One of my best friends was there earlier today and the was rude to her and put her hands on a child the teacher needs to be fired 100% no teacher should never put their hands on any child what so ever!!!!

Horrible horrible experience in the toddler classroom!!! They have an excuse that they werenβt staffed!!! Which is on them. But the βcoachβ bopped my 2 year old in the head after providing barely any instructions to my twins during there very first class yaβll are a disgrace!!

Parent program is set up to create an environment of over control.
My daughter progressed at DeVeau's and then regressed at Indiana elite in tumbling skills.
Owner and staff publicly gossips about parents.
Favoritism results in 3 out of 22 girls being showcased without talent being deciding criteria.
It is a lot of money to invest in my daughter standing in the back.
Carpets are very unclean.
Ugly 80's gym uniform knock off outfits required for practice cost $90.
2 1/2 years with 6 + months 1 on 1 and my daughter could not do a handstand.
They keep to lower level events in order to increase trophies and banners. This makes them appear better than they are.
5/22 parents at least left the team due to hostile environment being supported by owner.
If you are even 1 minute late then the team parent and staff publicly bash you and continue to do it repeatedly once you are there.
Adult targeted a 6 year old and the owner supported the adults behavior.
Fund raising is decent if you are with Kathleen. Karlette's site is said to be a tense and toxic environment.
Tumbling for preschool: the instructor literally put her head upside down and had the kids play in her hair. This was lengthy and was instead of the gymnastic instruction they were being paid for. Repeatedly wasted time of tumbling practice.
No cancelation policy for 1 on 1. They don't even allow you to find someone else to take the slot.
Owner in writing canceled practices and fraudulently charged. This was not a policy covered charge.
Brian had some improvement with my daughter as an instructor when compared to others.
My recommendation is go to ICE. They have policies to prevent a toxic environment.

Our granddaughter attended a little one week summer camp and the staff made us we feel like we were family. Always so kind and respectful of our granddaughter's safety and entertaining engagement:-)

Iβve been cheering at this gym for 3 years now and I am having a wonderful experience here. The coaches and staff are great and I just really think their program is great. I definitely recommend this place.π

My daughter was celebrating her friends birthday at fun Friday.The parent of the birthday girl and I both paid for my daughter, so I called Kathleen to ask if she could help me with a refund. She was very short with me on the phone and said at first she would not give me a refund. Then she called back and said she could not find the double payment and I could come in with receipts. Then I called other parent to see when she paid and I called back. I was able to get refund but Kathleen was again very rude and said, "I am in the middle of other things right now." I don't know Kathleen personally, maybe she was having a bad day. But if she is the face of your business, she could use some work on her customer service.

Indiana Elite is the real deal. Always a pleasure to work with and their facilities are the best you could ask for. Fantastic staff and trainers/coaches - it's like visiting family, when here. Highly recommend.

Our daughter is 4 and is in the toddler area. She loves it. Ms. Erica is awesome and is a great instructor. We have really seen progress with our daughter. We will definitely keep her here.

Indiana elite is amazing I have two girls in it and the both have improved and the coaches are all so nice one of my girls had Ashley and she came home talking about all the things she learned my other girl had Beth and my girl has improved so much she is so good and know my girls do tumbling together and cheer stunts together their both so happyππππππππππ

I've been at Indiana elite for 6 years and I love it. All of the coaches care for me and my team treats me like a family! I would never leave indiana elite if I were even payed one million dollars!!!! All of the people there have helped me and are still helping me improve and they motivate me to strive to be better every day! I'm always so excited to go to practice and do my best! Indiana elite is probably the best place to go! I'm improving so much and going to indiana elite just gives me a place to be myself and forget about all of the drama that goes on!!! I love indiana elite and all of my other friends do too! Speaking of which, I have made so many friends from Indiana elite and they all are so amazing and I'm lucky to have them! I love indiana elite and I don't understand why anyone else wouldn't !

My daughter has been with the gym for 2 years now and her confidence and skills have increased dramatically. The coaches are fun, caring, tough and hard working. The owners care about the girls and their long term goals and lives. It's not about winning all the time. Sure - that's nice but the teach the kids sportsmanship and honor and the value of your team.
