Hands down, best trainer in the area. His passion for people and the health and well being of his clients is untouched. He has taught me so much about how to make healthy swaps in food to fuel my body for workouts. His workouts are challenging but doable, personalized every time and results driven. Mike is caring, supportive and real honest when needed. My favorite quote to describe my time training with Mike is “he believed in me, before I believed in me.”

I started coming to see Mike because I have chronic lower back pain that included numbness in my feet and legs. Since starting I am so much better no numbness and have transitioned to more strength and cardio workouts by Mike. Can’t say enough good things about what Mike can do to help with health and wellness!

Today marks two months since I started training with Mike. As an aerial and flexibility coach, I am incredibly picky and discerning when it comes to trainers. Mike is phenomenal! He is truly an expert in his craft. He has a thorough understanding of anatomy. He understands the importance of good form during both stretching and workouts. He is careful to tailor each workout to what he thinks is best to focus on that day. As an added bonus, he makes the workouts fun and interesting each session. I train with him 3 times a week. It’s true, it is an investment (both physically and financially). But, who better to invest in than yourself? Trust me, Mike is worth every penny. He knows how to safely push limits…he even knows when I have a little bit more in me, even when I don’t think so. I know he is genuinely concerned about my well-being and is on this journey with me to help me achieve my strength goals. I can’t wait to see where I’m at in another 2 months. Thanks for everything Mike!

Mike was able to take care of my tennis and golf elbow very quickly. I had been dealing with the issue for years. Even went to physical therapy with one of the big names and they were not able to come close to what Mike was able to do!
I also had Mike stretch me. I gained a ton of mobility. It has also added yards to my drives without doing anything different!
10/10 would definitely recommend!

I always feel like people come into our lives for a reason! This holds true with Mike! A friend in my subdivision told me about how great he is and she has been working with him for quite sometime. So, I took the plunge and decided to dedicate some time and money to my health! Mike is so educated and helpful, motivating and kind! He actually has made these last 2 months enjoyable and has helped me complete my first goal and half way through my second goal! He always knows my end point, he’s always counting, and he is just GREAT at what he does!! I am so grateful to have found him to “guide this ride” as he says it!! I recommend him to anyone and everyone!! Thank you Mike!!

I understand the importance of maintaining mobility and strength, especially since I have gotten older. BUT! I am not a fan of working out. I don’t particularly appreciate getting sweaty and I don’t like being too sore. Mike understood my needs and concerns and created a training program tailored to my “sensitivities”, lol. Yes, I did sweat, and I was a little sore, but I feel better and stronger after every training session! Mike knows what he’s doing. If he can train someone like me, who is not a fan of working out, he can train you too!

I have always relied on Mike Lewkowicz for guidance on my personal fitness training.
I most recently added his stretching program to my regime and the results came quickly and nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for REAL RESULTS, you need to have a REAL Professional who focuses on YOU. Thats what Lewkowicz Fitness is all about. A major bang for your buck!

I've had consistent pain in my left hip and knee for several years now. I take barre on a regular basis and my muscles are always in a state of fatigue. I've gone to the chiropractor and even did physical therapy seeking relief. Nothing helped. I heard about stretching and thought it seemed silly. I mean, I can stretch at home on my own. Boy was I wrong. I made a commitment to go to Mike once a week for a month to see what it was all about. At this point I was willing to try anything. We quickly realized my left hip flexor was extremely tight. This was causing all of my left side issues. After two very intense sessions (hurts so good) I felt a million times better! I've noticed a big difference in my performance at barre. I will definitely keep going to maintain my flexibility and keep the pain away. Thanks Mike!

Yes he is my brother and he is an excellent trainer and coach. He trained my daughters travel softball team in the winter and all the girls gained strengh and speed. His knowledge of stretching is awesome too. He stretches me and has done great things for my flexiblity and golf swing. You want results, schedule a time to see him and see for yourself.

Mike is a true professional! He understands complex workouts and is able to provide you with tricks you can use for the rest of your life. You'll never feel better after one his famous stretch sessions. He is always punctual and provides the motivation needed to keep you on track to accomplish your goals. Worst of all, he is a really good guy!
