I had my first kangoo jump class yesterday, it was so much fun!! Its a power packed cardio session which also seems so much fun. I want to do better in my next classes, practice ofcourse improves your stamina and balance on the kangaroo jump shoes. Michelle is a great instructor, love her energy! She’s also a very nice and warm person to interact with, which is what pushed me to sign up for my next class. I’m working out of state most of the time, but whenever I’m in Indy and there are open slots left, I’ll always look forward to attending Michelle’s classes!!
