I’ve been at Hot Worx for about 9 months and I love it! The heat is intense but great and makes the workouts so much harder. I like pairing a HIIT workout with one of the isometric workouts. One of the best things is the flexibility with scheduling. I can come anytime and am no longer bound by a set class time.

Employees aren't well versed in the terms of the contracts they sell. The rooms all have low ceilings that keep you from following the virtual instructor properly. You'll get a hard sell and mis-information if you try to cancel. Lesson learned. Never again.

I have been a member of Hotworx for almost a year now, and my experience is amazing so far. Hotworx is a 24/7 workout studio that offers pre-recorded sessions that incorporate heat, infrared energy and exercise. It is literally warm and welcoming environment with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I am normally doing 2 high intensity workouts for 15 minutes, and then proceed to the longer workout. I am a girl that likes heat more than cold, so I can tolerate three sessions in the row very easily. So far, I have the room to myself, however I have the ability to go at times when it is not busy. I can testify that my energy levels go up, and I am getting more done in shorter period of time. I am definitely more focused on tasks than I have ever been. I have noticed that my skin is clearer than before, and the quality of the sleep has tremendously improved.

The infrared heat and energy in these saunas are amazing! While the location is clean with the best staff it also has become my home away from home! The classes are private and the virtual instructors are amazing always giving suggestions for modifications and variations on all the exercises so that at any level you can participate! So many options yoga, barre, and cycling are just a few of the classes available! Highly recommended!

The gym is clean, well taken care of, but horrible when it comes to canceling membership. I've been in twice now to cancel and was still charged in June.
First time I went in I had to wait a couple days to cancel - okay, fine.
I went back in to cancel and talked to another lady. I was told that a man would be calling me to finish the process? Never heard from him or anyone else.
Waited it out because maybe she actually canceled it and I wouldn't have to go through yet another person?
Well, into June now and still being charged.

I love going to Hotworx! I don't have alot of time to go to a regular gym daily. Here, workouts are 15-30 minutes and since you're in a sauna you're burning as many calories as you would in a normal workout. I think the products they sell are quite expensive (i.e. the mat and towel needed for some sessions). But you can rent them which is nice.

I love Hotworx in West Lafayette!!! All of the staff are friendly, there are many workout options, and 24-hour secure access. I have the freedom to do a quick 15 minute workout or two plus a multitude of 30 minute workouts. You can’t beat the service and workouts, not to mention the affordable price.

I am in love with Hotworx! They have a variety of classes (even though I mainly stick to cycle and blast, they switch out classes enough to make sure it is not too repetitive). It is also open 24/7 - SO convenient. I have lost 30 pounds with a combination of the gym, Hotworx, and diet change. I give a lot of credit to Hotworx for helping me stay motivated to workout! I did see a review on it being difficult to cancel a membership, so make sure to look into that if you are just wanting to try it out (although you can do a class for free to see if you like it).

Love the concept, and the staff and facility is extremely nice...my only issue is the way the memberships are structured. I signed up before it was open because I love incorporating sauna into my fitness routine and saunas at my gym are closed cause of COVID. After the first week I realized that the membership isn't for me. In order to cancel, I now have to pay for the first 3 months (which you had to commit to in order to sign up) and it also takes 60 days (another 2 months of payments) to finalize the cancellation. This is all in the small print of the forms you sign, so I am in no way fighting it, but if you are considering "testing out a membership" like I did just be aware that you are going to end up paying for it. When businesses handle memberships this way it's really difficult to understand how signing up takes minutes but cancelling takes months. HOTWORX is a really intriguing concept but might not be for everyone and it's hard to know if its for you unless you give it a try (more than just the one free workout they offer), so a month-to-month membership just seems like the right thing to do instead of squeezing extra money out of people once they agree to give it a try.
