This Life Time club may be smaller than some of the bigger locations nationwide, but thatβs exactly what makes it so special. It has a welcoming, small-gym vibe with an incredible sense of community. I rarely have to wait for a machine, which makes every workout smooth and stress-free.
The group classes are a true highlightβheld in a spacious studio with motivating instructors and great energy. Itβs the perfect balance of boutique feel with full-service amenities.
And if I ever want a change of pace, the larger Castle Creek location is just 15 minutes away

I'm visiting from the Denver location. This gym is so small and not even close to the LifeTime standard I've come to expect. No steam sauna and no conditioner in the women's restrooms.

We love this place! My family and I spend hours each week here! The instructors are out of this world! Laura, Bri, Madi, Cami, and Tressie have the most excellent classes! If you are looking for a challenging class, check them out! Clean equipment and locker rooms!

Placed my account on hold and was misinformed about how the cancellation process would carry through β when they charged my card over $200, all the receptionist could ask is if I knew who I spoke to close to a year agoβ¦

Terrible β charged my card over $200 after months of not being a member. When asked β the receptionist answered with βword.. Iβll have my manager give you a call.β
Unbelievable.

I was a longtime member that just quit after endless price increases. $139/month is completely ridiculous for a limited gym like this. Not one piece of new equipment in the last 13 years, no personal trainers anymore, and less cleaning than there used to be. I now pay $25/month for literally the same experience elsewhere. I don't even care about the money, it's the principle of it. Provide less value than you used to, and charge triple.

Visiting family, went as guest to Lifetime Fishers, happy to find two working rowing machines (Concept2) friendly staff and easy guest entry. Overall nice open space well set up for cardio, weights, lifting, stretching. Thank you.

Strange to me that this location is not as nice as the Castleton location. Has everything youβd expect from a gym of this caliber with one thing that stuck out to me:
There are only 2 stations available that have bumper plates, weightlifting barbells, and lifting platforms. The bumper plates, unfortunately, are extremely thick / high temp pieces and will cause unwanted oscillation when weightlifting.
General fitness population will have a good time no doubt! If youβre looking to train weightlifting or powerlifting at a commercial gym Vasa or Crunch will probably be a better option.

Most of the staff is good, but the place is going down hill. The manager Kenny is terrible yells at people, lies about upcoming equipment and my dues have doubled. Looking for a new gym now.

Great gym. Clean, with a good layout. Friendly staff. Expensive. Nothing special at this gym. My advice, save your money and join a less expensive gym. No pool, or other amenities to validate their price. And it has recently had a price increase.

So my wife and I have been members of Lifetime for almost two years now. We started at the Fisher's location and have since moved on to the Castle Creek location. We both trained with Colten Nall at Fishers and things started out fine but got awkward as his girlfriend got involved and he stopped training us and just started giving us workout routines and saying we should google the exercises if we had questions. Whole experience was strange but its whatever. But NOW we find out that Colten has been spreading the rumor through staff and regulars that he slept with my wife! What!?!? How embarrassing and how grossly unprofessional that is and worse of all how insulting to my wife. For all the money we've spent on membership and training this is just ridiculous and sick. We will be touring D1 this week and more than likely be making the switch ASAP!

Be very careful. I was charged $100.00 for two months that I never stepped foot in the place. I called to tell them about the mix up. I was told thats how it is and laughed at. You are being charged if you did not walk in and tell them. Be careful. This is like a internet scam. They want you to sign up and charge you forever without you knowing. Just be careful if you don't like you money stolen.

This place is awesome!
I train with my trainer here every week. His name is Colten Nall. His workouts for me are seriously fire! And his affordability is off the charts. Just wish he wasnβt so motivational because Iβm seriously sore ALL. THE. TIME. π
The only down side is that the one LifeTime in Castleton has more amenities that I wish were here since I come to this one more often. Also, I miss certain machines and also the layout that Castleton has. But overall Iβve gotten used to this gym and enjoy all LifeTime facilities.
I also wish the sauna was open here even if we girls have to take turns one by one.

So, I just joined Life Time Fitness at the beginning of this new year. The staff has been more than helpful going over and above to make sure Iβm welcome and have a place among everyone at the gym. Eric, the manager, helped sign me up, and he was very informative and was quick to answer any and all my questions. Not only that, he is very friendly and says hi to me by name making me feel right at home. From personal trainers, equipment, cleanliness, staff, and to all the cool amenities, I give a strong 5 stars! Proud to belong to such an amazing gym! Thank you all so much!! πβ€οΈπͺπΌ

Visiting from out of town and stopped by to work out - nice gym with equipment for seasoned weightlifters (several racks, a deadlift platform, strongman implements), those who might be more cardio focused, beginners and everyone in between. Staff was very friendly.

The best gym for fitness and bodybuilding in Fishers. Not sure that says much but a really good and clean gym. Left the Y because it was to busy.
Areas to improve on. Poor follow through. I wanted a part time job Iβm addition to my serious hospital job. The manager never had good follow through and Iβm a NASM CPT and CES. Good thing I have a day job.
On Yelp someone mentioned that the gyms take up the workout area. Iβve seen that maybe once. Iβd say trainers are a bit cocky and not friendly to regular staff. Not sure how they pick up new clients but I can tell you they arenβt maximizing their sales. They shoulda kept Jessica the front lady she knew everyone then Iβd have her introduce me to people if I was trainer! Also many of the trainers have very poor form with clients just throwing up weight. No control on the negative or top of the movement which can cause injuries. Also, no education on scapular stabilization with clients on pressing movements like incline presses.
People are starting to hog up equipment and just play with there smart phones or talk while sitting on equipment. Lifetime needs to create a rule for this ASAP working people donβt have time to wait for people being selfish with equipment playing on their phones.
Fix some equipment! Especially the standing calf machine. And get a freaking donkey calf machine. People these days are obsessed with big arms and abs. That doesnβt mean the whole gym needs to cater to that.
Just few areas to improve upon! Overall, great clean gym. Most of the time easy to get equipment unless you run into a gym hog.
Hope this helps.

Greatly appreciate Katelyn's encouragement when I joined. I could tell there was honesty amongst the personnel who work here. This place is slightly more expensive than other workout choices, but you get so much more as well. Compared to other workout centers, If you think in terms of "if i just paid $20 more i could have...", then it's a no brainer to join lifetime. If you pay $10 more, you can also attend the Castleton location which is unbelievable (indoor rock climbing at no charge). Fishers location is very clean, and has a genuine positive vibe from the workers and members doing the fitness. I would say this location is chill and full of goodness.

Neat programs available with LT bucks (though they expire).
Good selection of equipment, large and fancy locker rooms, they have free classes/events (not that I've ever been to them).
A little pricier than, say, anytime fitness.

The cancellation policy is completely absurd. I was unexpectedly sent out of the state for work during the past month, but according to their policy you must physically go in to cancel. Furthermore, you must cancel with a 30 days notice. Therefore, you are charged a prorate for the remaining days until your cancellation date.

Lifetime is simply extortionate as per the terms of their cancellation policy. I moved and tried to cancel on the phone: could not happen. Then I tried cancelling via email: nope. Finally, I stopped paying them and this is part of the email I got. "According to the Member Usage Agreement you signed upon joining the club it does state that you must physically cancel your membership in order to retire your membership and discontinue being billed. Simply canceling your billing method is not an acceptable form of cancelation no matter how often you do or do not use the club." Crystal Hostetler, the Business Administrator & Member Services Department Head apparently has no control over the policy and nor can she spell cancellation properly. Well I suppose that comes with working for a gym that has unconscionable terms in its cancellation policy. I guess her criminal justice degree from Grace College really came in handy in the end. She can recognize an injustice but do nothing about since it is corporate policy.
