We booked our first free session online and drove from Greenfield excited to try it out, only to get a text saying the free class is only offered to those who live in a 5 mile radius. When we got the text we tried to walk in to talk about it and the doors were locked at 11:30 in the morning 🧐 maybe it’s awesome, I’m sure it is, but the customer service definitely didn’t get them a customer. I didn’t see anything about the free class only being for people in a five mile radius online so be sure to call before driving out here.

I’ve visited this HOTWORX location multiple times, and while the staff is always friendly and professional, I can’t overlook the major hygiene issue here: the lack of antibacterial spray. No matter how hard the staff works to keep the place clean—and I do see them vacuuming and tidying throughout the day—vacuuming doesn’t kill bacteria, especially in a sauna environment where people are sweating heavily.

I’ve witnessed multiple occasions where members leave without wiping down the sauna, and without antibacterial spray, there’s no real way to disinfect those surfaces properly. This becomes even more concerning with equipment like the row machine—its cloth handles absorb sweat, and disinfectant wipes alone are not enough to sanitize them.

Other HOTWORX locations (Carmel and 82nd) provide antibacterial spray— why can’t this one? Until they start prioritizing member health and hygiene with proper cleaning supplies, this location will only get 1 star from me. I’ll be happy to update my review once antibacterial spray is made available.

I've been wanting to try Hotworx since 2023... I finally did. I am glad I did.

Of the things I like most, the hot yoga and hot pilates are my personal favorites.

In a 24-hour cycle, there are enough booking slots available to go around, so it is never crowded and uncomfortable.

The staff is friendly and cordial.

The price is comparable and a great rate for what you have access to.

I highly recommend it. I use hotworx to supplement my current workout routine and for stress relief.

I walk away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. My skin and muscles loooove it. My body is so responsive to this kind of program. I've moved away from high impact workouts, and this has been a great fit for me.

Oh my gosh, I am in love with this place. First of all, I am not one that loves working out... I never have. Its something I begrudgingly did and because of that I always fall out of routines. With HOTWORX, I look forward to my workouts and have been going nearly every day. I love that they are quick and effective! I LOVE that I am dripping in sweat afterwards. I feel great, I never feel too sore afterward because the muscle recovery benefits from the infrared heat are amazing. I also love knowing that even after my workouts I am getting about an hour of after calorie burn. Look up all the benefits of infrared heat - amazing. ALSO that is is open 24/7? I have 4 kids and own a business so finding time for gyms has been hard. I can go at 5am, 10pm, whenever it works best for me. I absolutely love this place and have been telling everyone about it!

This place is amazing. The staff is wonderful. Always greet you by name & always asks how
your day was. 2 of my best friends & I work out about every day. We feel great. Have lost weight & we are not sore. The infra red & heat is amazing. I would recommend this to anyone of any age. Keep up the good work Sylvia, Deavin , Drew & Kendall. See you all soon!!

I am absolutely obsessed with this place. I have been going to Hotworx over 4 years now! The results are amazing! This place is great for someone just starting out on their fitness journey to someone looking to add to their current routine, to a person just looking for the benefits of the infrared heat. It is one of the best boutique fitness places I have been, and the price is super affordable, the staff is amazing and friendly! I love the aspect of being able to workout anytime, with multiple options for workouts, and I absolutely love the FX Zone in the back, which I NEVER have to fight over access to weights!!! If you are looking for a great workout and just a benefit to your overall health and wellness you should definitely check this place out!

I'm not even sure where to begin with my love for this place. I just realized that I've been a member for almost a year. In that year, my body has changed so much. Not only was I able to reach my weight loss goal (bye bye to 87 lbs), the HOTWORX workouts (especially the isometric ones - they are my favs) COMPLETELY transformed my body. As a former gymnast, I always felt like workouts gave me bulky muscles that I didn't love. These workouts have made me look and feel so toned and strong but with lean muscles. I honestly haven't felt this good in years. I'm in better shape than ever at 42 years old.

On top of the great workouts, the ladies and Drew are so friendly. They are always extremely helpful and are invested in their members. The gym is also spotless and I'm not sure that I've ever said this about a gym - but it smells good.

One last thing (but I could really go on for a lot longer). HOTWORX has become my me time / self care / mental break / therapy session / etc. Whatever you want to call it. I love being able to come in and workout by myself if that's what I need or join a friend or two. I always mentally feel so much better after I'm done. My body and mind both crave the workouts.

The folks at Hotworx in Fishers are so nice and helpful! But even better than that are the effects of the infra red! During quarantine, my back was killing me. I mean, real pain. Two sessions in after the opening and I am good as new! It REALLY does work.

Disregard all negative reviews, this place is amazing and does wonders for your mind and body. Just like anything you can’t expect Hotworx to produce results for you, you must be willing to put in the work to the session! I’m a bodybuilder and use Hotworx for active recovery and the result definitely apparent. I can pretty much recovery in half the time with combining Hotworx sessions with my bodybuilding sessions! Highly recommend! Also regarding membership they do make it clear that your Locked in for three months before you can cancel.

I came, I tried it, and I conquered. Working out in the heat is intense, my body just feels great. It reminds me of football camp in college, minus the bumps and bruises.

These days...after a long work day you not only feel like you got a workout, but de-stressed, "cleansed" and relaxed.

If you like a little more privacy when getting your sweat on this place is clean, quiet and has a variety of classes to get what you need.

If you're looking for big weights, you won't find them here, but there are enough "toys" (dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, etc) to get some good conditioning and a nice "pump".

Hotworx fishers location is my FAVORITE PLACE. I could swear I’m there more than I’m at my own house ha! The environment is amazing and the staff is SO encouraging and helpful. I’ve found new friends and a whole group of people who want to help me reach my fitness and health goals! Love me some Hotworx!
