I have enjoyed coming here for over a year now, and I absolutely love it! Leah & all the instructors are absolutely amazing, always pushing me to my limits while keeping it fun and fresh. The studio itself has a very fun vibe as well. From the challenging workouts to the sense of community, i love going even on those days that you really don’t feel like working out. If you're in the Fishers area and haven't checked out Just Breathe Pilates yet, you're seriously missing out!

I just love Just Breathe...I was looking for a class that I could strengthen my body, longate my muscles, stretch and feel welcome. I found this here. I started with the 2 week introduction. I loved every class I took. Leah is the best. She is patient, she is funny and makes the classes enjoyable. I have gotten stronger and I have gained some flexibility. Come on and join us, Leah and the other instructors will welcome you with open arms. I have found my happy place, Monday, Wednesday and Friday....

Great community of women. Every size and shape. Very welcoming and be prepared to laugh and join in on whatever conversation is happening that class. Classes are as hard as you want to make them. Alternate positions are always suggested for anyone who has a hard time with a movement. Just Breathe is the best way to get my “me” time.

I decided to try this studio after moving to Fishers a couple years ago and I’m so glad I did! It’s a great atmosphere- very welcoming and comfortable. The classes are challenging, but the instructors are great at providing modifications. Most importantly, I enjoy going to class!

Started almost a month ago and I already feel the results! I've taken classes from multiple different instructors and love all their teaching styles. They all take the time to clearly explain the moves and help me out as a beginner. So far no classes have been repetitive, we're always changing it up and keeping it fresh. The whole group, including the other clients, is welcoming and supportive. Excited for the journey!

Been working out with Leah for 8 weeks and In the first 3 weeks I could see the results . In the beginning I didn’t have much core strength. Now my core is the best it’s ever been. A lot of my neck pain went away after strengthing my core. My flexibility and breathing has improved. Highly recommend Just Breathe Pilates for everyone. The team at Just Breathe Pilates are the best and they always have a smile.

So enjoy our classes with Leah!! Beautiful Basics or as we like to call it our sassy 60’s class seems to fly by because of the variety of activities done during each class. From stretching to balance to strengthening, Leah always adapts to our individual needs. Although sometimes dragging to get there, always feel great and good about myself when we leave!! I found Just Breathe 4 years ago when my previous Pilates studio closed and I’m glad I did! Why? 1. Variety of classes taught by several different instructors to keep things interesting. 2. Knowledgeable instructors who challenge me every class but offer modifications for new students or injuries. 3. Laughing 4. Most importantly-good workouts that help my back, knees, arms, and keep me moving!

I’ve been a taking classes from Leah/Just Breathe Pilates for over 7 years. Variety of classes are offered at all different times which makes it convenient to get in a great workout focusing on long lean muscles, flexibility and strength. Even in a class Leah makes you feel like you’ve got a private lesson by getting to know you and helping you reach your personal goals. Great for beginners as well as advanced athletes.

I have been taking Pilates from Leah for over 15 yrs. I will never stop and never use anyone else. Her classes, and all of the instructor’s classes, are different each time so you get a new and great workout every time you go. They also offer all levels of classes, so there really is something for everyone. I highly recommend Just Breathe!

When I first walked in to Just Breathe Pilates, the first thing I noticed was the sign on the wall. "In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference. In 20, you will see the difference. And in 30, you'll be on your way to having a whole new body."
OK, I thought, I will give myself a 10 session try. I was on a wellness journey and searching for something I could commit to. Within a few classes, I WAS feeling better.
I am now 6 months into my new routine. Every day is different with a range from Pilates,Barre, yoga, TRX, and HIIT and fusions of them all.
Leah encourages and challenges her clients. All the instructors bring their own unique style, energy and inspiration. The atmosphere is relaxed and the support from the other clients is palpable. I have met so many others on their wellness journey too. We keep each other accountable.
Just Breathe Pilates is a great place to work on the healthiest version of me. It has given me a whole new attitude about exercise. I look forward to the workout, the stretching, and the great feeling after a workout. Long lean muscles, a better posture and a positive attitude.

I started going to Just Breathe over 1 year ago and am so glad I made that decision. I've been doing classical pilates for almost 10 years and I can tell even when it has been 1 week without going that I don't feel as good. Leah and her team are fantastic instructors that get to know each member of the studio so they can push you to do your personal best and work hard each class. The routines are never the same but always end up working all muscle groups and I feel fantastic when I'm done. The class prices are very reasonable and schedule accommodating even for those who work 40+ hour work weeks. Laura does massages for a very reasonable price, and she's awesome as well. I highly recommend just breathe!

I have been a client of Leah's for over 3 years. It is such a great workout and she has various classes to fit all needs. She has group or private classes. I loved Leah's classes so much I have my mom doing it as well and it has made a huge impact on her life too. If you haven't tried Just Breathe Pilates you are missing out, so give it a try you won't be sorry!

I started going to Leah's classes 6 years ago when I realized my body was turning to jelly. I had aches and pains associated with aging and knew that something needed to change. Leah challenges me every time I attend (up to five times/week) and not only do I notice the improved strength and tone, so do my friends! I can get up and down with ease and have much better body awareness. I take classes from the other instructors and even treat myself to a massage now and then which have all been outstanding. There is a great group of people in class and we all encourage each other too. I can honestly say that I have an improved quality of life due in part to Just Breathe Pilates!

I have been going to Just Breathe for 6 years now and love the results. Classes are challenging and my favorite part of the class is "Have a nice day" but it is addicting and makes me feel amazing. Leah is a great teacher, she keeps the classes interesting and fun.
