Lindsay is a Certified Personal Trainer, NPC bikini competitor, veteran of the IN National Guard and graduate from Ball State University.
She is a mom of 2 and understands the struggle of losing baby weight. After years of multiple “crash diets” she finally found that balance that worked for her and wants to help others find it too. She tailors programs to fit each person's individual needs/goals. From maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle to improving & mastering skills of D1 college athletes, she is here for YOU! Specialized certifications include Pink Ribbon, Senior Fitness & Sports Performance.

I started going to Lindsay in April of this year during my pregnancy. I have had the best experience training with Lindsay. She took into consideration the limitations pregnancy can bring by modifying workouts, but also pushed me to lift the weight I was capable of lifting. Training with Lindsay helped me keep my energy and strength up during my pregnancy and I can't wait to get back to training.

My daughter has been training with Lindsay at Kinsey Fitness for the last nine months. The experience has been extremely positive and pleasant so far. Lindsay at Kinsey Fitness is so inspiring, kind, motivating and knowledgeable. She has helped me to be comfortable and feel capable to workout on my own, which is something I used to hate! Working with weights and strength training in general used to scare me, but she has helped me to understand what exercises to do and why to do them. Lindsay has taught me to use body weight as well as items in my home to help do my workouts for when we do not have in person sessions. She tailored a workout program just to my specific needs and goals as a beginner as well as someone who has had arthroscopic knee surgery. She has really helped me gain not only physical strength but also confidence in myself and my ability to work out and lose weight while doing so. During this pandemic, she has used the utmost caution and followed all protocols which is great to know. Kinsey Fitness is all around top notch!

I am 61 yrs old and love to snow and water ski. I usually end up nursing sore muscles after partaking in either. After finishing up 3 full days of skiing in Park City, UT in December, I had plenty of energy and was not sore at all! The only difference in my workout routine was working out with Lindsay and adding in strength training. Don’t quit doing what you love- have Lindsay help you get into the shape you need to be able to enjoy life with plenty of energy and without pain and soreness!

Lindsay is an amazing trainer in so many ways! She custom tailors every workout to your abilities in order to reach your fitness goals. She is always mixing up the exercises so that you never get bored. She listens to your feedback to make the best use of your time together. She is encouraging, patient, and fun to be around. If you’re struggling to lose weight, I’d encourage you to add weight training! It’s amazing how it can boost your ability to shed the extra weight while gaining strength. I’m in the best shape of my life, stronger than I’ve ever been, and wearing clothing sizes that I hadn’t been able to in over 16 years- all thanks to the last 7 months training with Lindsay twice a week.

Lindsay has been helping my 74 year old dad with both cardio and strength training for 2 years now. He loves working with her and looks forward to her visits. She really goes above and beyond by coming to his home since he has knee issues and it is difficult for him to walk too far. His balance and core strength have greatly improved and he is less out of breath when he walks to the car. She has also helped him change his diet and he is starting to lose the extra weight now. We highly recommend Lindsay. She is both knowledgeable, effective AND fun to be around!

If you are looking for a holistic, meaningfully and effective personal trainer then look no further. Kinsey Fitness has challenged my negative thoughy process when one goes into a fitness journey. Other perks that I have experienced are as followed:
1. Allows me to have a hand on the wheel of when I want to check in and develop exercises that I love doing while still developing body parts that need focus
2. Nutrition is simplified and having someone who is certified in nutrition makes it easy to understand what you need to eat
3. She will always have your back and yet will push you because she believes in you
4. I have seen quick results by following her workout and nutrition guidance
5. She does not try to sell you supplements or other gadgets to use while being with her
To make a long story short, I have been challenged by Kinsey Fitness in the best way possible. I had these typical fitness thoughts and beliefs like most people do. Kinsey's program has been challenging the beliefs for the best.

I am a D1 soccer athlete who has been spending this off season working with Lindsay. My goals were to get more lean muscle as well as improve my strength for my upcoming fitness tests. I have absolutely loved my time training with Lindsay. Not only is she a hard working and passionate trainer but she also makes every fitness session fun (which is very impressive!). I have made incredible improvements in my upper and lower body strength as well as feeling quicker when I run. I recommend her 10/10 times for any fitness or strength needs!!! :)

Lindsay took my husband I on September 1, 2020. She know her stuff! We were coming to her after 2yrs with a previous coach. We immediately started seeing results. She adjusted our macros and workouts, and our bodies responded immediately. We have been with her for almost a full 4 months now, and we are MUCH closer to our goals with competing than we were with the past coach.

I have been training with Lindsay 2 days a week for 30 mins a day. Since i started training with her, i have lost a total of 15.6 pounds and 10.5” all over.
Lindsay helped me get ready for the half marathon i ran at the beginning of Nov. She greatly improved my time and endurance through the routine she prescribed for me.
She is so much fun to work with and keeps me laughing through our sessions. She also pushes me to do weights that i never thought I’d be able to lift.
Every week-even though i know she’s gonna kick my butt-i can’t wait until our sessions.
