Very disappointed with our experience here. The staff seemed friendly at first but it’s just been poor communication and not at all what I was expecting. There was only one bad review and it was about the parking lot which made this seem like it was going to be super great..

I tried reaching out through email but the only way to get a proper conversation is through phone call or in person and I honestly don’t have the time. Its not age appropriate for a three year old and honestly disappointed in the waste of $300 for the two hours and a half that we spent there because we will not be finishing the month off when it was made to seem like we were being dismissed. They need to invest in trial days so parents can see if it’s a good fit before investing so much money.

Our final straw was being told by her coach “I wouldn’t be offended if you guys called it a day”. The only response we got about that was “I’ve never had a coach talk this way”. There was no proper coach to parent problem solving nor problem solving from the management. The vibes given was that my child was a problem child and not wanted there. Obviously your child is expected to be a golden child off the first class even if they have no history with classroom type settings or just being curious as typical three year olds are. They don’t get any free time and it’s not well organized for a three year old. The “break” they get is spent sitting in front of the older cheer leaders and watching them practice.

Might be a great fit for other people but it wasn’t for us. I wouldn’t have left a review if they could have at least communicated better through this instead of ignoring us and our concerns.

The parking here sucks. The owner of this business is trying to do to much. Very crowded and watch your kids going through the parking lot. Arrive early or plan on parking in another buisness parking lot.

My daughter has been coming to Hollywood for about 5mo. She does private lessons with Pat who is amazing. She has never felt so supported and made such quick progress as she has here. The new facility that just opened will be top notch when all is completed. If you are looking for a gym with great coaches, a supportive and encouraging atmosphere and a stellar facility this is the place!

We’ve been going to Hollywood for years and have been really happy. We love the individual attention and that they know who you are. Your kid is not just a number! Pat is an amazing coach - he knows when to push and how to encourage. He truly wants each athlete to achieve the skills they are after and will work on a plan to achieve that.

We have trained with coach Pat at Hollywood for various things and the experience has always been great. He responds quickly, gives plenty of notice, when possible, about schedule changes. The students seem to really enjoy their classes and the families I've gotten to know through the years have continued to stay training with Pat or any of the classes offered by the gym.

We started going to Hollywood cheer almost a year ago so my daughter could improve her tumbling skills. Her coach Patrick Cowherd has been AMAZING. She went from wanting to not continue All Star cheer to absolutely loving this gym and her coach immediately. She has come leaps and bounds with her tumbling! I truly cant say enough good things about Hollywood Allstars cheer and tumble. We take private lessons there, as well as weekly classes. PAT is AMAZING! In fact, the entire staff is amazing. I have NEVER met a staff more knowledgable and passionate about cheer and tumbling. My daughter refers to Pat as family- and that is EXACTLY how they make you feel. If another coach is nearby while you are tumbling, they gladly step in and help spot or provide encouraging words or coaching advice. We have been to several gyms but this one is different...and I am certainly glad we were referred by a HS cheer coach. I can honestly say that my daughter would not have made growth in her cheer and tumbling at the rate in which she did without our involvement in HW. We drive a bit ways to get there (30 minutes)...and it is worth every.single.minute.

I have two girls that started tumbling here in January.... it has been a positive experience for both. They feel comfortable with the coaches and the other athletes are amazingly supportive. Pat is great at teaching the girls tumbling and helping overcome fears. He is also extremely supportive of them for activities beyond Hollywood. My daughter has been coming to Hollywood for a few months. She does privates and classes. The amount of progress she has made is impressive! Patrick is PHENOMENAL!!!! He is very positive but pushes her to the limits. He is the best at communicating with our family - always willing to talk about progress, next steps, programs. He texts in advance if any scheduling changes may need to take place and is super accommodating. As far as coaching, they know their stuff!

My daughter has been at Hollywood now for 4 seasons and we love it! When we started out my daughter could barely do a cartwheel but now she can’t stop tumbling. Pat is a gem. He has this crazy way that he can get through to these kids and they have mutual love and respect. I like that this gym is competitive but it’s a healthy competitive. It is not cut throat and all the drama that my friends talk about at other gyms. We found a home with Hollywood. The parents and athletes are like a big family. We see each outside the gym and they are all very close. If you want a family atmosphere, where your athlete will grow leaps and bounds, and have positive role models around who have a positive influence... Hollywood is the place!

Hollywood is an incredible place for kids to learn and excel in tumbling and cheer. My daughter was an extremely shy child and started taking tumbling and cheer and the coaches, athletes, and staff helped her come out of her shell. She is now confident and improves every time she goes into the gym, which is almost everyday. The coaches are remarkable and look out for the best of every child. I’m so glad we found Hollywood. It has not only helped our child find her passion, it has helped her grow in so many different ways! If you are looking for a family friendly atmosphere, this is the gym. Everyone is supportive and the HW family is close in and outside the gym. Finally, for a Cheer mom dominated sport, Hollywood welcomes the Cheer Dad with open arms.

Hollywood is an amazing place for children and teens to learn tumbling, cheer, Acro, and more. My daughter has been there for several years and has not only grown as an Allstar cheerleader but as a person. The coaches, staff, and owner care so much about their athletes and teams. It is like a second home to my daughter and definitely her happy place! The families and children/teens that attend there are so friendly, kind, and supportive. I would highly recommend Hollywood!
