I been & tried a lot of different workout places, hotworx as been a very nice different experience. I love the fact I'm working out in a sauna, I can if I want to workout alone n in peace. The owners are fantastic, very pleasant to see. This will n always be my favorite gym and I'll continue to stay with them.

I canceled my membership 3 months ago, they are still charging me. I've called repeatedly, they say they'll refund and cancel. 22 days later, nothing and now they won't take my calls.
EDIT: I eventually got out taken care of and upgraded to 3 stars. The gym is great, the customer service, not so much!

My daughter and I came to the Jefferson Pointe HOTWORX location to try it out. Andrew was super helpful in explaining the process, very professional and kind. The facility was very clean and equipment is well maintained. We loved the way our skin felt after a workout in the saunas. Definitely give HOTWORX a try- especially this location!

Moving from Chicago , where every style of workout is available, I was looking for something exactly like Hotworx . It’s a boutique style gym without the cost that is tied to them. I appreciate how kind and welcoming the staff is. This is the perfect place for anyone experienced in the gym or even nervous to start. You are in the comfort of your own sauna with a trainer, on tv, walking you through your workout. I definitely recommend Hotworx!

I am truly thankful there is a Hotworx in Fort Wayne. I recently moved back to the area. I was going to the Hotworx in my area I previously lived but had ended membership due to not seeing one located in Fort Wayne when I had previously looked, while I was driving out west of Fort Wayne, seen the sign and became instantly excited. After entering was met with huge welcome to Hotworx. The lady and young man stated their names were Tonia and Andrew, instantly they offer me a tour of the facility and went over the benefits of Hotworx. Although I personally knew the benefits, just wanted to see their knowledge. The facility was clean and very inviting. The both of them stated they were a family owned facility and wanted to give the city a place they could come and workout. I am impressed with this place and i go 5x a week. I recommend this location Fort Wayne you have a Diamond in the ruff with this location. I am telling you that you’re going to see changes in your overall health going to Hotworx on West Jefferson. Thanks again Tonia and Andrew for making this a family environment!!!

I love Hotworx. Working out in the sauna helps with the muscles not being sore after the workout. The ability to sweat out toxins at the same time. Don't skip the foam roller to press out the tense in the muscles. I like being able to go anytime you want. I recommend trying the free workout. It's worth a try.

I love working out at Hotworx’s, but Some regular preventative maintenance is need on equipment, something seems to always be broken or not functioning properly lately. For the longest there was a water issue with the floor in the back part of the building where the weights are location which latest quite sometime. I have voice my concerns over these issue, to the staff that’s there but they try to soften the issue by saying they are working to get maintenance involved or something regarding parts on order. Sanitation wipes are always empty. I understand the owners are stationed out of town and I’ve meet them they are amazing individuals, but we need someone to handle and address these concerns promptly. Not months and weeks on end. And maybe they are not aware of these issues…I’m not sure. I’ve attached pictures below I’m giving a 3 star because this gym has provided me with the necessary workouts I truly need, I join when it first open. BUT, please get someone to respond and maintain maintenance issues faster!

I have tired to cancel my membership several times now. They are still taking money out of my account. I have talked with owner he says it's canceled, but hotworx is still stealing money out of my account. And with no staff around it's hard to go and talk to them. This is not right that you tell me that my cancelation was complete and my account would not be touched again. This was on July 1st when you proceed to remove money and on July 6th you took the money again. This is bad business

August 1st and yet again 3months this company has charged me for a canceled membership. I can't believe I just woke up to this again. This company is not doing good business. I want my money back

It’s a good place excellent workouts. But I have noticed that the maintenance has started to decrease a little bit. For example, there are spray bottles that are used to clean the equipment it’s a yellow liquid but now it is liquid water lol. I also utilize the lockers with all the gear and one time I got half the set. I’m not necessarily being picky because the overall experience is phenomenal but there are some little things that need to be fixed.
