ISG would absolutely receive a 5-star rating IF there wasn't an issue with a few members who wreak of body odor on a daily basis who have been complained about numerous times by multiple other members, but nothing has been done about it.

This place is done right! Lots of great equipment and everything you need. The gym is sizable so plenty of space to perform whatever workout you may need for your routine.

I will say it could use some help on the Cleanliness side, whether thats the massive powder stain on the floor where you enter or the holes in the wall in the deadlifting area and the locker rooms lockers can be a little grungy. Once that is addressed, I think I'll be able to give it a 5 star.

Gym- Great, you can really get a solid workout here and hit everything sauna included
Staff- not sure why the people at the counter are always so rude and short. You get the strong impression they hate being here and cant be bothered with your little people problems.
Veteran owned-but not veteran friendly, stopped coming in the morning before duty as i just PCS to this area, the looks I get and general disgusted people have on their face when I get ready in the mornings is truly off putting.
Also i attended another gym. When I first moved here. Hated it. Wanted to switch my family here but unless i pay to add my Spouse and child their is no real way of knowing if they will enjoy this location. Could be a situation where i pay, and my spouse and child don't like it and i just gave this gym a free money to have them try it for 2-3 days.
Don’t worry $15 day pass and $4 child watch sounds like it should do the trick…

I came here once in my life for a drop in with one of my friends who was a personal trainer and we used this gym and tried it out. I would say it is really nice.

(I will say I wish there was a private gym that had a pool area for me to swim laps other than the YMCA) but overall beautiful place.

Greedy, unappreciative and all about the money. Prices kept going up and despite the contract I signed up with they still jacked the price up. I was paying 15 a mo th as a service member that was great then it went up to like 22 or something then they shot the price up to 30 and instead of allowing me to cancel it when I called Feb 1st they said “we have a 30 day cancelation policy”

Well how about instead of being a greedy company you respect the fact that I am don’t paying for your price hikes and not force me to pay because Feb is a short month. Pathetic how they are more worried about $30 than saving a little faith. All over a day or two “per policy” I was with the gym since it was first brought to Fort Wayne and I wouldn’t give these people a damn bit of help if I saw them stranded in the side of the road.

Oh and before you respond I’m not an internet troll this is a very real review and you are far from supportive of the military. You’re just a scammy money Hungry business, pathetic

As a traveling nurse I always try to find gyms that fit my vibe and baby this one was AMAZING! They have everything you need, the staff is cool, and the work being done is unmatched. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend!!

Been going here for couple days. Great location. A wide variety of free weights along with cardio and smith equipments. The gym is huge & have not experienced wait time for any equipments. Also, they have child watch service for only $15/month! They carry brands such as Rogue and Life Fitness equipments which are of great quality!
However, the deadlift/squat area (next to men’s restroom) needs a ton of work. The deadlift platforms are old and worn out although functional and there are no mirrors there (use it to address my technique/form). Also, a big focus needs to be put on maintaining the equipments and replacing minor things as they break. Cleanliness is Ok. If I start seeing some improvements, I will increase my stars!

Was just in town for the week and decided to make a pitstop by this club! Was not let down!!! This place has everything you need, great environment, and everyone there is ready to work! Highly recommend this gym, if you are in the area looking for a new space. Would definitely be my go to spot if I lived in Fort Wayne.

This is an excellent, no-nonsense gym for those who want to work out/get stronger. Membership is required. They offer a wide variety of equipment, and there's childcare, but check to see available hours for the childcare.

They ran my card four times and blamed it on a computer glitch. I own and operate software and technology companies, so I know it’s not a computer error. They’re on my radar, and I suggest the same for you.

Fort Wayne is lacking good gym facilities. I’ve tried 6 gyms in town, and Iron Society is where I currently am. I stay here because I enjoy the culture of the gym in regards to the clientele it has. However, I think the gym is not taken care of properly, and as the gym has grown in size, the quality of the gym has decreased. The place is simply not clean, not organized, and members do not take care of the gym as they should because there is not a present owner around to keep people in check in the way they treat the facility. Equipment is dusty, floors are not clean how they should be, weights are thrown everywhere, and the facility is simply lacking the attention and care it deserves in order to have the credit of the best gym in town. I believe this place needs more thorough cleaning, and a more present owner/manager who ensures that members treat a gym correctly because many do not know how.

Aside from my other favorite gym, The YMCA
(b/c my little girls enjoy the endless amount of activities there), Iron Society Strength and Fitness Gym 👌 is where it's AT! They're Veteran Owned in which they take military, police, and firefighters, etc. seriously! They're extremely clean which is always encouraging especially in this Covid19 Pandemic. The staff is polite, respectful and very knowledgeable about the gym and their equipment. What's also been so helpful for me is that when you're there working out there's no drama; basically everyone else is there for the same reasons you are. The gym members have been very respectful and helpful for me if I am there when staff isn't after 8p.m. It's kind of a nice little family to me. And I absolutely love their pricing which isn't over the top. Its affordable! The other plus is it's a 24 hour place to go workout! There's 2 locations & both campuses are legit just OUTSTANDING!⭐👊

Out of all the planets fitnesses and all the YMCAs in town this one is by far the best gym I have been in. Really clean really well organized a lot of nice people and vary big on military service. Friendly staff and nice people.
