they were stationed at. My daughter is a rule follower, so when they told her to do something she was going to try it. She couldn’t do it herself and instead of one of the teachers telling her to wait, take the time to help out or just skip that particular exercise they let two little girls flip my daughter onto her neck. One of the teachers watched it happen and only came over when they realized my daughter wasn’t moving and was crying on the floor. Then they told her to leave the floor and wait until she felt better. I talked to the people at the front desk to ask if this was actually was a beginner class they assured me it was but said that my daughter was expected to already know how to do a cartwheel. When I told them it wasn’t during a cartwheel they said, basically, “oops.” My daughter is crying on the couch in pain and disappointment. She really wants to do gymnastics but she’s afraid the teachers are going to let her get hurt again. I understand teachers have to pay attention to a lot and maybe these teachers were having a bad day - but their inattention (or incompetence) allowed my little girl to be put into a dangerous situation. Again maybe it was one bad day - but one bad day can be very dangerous in gymnastics I would imagine. We won’t be going back there.

This gym will not work with school sports. They will convince you that they will work with you, then when they have your 500$ and 250 a month they tell you sorry and kick you off the team. It's a shame they would refuse little girls the opportunity to cheer for there school, instead they choose to chase after they're greed and worry only about themselves.
