Our Mission
To enhance the knowledge, skills and abilities of all levels of athletes and clients. We do this by building trust and inspiring the people we work with. All athletes are different and therefore the foundation of motivation must be built from the inner core of their true potential.
Our Trainers
Our team of experienced certified trainers and strength coaches are dedicated to helping our members and athletes understand the "why" of what we are coaching them on. It is important that we connect the reasons behind the training program so that we know where we started, what the next steps are, and what the end objective is. We do this by providing personalized training programs tailored to each individual's needs and goals.

I enrolled my 6th-grade son in Coach Geri Lea’s 8-week Summer Training program between track and football seasons to help him build agility and strength. The instruction and routines Coach Geri provided were exceptional—targeted, effective, and aligned perfectly with our goals. Over the course of the program, my son made consistent gains in agility and saw remarkable improvements in strength and explosive power. His max bench press increased by 25%, his deadlift by 9%, and his pull-up count jumped from 12 to 19—a 37% improvement.
I highly recommend Coach Geri’s 8-week training package for any young athlete who’s passionate about sports and committed to improving. Not only will they see measurable results, but they’ll also gain a solid understanding of a training routine that delivers.

My son was a goalie in the summer hockey camp. The coaches are great and the HOSA staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Another thing is the value for the cost is awesome. I have been searching for hockey camps for awhile and this one definitely exceeded my stringent expectations.

Working with personal trainer, Kerry and he is great! He is extremely knowledgeable and can tell me the little things I'm doing wrong which not only improves my performance but keeps me safe. He knows many ways to work an area, so he can tailor my workouts to what works best for me and keeps it interesting. He can also incorporate his vast knowledge of nutrition so you get a more well rounded fitness regimine. He's a very nice guy too which makes the workouts more fun. The facility is well equipped and clean and the staff are friendly, courteous and highly trained.. Would highly recommend you give it a try.
