Took my kids here when they had a “bring a friend” night. Super cool, they both loved it. Even my daughter who’s very shy and backwards had a great experience. Coaches were nice and friendly and informative for the kids. Wish we could afford to have a membership, would be nice if they offered a family discount or something

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My son absolutely LOVES Coach Levi and the other members in his class at Kentuckiana Parkour! His confidence, agility, and problem-solving skills have blossomed since joining just a couple of months ago. We’re especially grateful for the homeschool class option—it’s been such a great fit for our schedule.

Coach Levi is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. We’ve tried other sports, but this is truly my son’s passion. Now he’s practicing his skills everywhere and is motivated to keep improving and hopefully compete one day.

We’re so thankful for KPK and the positive impact it’s had on our son!

The level of camaraderie is so high! These kids root each other on. It's really a beautiful thing. I'm so thankful!

My son just started weekly beginner classes, and he is enjoying the strength and agility movements which challenge him differently than organized team sports. The instructors are friendly, helpful, and teach by example. Very pleased so far!

My son loves Kentuckiana Parkour.
It is teaching him to stay present and mindful of their surroundings, improving concentration.
It is a great way to get full body exercise in using full-body movement legs, arms, and core in a fun, dynamic way.
On top of all that the staff is amazing, they always have a great attitude and love to help the kids.

We highly recommend!

My son has been coming to Kentuckiana parkour for about 6 months and loves it. He’s very high energy and it’s probably the place where he feels most “normal.” It feels so good to see him work hard repeatedly on a new moves and the confidence it creates. The coaches are all very patient and engaging and Glenda who handles the admin is always nice and quick to respond!

We love KPK! My son has been going here for over a year and has consistently been challenged and had fun in a supportive and safe environment. The coaches and staff are all excellent. Highly recommend if you have a kiddo that needs to burn off some energy and loves doing flips, climbing, swinging, and jumping!

We’ve been coming to KPK for over a year and absolutely love it. It could be coincidental or it could be the crossing the midline and using the brain in different ways but my kid definitely made strides in academics after beginning parkour.

Has been a great confidence booster for both my kids - not to mention their physical agility.

And there is little sitting around time - unlike I had found at gymnastics classes.

Great coaches and a laid back community, with high achievement and low competition.

This place is awesome! My son kept trying to imitate tricks he saw in videos on social media and YouTube but I was worried about the risks he was taking. We brought him here and they taught him how to do all the cool tricks without taking un-necessary risks. They taught him to do things like protect his neck and care for his joints and made it seem "uncool" to be risky, all while teaching him awesome flips and tricks to show off to his friends. They also him a great outlet for his energy!

My son has been coming here for over a year and started off not knowing anything about parkour. The coaches work well with him to ensure he learns the proper techniques and continue to advance his training. Definitely a great workout to keep your kid active and moving and ver reasonably priced for 4 classes each month. Having the option for makeup classes is great if you are unable to make it one week!!

I am sharing this in hopes that other parents who are thinking of taking their kid to Nerf War night will have some vital information about it before they decide. My kid was super pumped for this and saved his own money to go, as it is $35 for members and $45 for non members for 3 hours of nerf war at their parkour facility. This is *supposed* to include pizza and drinks. My kid was entirely disappointed with the whole night starting with the fact that there were way too many kids not following the rules, and not enough “adults” to enforce anything. There were 2-3 adults in total there for 25-30 kids. Also, my kid was following the rules when another kid, who was obviously not being supervised, shot my kid. My kid told the other kid he couldn’t shoot him and the other kid yelled at my son, so my kid yelled back. One of the “adults” told my son to stop speaking harshly, but didn’t even try to figure out what the issue was. But that by itself doesn’t upset me too much. Just don’t expect these workers to actually care about or monitor your kids while they’re here. You might as well drop them off at a Walmart, they would get about the same kind of attention. What really upsets me is that for 25-35 kids paying $35-$45 EACH, all they could afford was ONE piece of pizza for each kid, and a small amount of soda. My kid was hungry, and playing nerf for 3 hours made him even hungrier. If I would’ve known this parkour place was gonna lie about feeding my kid supper I would’ve fed him before he went, but instead he came home hungry and disappointed with how the night went. We definitely would never come back to another nerf night unless things changed dramatically. My kid loves playing nerf, but he came home and immediately told me he didn’t want to go back. Thanks for ripping us off and ruining our son’s special fun night. Parents, don’t waste your time or money on these nerf war nights, it’s not worth it in any way.

We experienced a lot of disorganization and lack of communication leading to confusion and last minute decision making. The owner didn’t interact with the children well - pretty much ignored them if they spoke to him if he came in the gym. He’d walk through & do a flip & leave again. He used to teach classes but stopped, which was probably good. I think he originally wanted parkour classes for older people but that didn’t work out so he got coaches for kids. He’s just not a nice person from what I saw. The rudeness was enough for us. We’re happy with other sports.
I read their response and it’s clear the person writing it wasn’t present during the situation they think my review was about. I didn’t address that situation because it was very simply nothing but bazaar. The owner yelled at me and seriously insulted the child I was bringing and that got the riff started. Any parental figure would’ve come unglued at him. He was flat out nasty and insulting toward a child. And he stated they had “just kicked out a bunch of kids but mine was the worst they have.” And he yelled this in earshot of the child. I was not asked to leave. I left on my own, knowing we would never come back. Later he emailed and said he was refunding the rest of the month. Who cares. The situation was beyond awful. And that has nothing to do with my initial review. I was leaving the ending out because I can’t imagine that happening to another family or what that would even result in if he dared say those things to someone’s dad. The owner claims to have been bullied because of his adhd yet he acted out like a bully to/about the child I had there. Hopefully he was just having a breakdown of some kind and is now on better medication and won’t treat anyone else that way.
And it doesn’t matter how long it takes to leave a review. Reviews in hindsight are better than emotional ones anyway. It’s only fair to others to share something I experienced. I sat through every single practice session and did not scream at staff when the child was corrected. The only time I ever raised my voice was that incident at the end. I was yelled at so yelling was the response I gave back.

The facility here is so much fun. It's unique and largely hand-made. My 7 year old has only been taking classes for a few months but has improved tremendously. I've been very impressed with the coaching staff who are friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes the very young kids need a gentle reminder of how to behave and listen and the coaches do a great job of handling those times. More importantly, the coaches sometimes offer life skills to these little kids.

My only complaint is that there was nothing like this for me when I was a kid!
