I've been working with Zach for several years now. He's been patient with me as I fall away and keep coming back! I've had many knee surgeries over the years and he's excellent about customizing my training programs to accommodate my injuries and recoveries. He's encouraging, a good teacher, and I couldn't recommend him any higher!

Zach is an amazing trainer! I am not an athlete, and really dislike working out. But Zach keeps me accountable, and is very encouraging. I appreciate that he is able to keep me right in the zone of making progress without being discouragingly sore.

I have been on the fence about working with a trainer for years. Last January, I finally did it. I said I would only do a few months, but a year later I’m still going. I couldn’t be happier working with Zach. He has a well rounded knowledge of conditioning in ways that won’t overdo it while meeting those personal goals.
I had a routine of going to the gym, and overdoing it which always led to pain and downtime from working out/activities. Zach’s motivation and accountability has helped me achieve the personal fitness goals I set…and it's also helped me get my butt up out of bed bright and early before work! There’s nothing better than looking in the mirror, at 41 years old, and seeing the progress. I’m stronger and have less overall pain than I’ve had my whole life. I highly recommend him!

When I started with Zach I was close to having shoulder surgery. Physical therapy did not heal the tear in my shoulder. Zach developed a routine that completely healed my shoulder and restored full range of motion. Needless to say, I became a believer in his unique approach to fitness. He helped me learn how to make fitness a lifestyle that has put me in the best shape of my life. This includes eating healthy to achieve my ideal weight. The way he works multiple muscle groups at the same time has dramatically increased my strength, flexibility. balance and endurance. I'm very grateful for how he has impacted the quality of my life. I have worked with several different trainers over the years. Zach Lloyd is by far the best. He is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely attentive during training sessions. My favorite thing about Zach is his attention to detail and how precise he expects every movement to look. Sloppy movements are unheard of and bad form is unacceptable. I appreciate that he takes the time to model and carefully explain the proper way to do each exercise. As an elementary teacher myself, I recognize that Zach is a true teacher as he kind, but clear, with his instructions. Don’t let his silly videos fool you, he is all business in the gym. If you want a great workout, customized for YOUR goals, that produces RESULTS, go see Zach.

Zach is a rare mix of personable, professional, and competent. I’ve learned so much about nutrition and workout form since working with him that I wish I would have done this 10 years ago. Lift Life is a great for folks like me who don’t want to spend time sorting through the maze of off the shelf workout plans and diets. It saved me time and helped me reach my personal fitness goals. THE BEST. Knowledgeable, tailored not only to your needs and goals, but also to your body composition. I've been to several personal trainers in Valpo, and Zach has given me the best results as well as educating me on form, fitness, and function. Lift Life Fitness provides the encouragement, enthusiasm, and expertise required to produce results!! I have never met a more positive and knowledgable person. Zach focuses on mind, body, and nutrition.
With the help of Zach, I have achieved my goals of weight loss, increased strength, better balance, and greatly improved eating habits, with the added benefit of a more positive approach to life! Every session with Zach is challenging and never boring. Zach uses multiple methods for sessions, and does not rely on the equipment entirely. The workout is mixed up and focuses on total body strength and toning, as well as balance and flexibility. I always feel better after a workout with Zach!!
