Hotworx is a different kind of gym. This place really makes you how yourself accountable since it's virtual instructors. It's very flexible with scheduling, which is great for me because of my job. I can workout after my shift in the early morning or late in the evening. The other members are great and we help encourage each other because we all know how difficult this journey is that we're all on. The staff does great and tries to know you by name, which is very welcoming since I think they have over 800 members, I have met the owners a couple of times. They seem like great people and they just wanna help others and see us become a better version. Mike is always finding a way to challenge and we have even worked out a couple of times, we pushed each other so hard that we were dying lol. Kelly is also encouraging and very positive. So if you're looking for a gym, come check them out. First workout is free and it's a great investment if you truly want it and want to better yourself.

I’ve been a member at Hotworx since the day they opened, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. From the start, Mike and Kelly have been absolutely wonderful owners—always welcoming, supportive, and truly invested in their members’ success. I have thoroughly enjoyed working out at HOTWORX!! They offer a variety of exercises, all taking place in a sauna. You just have to give it a try, but I’m certain you will want to join. I really enjoy getting to know others while training, but I also workout by myself quite often. They are open 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 days a week!! The owners, and every single person that works there, are professional, helpful, and extremely nice!!

I’ve been a proud HOTWORX member of the Indiana location since winter of 2023. The owners are not only exceptional leaders, but they’ve become trusted friends and mentors over the years. The staff and owners are attentive to resolve maintenance issues and are prompt to respond to messages outside of studio hours. A few months ago, I had an issue getting into the studio for a 6am class and it was fixed within a short time of notifying them on instagram. HOTWORX has truly improved my mental and physical health through the benefits of infrared sauna workouts. My husband and I are both thankful for HOTWORX community we have in Indiana!

If I could give an establishment 10 stars, Hotworx Jeffersonville would ABSOLUTELY be that place! The positive, motivational environment is unmatched, and Mike and Kelly really make the members feel like family. Anytime I go in during staffed hours I'm greeted with smiles and friendly conversation, which is not always something I experience at other health and wellness facilities. And the workouts I get there are phenomenal! (I especially enjoy the Thunder rowing and Blast bikes!) I've been going since they opened a few years back, and it is hands-down my favorite place to get a great workout and good sweat going!

If someone out there is in need of a fun, positive, accessible workout option that will MAKE YOU SWEAT, MAKE YOU SMILE, and MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD, please give Hotworx Jeff or Hotworx Floyd Knobs a go. You won't regret it!

I am the one with the purple towel. I will be with Hotworx of Jeffersonville almost 3 years and am extremely happy. When I had surgery I froze my account when I was able to go back everyone was excited to see me again. When my husband had cancer the people at Hotworx kept him in prayer. Mike and Kelly make sure the equipment is clean and working properly and that the studio is always clean. Thank you Mike and Kelly! I have gone in other Hotworx studios in other states that have a nasty odor and the equipment sounds like it is going to fall apart and the seats on the bikes are tapped together. I am very grateful y’all listened and bought the larger seats for hot cycle. I would give Hotworx of Jeffersonville and A++++. Great job guys.

I was going to start my experience with hotworx in a few weeks when my other gym membership was cancelled out, but gosh am I lucky I can take that back.
I try not to be negative or leave any bad reviews but people need to know these things. Every employee has now left besides the sweet one at the front desk, Gracie I think, all because of the owners!
There is just drama and no accountability with these people. Please be careful when making your decision to come and be here, I love hotworx. But I will be signing up at one in Louisville instead because of the way they treat their employees.
I know that Hotworx can have a family feel from what other members told me , but I can’t fathom giving my money to people like the owners of this location.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Love this place and the people the owners are amazing! This is a gym with a family and friendly feel. It’s nice to actually have a great relationship with both owners. This is something I firmly believe in! And you can see the difference within classes. This is definitely Type 1 diabetic approved! Highly recommend giving them a try!

I was a very loyal Hotworx customer for over two years and I had nothing but good things to say until today. After much consideration, I made the decision to cancel my membership. Like other reviews state, I was shocked by the $99 cancellation fee. From my brief overview of other Google reviews, it seems that the company response has been that this is discussed when you sign on, but I 1) don’t remember that discussion, and 2) should not be reasonably expected to remember such a small contract detail that I was told over two years ago. Additionally, I may not remember what was said to me over two years ago when I originally signed on, but I do know that when I cancelled none of the details about the cancellation contract were disclosed to me before I was asked to sign. One detail being I am no longer allowed access to the facility despite having already paid for the full month of August (which I learned from my independent reading of the cancellation contract, NOT from staff explanation). When I asked if I could do the two-month notice with a frozen account (I had already planned on freezing my account), and pay out the $30 per month for the next two months, I was told this was not possible. Furthermore, $30 a month for an account I don’t use/have access to is a little steep, but I was willing to pay it. It’s unfortunate that my parting with Hotworx has been such an ordeal because I did consider rejoining at some point; however, as far as I’m concerned, this bridge is burnt.

Hotworx is one of the only gyms i have been to that I really see results! The staff and people are amazing! Jazmyn helped me tremendously with all the app settings and stuff around the studio. Cancellation policy!!! 🚨🚨🚨

To cancel a policy at this gym, you have to go in person. Cannot do over the phone or online!
You can cancel immediately by paying $100 or you can pay your monthly membership price for TWO MORE months and then it’s canceled!

Was not informed about any of this when I signed up for the membership OR when I called and said I wanted to cancel. All that was said was that I needed to do it in person.They make it difficult to cancel, obviously to make more money.

Besides this, working out here has been fine. I enjoyed it more so at the beginning they do change their workouts around and if it doesn’t fit your work schedule, you’re missing out on the workouts you want to do. The rooms book up pretty quickly during the off hours and what I’m assuming is a more popular time to go. When I would go early in the morning rooms that showed were full did not have anyone in the room. This was frustrating because I could’ve got a workout that I wanted, but did not because people did not have the courtesy of canceling Their spot.
Having kids at home, made it difficult to be able to work out here. And the cancellation policy made me never want to redo this membership again in the future.

I had no clue what I was in for whenever I went in for my free session . However, it was fun, motivating, yet so hot. The building was clean. The rooms were clean and the way it was set up was pretty nice. The staff was very friendly and understanding. They were nonjudgmental And it made me a lot more comfortable. It was more of the people that came to work out, that would give you the looks as if you didn’t fit in.

I would rate 0 stars if possible, be prepared to pay a fee for canceling. The fee to cancel is higher than a months membership as well. Strongly recommend you do your research before even walking in the door on all of the crazy fees they have.

I can't say enough good things about Hotworx. The 24-hour access is a game-changer, and the added security of member-only access makes me feel safe and comfortable every time I visit. The cancellation policy is the worst, designed to take as much money from you as they can.
It is very expensive to start and finish this program, to me it is too much money all around, I only tried cause I like being able to sit in a sauna. I’m not a fan of sharing the saunas with strangers, but I do like the saunas. Also you can go 24hrs a day, that is good too.
Not a huge fan of the employees, the only time they were super nice was before/as you sign up. Overall I am just disappointed with my experience at HOTWORX.

Hotworx has been a godsend! After a recent knee injury and having difficulty with mobility, the infrared saunas have promoted miraculous healing. The workouts are efficient, the membership low cost and the staff is full of amazing hype girls.

I’ve been with Hotworx Jeffersonville since March and have no complaints. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I love how I can tailor the workouts to whatever I need them to be. So if there are days that i’m struggling I can take more breaks during my ISO or go easy with my HITT…and if I'm feeling good I may do multiple classes and a FX zone. Either way I still leave dripping with sweat, feeling like i’ve gotten in a great workout!

I hate exercising! It has never been a big part of my life UNTIL I was introduced to Hotworx! I have never stuck to any exercise plan longer than a month, however I have been consistently attending classes 5-6 times a week since joining in March! I've been going to Hotworx for a little over a month. After my very first session, I knew this was going to be a game changer and an incredible compliment to my workout routine! I have noticed that I have more energy, better sleep, and a glow to my skin that others have actually complimented me on! It's also nice to workout when you want to and pick the workout you want to do! I'm usually solo in the sauna, which I also like, but the times I've been in with someone else, we have just cheered each other on to the finish!

Never in my life have I been a gym person or enjoyed sweating, but I have been going to Hotworx nearly every day the last 3 or so months and I absolutely love it and can tell my body is also much happier. The way Hotworx is structured with scheduling your workouts and having the fun coaches on screen telling you exactly what to do during the entire workout makes it so enjoyable and you aren’t questioning what the heck to do at the gym. The staff and other members are all super nice and make going to the gym much easier!

I’m absolutely OBSESSED with Hotworx. I really never have been one to consistently workout, but Hotworx has completely changed the game for me. I CRAVE the heat from the infrared sauna and my day doesn’t feel complete without a workout. I love that the saunas are semi private and open 24/7 so I can go anytime day or night.
