Kate is an amazing instructor! She’s constantly coming up with new workouts to do so that I stay engaged and challenged but is always cognizant of any physical limitations that I may have. She is thoughtful and accommodating of any requests I make to target specific muscle groups. Her positive energy is contagious. Kate is truly amazing!!! I can’t say enough great things about her. I began private lessons with her in 2019 and it was the best decision I ever made. I was looking for a way to reintroduce exercise after cancer treatment and she made my experience so positive. She really listens to her clients and is always mindful of whatever medical issues/physical limitations they may have adapting the exercises to make them safe and comfortable yet still challenging and effective.
