He is very good at explaining not only the equipment but the science behind movement and what dietary factors play into getting results. I started training with Robby several months ago. Weight lifting was new to me and it was a little intimidating. I can’t get over the change in such a short time. More toned and stronger. He is so encouraging and really makes it a fun experience while working you hard. You always leave feeling physically and mentally stronger than you came in. He has even worked with my teenage daughter and gave her some much needed confidence. Check them out, you won’t regret it !

I started training with Robby in April 2024, I have no self discipline and needed a physical trainer to get me started. At 74 years young, I have worked out for years and had many trainers, BUT working with Robby has gained new insight. As a "certified senior trainer" he understands the aches and pains of our age group endures. He works the large muscles to gain strength, while focusing in squats to to build strong knees (preventing knee replacement), and always introducing routines that build balance and mobility. If you are a mature citizen and want to live the rest of your life stronger and healthier, then just call Indy Mobile Fitness for a consultation.

Robby is the reason I am having any success building muscle and loosing weight.
