Fall 2025 & 2026: It has been a few years since I have been at the gym. I stopped by today when I knew Tom was available. Tom gave me a tour of the gym and even showed me the turf-room (which I had never been in). He showed me the uses for different types of equipment for weight-lifting and cardio. I haven’t been in a gym since 2022 and stopped going due to a chronic-illness related to COVID I wasn’t supposed to overcome. But thanks to God, I overcame. I have done at-home workouts since May 2024 and became acclimated to those. In July 2025, I became bored with them and stopped doing them. They were strictly-bodyweight. And then life had a way of correcting itself shortly-after and led me back to Indiana as of October 2025. And as of today, it will be Indiana for all of 2026. With that said, I will be utilizing KFF for the next few months at least. Tom and his family are great people and I am grateful they have me back. I am not looking forward to the CrossFit-style workouts I will be doing, but I know the results I will see will benefit me for a long time. Thank you, Tom and family for being the people you are. The t-shirt was a nice surprise and it is sharp! Once again: thank you.

Summer 2021: I am visiting family in Knightstown for the next couple weeks, but wanted to continue my workouts while I was home. Tom and his family were so welcoming and kind! The gym is clean, organized and has the ownership of someone with great character. I planned these workouts a few months ago when I realized when I was coming to town, and reached out to this page right away. They contacted me back right away and we had a game-plan. Knightstown and the surrounding areas are fortunate to have this gem of a gym. It is budget-friendly and has all the equipment one can need to improve their health. Thank you for the hospitality! starting a new gym is always a uneasy feeling even more so after its been 2 years since you last went friendly welcoming environment great owner and easyist and cheapest sign up in the beginning no hidden fees no increasing your membership price after a year passes highly recommend if you don't live in knightstown id recommend trying it out if your withing 40 min of the gym even if your a novice the guys we got at this gym be more then happy to get you on some type of routine or give pointers Tom the beast who owns the place also has programs he can make for you been going over a year now and it's been beautiful

I began taking classes at this gym one month ago when I saw an announcement about it being under new ownership. I now go to several classes a week! It's very clean and I love that it's so much closer to home than my last gym. The classes have been a ton of fun and have really helped me stay consistent. I highly recommend it for anyone ready to get moving again!

KFF is a very clean and well kept gym/fitness center. It's available 24 hours, is very secure with keypad entrance al all times and security cameras inside and out. They have equipment available to workout your entire body as well as free weights, bench and squat rack. They offer classes for spinning, yoga, zumba and more. If you're looking for a nice place close to home this is it.
