Do you sense that more is possible and want to be proactive in maintaining your health, but perhaps lack guidance, support, or accountability?
If you are struggling with: pain, stress, anxiety, digestive issues, any medical diagnosis, a sense of crisis in health, life, or relationships, or just discontent - doing something about it is possible!
My role is to support and assist in creating a path forward towards peace and/or healing using the wisdom and very specifically adapted tools of yoga (passed down through a lineage tradition.) *These techniques and principles are vastly different from mainstream yoga group classes

Whitney has been a Godsend for me. She has helped me deal with issues with my shoulders and lower back that my chiropractor and orthopedic doctor were not able to provide relief. She is caring, professional and a wonderful therapist who knows so much about not only yoga therapy, but about other health related issues that she readily offers her advice on. Would highly recommend her services to anyone dealing with chronic health issues.

I have known Whitney since 2018 as a professional colleague and have experienced her as a very caring and knowledgeable person. She has been through rigorous traIning programs through the Yoga Well Institute, and served as a teaching assistant in one of the Institute's teacher training programs. She puts together logical and well sequenced asana classes which are adapted to an individual's capacities. I highly recommend her as a yoga teacher and a yoga therapist.

Whitney is an excellent yoga instructor. She meets each person where they are and tailors the poses for their ability. She also shares a lot of helpful information about why the poses are beneficial and how they help your body’s systems. I would highly recommend Whitney for beginners to advanced yoga students!

I take weekly class and have had private yoga class with Whitney Arvin. Her technique is excellent she is very patient and knowledgeable in yoga. I have in the past been to other yoga class and Whitney's is 100 times better. Her focus on breathing and the calmness it brings is excellent. I would recommend her to anyone interested in yoga.
