Welcome to Just Breathe Yoga and Wellness. It is my goal to provide a space for every one to feel welcome when walking in to my studio. I am happy to offer both group classes as well as private sessions. All sessions range from beginners to intermediate. Just Breathe Yoga and Wellness is now offering Spray Tans by appointment.

Starting attending classes about a year ago. I can definitely tell a difference in how I look/feel. Ali offers a variety of classes to choose from, from beginners to a little more advanced. She also offers modifications to any exercise, if needed. She makes you feel welcome and right at home in the studio. Come join me for a class!

I cannot say enough about how much Ali's classes and practice have helped me with my own practice, mental health, and physical health. Her classes have helped me with my ADD tremendously by focusing and centering my energy into better spaces. Ali listens to you to help you achieve your goals and also offers a variety of classes. My favorite classes are Intermediate Yoga, PiYo, and the new Core class. I look forward to scheduling and attending classes. Ali creates a space where you will laugh and celebrate and share with others in reaching their own goals. This studio is truly a hidden gem in Shelbyville.

Ali has truly changed the way I see exercise. Her classes are not only fun and energizing, but she creates a space where everyone feels supported—whether it’s your first class or your hundredth. She’s always there, cheering you on, mind, body, and spirit. I used to dread working out, and now I’m genuinely disappointed when I have to miss a class. I love this place!!! I have been attending Allie’s classes for a couple years now and have seen major improvements in my overall health and mobility. I am much more flexible and have less issues with knee/back pain. I also love that challenge of PiYo and Kettle Bell. Which has helped me to start developing muscles!
Allie does such an amazing job at motivating you without feeling like it is discouraging. The environment is so welcoming and positive. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Ali is amazing! I started going postpartum to ease my way back into moving my body. No need to feel intimidated coming here, she is extremely welcoming. You will feel like you have been going here for years. All of the ladies that go will welcome you with open arms too! I have loved watching the studio grow and all the new classes that have been added.

Being a year out from significant arm surgery, I was looking to start back in a routine that would not only hope my slow down my mind, but also start to rebuild strength and mobility without being focused on isolated movements or muscles. Not only have the classes been welcoming, encouraging and fun- but Ali provides direction for modification and feedback to ensure proper and safe movement. I have done yoga/pilates off and on but have found the atmosphere and energy in class provide not only physical well being but mentally as well. My love for yoga is growing along with my strength and recovery! Even if you are new to the concepts/poses this is great option for finding new ways to move your body and improve your health!

I've had a spray tan from here multiple times and also love the tanning lotion she has here! The spray tan is quick, has great color, and lasts! Plus Ali is the best and her space is super cute!!

Ali is an amazing instructor! I started out without any yoga experience and she makes it so easy to learn all the poses and makes you feel comfortable doing so. Plus, the classes are a lot fun - you’re destined to make new friends along the way. I love attending as many classes as I can!
