My name is Jake and I have been in fitness training for 6 years and I have performed various exercise methods. I have worked and continue to work with individuals of all needs and performance levels. I work to bring desired results depending on each individual and their goals. We will work together in the gym and outside of the gym with a well rounded fitness and nutrition regimen with support and guidance.

I started personal training sessions 3 days/week with Jake just a couple months ago and already I am seeing huge gains in strength and function. He creates sessions based on my goals and current status. I started with some issues from a past surgery which prevented me from activating my muscles appropriately, and I am seeing huge gains in core strength and combined with some PT, I’m finally using the muscles I should during exercise. He modified exercises and progressed me as I have gained strength. He also keeps me accountable, which is something I really need. I cannot recommend Jake enough!!!

I have been working with Jake for almost two years. He is a very knowledgeable trainer. He listens to my goals and creates the best plan for me to achieve them. He is great at correcting my form during exercises so that I get the most out of each movement. I have found Jake more than just a physical trainer. He has helped me with an overall health plan. I recommend Jake to anyone who wants to start and maintain a fitness program for life.

Jake is great at paying attention to detail. He makes sure my form is right so I will get the best results from each session. With Jake’s knowledge and my determination I am building my strength back up and getting my body back that I had before having my children. I’ve lost 20 lbs since starting with Kaufman Personal Training. I was so impressed with Jake’s focus on technique, his adaptability to my current level of fitness, and the combination of exercises he shows me, that I am now training with him 3 times a week working towards hitting my goal by the end of this year!

Jake is easily the best training I've worked out with. The exercises were simple but i got results and quickly.
Jake knows his stuff and is great at explaining it all. Plus, he's fun to talk to. I haven't found a con when working out with him. You best believe I'm only working out with KPT.
