The lady at the front desk skylee is the best she has such a great attitude ,she’s so kind and makes sure that all your questions are answered! She’s the big reason i got a membership!! For a while ive been seeing sooo many videos/tik-toks on HOT PILATES and i finally gave in and found this great place HOTWORX and let me tell you… it gets you going. I tried out a hot pilates session and it was so relaxing and really challenging for your body, in a good way. The staff is so polite and very informative, especially Skyler! She has been so great with keeping in touch with me and making feel comfortable. First day i went ill be honest i cries because i hate my body but she has so much compassion and was tremendously reassuring! Im on a weightloss journey to be down 100lb from pregnancy weight (290) by next year August and i feel like this place will give me an incredible change. Not just physically, but mentally as well♥️ 10/10 recommend!

Luuuvvvv Hotworx ! I’ve seen it while driving by for quite some time now. My Daughter and I decided it was time to try a class a month ago and we haven’t stopped going since ! I’ve always practiced yoga, did workouts at various gyms including CrossFit but have not experienced these types of workouts in Infrared. It’s been such a Great experience with the heat! The Founders of Hotworx have come up with a Fantastic workout modality for all levels of fitness experience, Huge Kudos to them ! I love the 24/7 accessibility too!
All of the Staff here have been so kind and welcoming with a smiling face and easily approachable with questions or needs. And it’s a super clean facility which is so very appreciative! Thank you so much everyone you totally Rock!

Love HOTWORX Schererville! Great environment for working out, not as crowded or intimidating as a big gym. Every class is set up to be modified for beginners or advanced users. The heat and infrared energy saunas definitely spice up your workout but also great for releasing stress and tension. The gym is clean and the staff if friendly. Skylee has been a great help with getting me started on my HOTWORX journey. Highly recommend for well rounded fitness.

The employees here are so rude. I booked a room and they filled it with another members friend when I had already booked my place in the class. Very un professional and was little to no help with it. I enjoy hot worx but will just be going when there aren’t any staff there.

Love this place. I’ve been a member for 1.5 years and I drive from Crown Point because I prefer its super convenient scheduling, variety of workout choices and the benefits of working out in a sauna. Scheduled a free class to check it out today. Staff at the reception desk was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It made me and my family uncomfortable. We were ready to sign up for a membership but decided that due to the poor customer service and introduction it was not worth it. She made several condescending comments. I would recommend that staff is taught how to greet and speak to potential clients. Do not recommend this specific location.

I’ve been going to Hotworx since 2022. I fell in love with the sauna and the workout videos having accommodations. No other workout compares! The weight room is small and personal so I never felt uncomfortable like I would in a larger gym. This past May I switched locations to the Schererville location. The facility is always clean & staff is so sweet and friendly. They switch up drinks in the vending machines as well, so there’s always something new to try. I always feel welcomed at the Schererville Hotworx!

Really enjoy working out here. The atmosphere is very comfortable and encouraging, all staff are friendly and seem to really care about member experience and satisfaction, maintaining a good environment, very clean gym space, and personally welcoming vibe. The variety of sessions available is terrific and the hot workout is sweatily satisfying. I feel myself really building strength and flexibility in the Iso sessions and getting a great cardio workout in the HIIT saunas in just 15 minutes. I have been a member for about 7 months and didn’t realize extent of the benefits until I stopped coming for about a month (super busy tine in my life) and came back. The difference I feel is terrific: joint health and range of motion, skin health, and energy.

Never have I used the word “love” when talking about a gym, but I love this place! The staff is always so helpful and welcoming. I love being able to workout in a room by myself and turn off the lights and just get it done. The hotness is so great for my body and you get used to being so sweaty. Yep was a total nightmare to cancel membership Kept trying to charge my card daily for nearly 4 months even after I made it clear to them my membership would be cancelled. Not surprised at all the bad reviews that continue to roll in. Take your business elsewhere. Todd and Crystal must be related if he continues to let such a rude “manager” run his business 😂

Impossible to cancel!!!! They make you come in the location to cancel and then charge you $100! And I was a member for over a year so I shouldn’t have been charged. I am calling corporate to dispute it. The woman I talked to on the phone was SO rude. She kept nagging me on why I wanted to cancel and it was due to a pregnancy and none of her business. Then I showed up to the location to cancel, and the woman at the desk tried telling me that pregnant woman can still use their saunas and “they are good for the baby” lol it was comical yet dangerous She also had me wait for soooo long as she read out loud all of the cancellation paperwork. All of this was after months of thinking I cancelled bc when I initially called, whoever I spoke with said it was taken care of and then I found out it wasn’t. They also were charging me more than the monthly cost that I signed up for. Such a nightmare to deal with.

This HotWorx location couldn’t be nicer! I’ve been to a couple locations and this one welcomed me with open arms! The workout concept is great and I always leave feeling so accomplished. The privacy of the room and the toughness of the workout are just what I was looking for in a gym. To top it off the staff could not be nicer or kinder in showing me to my room on the first day and explaining how the sessions go. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a quick, efficient workout with positive staff members. This is your place!!

This place is a joke. They treat their staff HORRIBLY. The sessions are mediocre at best and a waste of money. Complete cash grab. The apparel is hideous and overpriced. Not to mention they mistreat and harass their staff. Vanessa was literally the only associate who helped me recently & she was very informative & professional, other staff made me feel unwelcome and were snobby and rude. I felt the vibes off in this place immediately. Don’t waste your money here. I doubt this place will last another year, nobody even goes here because it’s overpriced & ran by bullies.

Let’s go! This is such a great concept and I just love the vibe at this Studio. Crystal does an amazing job taking care of the clients and the cleanliness, which is huge for me! I’m a Personal Trainer and my favorite way to workout is Strength Training. Well, without the proper recovery that leaves you stiff and tight! Incorporating HotWorx ISO, Warrior, Stretch, Buns and all the Sauna 1-4 workouts keeps my mobility and flexibility on point. It’s also so good for real stabilization core engagement with proper breath work! I love coming here to revive and rejuvenate my mind and body!

Very rude and money hungry location. All staff curse in front of customers. I signed up for a membership, paid for 4 months although I never used the membership once. When I told the manager, Crystal, that I don’t use the membership enough to keep it she was rude and didn’t even suggest the $9/mo “membership pause” that other locations offer AND still hasn’t canceled my membership. I’ve tried to cancel membership numerous times and of course they never call back and still have not canceled the membership but were quick to call and text to try to get you to sign up. Closed my card to get rid of them for good. Think twice before signing up with this location. Incompetent group of workers with the same recycled workout videos that never change.
