Max Strength & Performance offers comprehensive strength training programs and 1-on-1 personal training in the Indianapolis area. MSP has a goal-oriented approach that allows you to accomplish personal goals such as weight loss, injury prevention, mental development, and/or sports performance. Our main objective is to promote a healthier lifestyle while tailoring to your personal growth and development.

I have nothing but great things to say about Max Performance Gym! Sammy and Mike are amazing, and personable and friendly everytime I see them. I have been doing personal training with Sammy and he goes above and beyond with nutrition guidance, weekly check in's, and keeping me accountable (while also being patient with me!). Plenty of machines and weights and the vibe that makes you want to keep coming back!! Keep doing what your doing guys. So happy you all are in Franklin! 😊

MSP is a gym that has something for everyone. In my almost 2 years there I have done a gym membership, group class, and am coming up on a year of personal training. MSP has always felt like a safe and welcoming space. Mike and Sammy are extremely knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. They figure out what your goals are and personalize a plan for you. MSP feels like being a part of a family. Everyone is welcome, no one is judged, and we celebrate and push each other. You won’t find a better gym!

I started the group classes after my husband went and enjoyed it so much. MSP is a gym that welcomes any human looking to better themselves and because of that- you won’t feel out of place or discouraged by working on your wellness here! Sammy and Mike are easy to talk to about goals and sensitive topics that may surround those goals and they genuinely care about the work they do and their clients. My husband and I have never been true β€œgym-goers” until we found MSP and now we’ve upgraded our membership for the new year to work harder towards our goals! MSP is the best, by far!

Sammy is very good at his job. From July to October I lost 12 pounds and went from 23 percent body fat to 13.7 percent. I was out of shape, out of breath, and out of motivation to work out due to arthritis. Sammy created a plan to help me achieve my goals and stay injury-free. I'm 52 years old and I look and feel the best I've ever felt in my entire life. I didn't know that was possible, but Sammy did. Best money I ever spent. What's more important than your health?

After sustaining injuries with crossfit and a previous career, I decided to make changes so I could continue to enjoy lifting. I had to find another gym due to moving and came across Max Strength performance. I first met with Mike, and I was very unsure how I would do outside of a crossfit community. But I decided to give it a try. Within the first 10 weeks, I have passed all of my previous PR's and cleaned up my lifts. I am physically and mentally stronger and feel great. Mike is there everyday and checks in with me to see how I'm doing. He is easy to brainstorm with when I feel something in my lift that needs improving. He is very knowledgeable in improving the lift through strengthening each movement and building off of it. My old injuries have improved since working with him. I would recommend Max Strength and Performance to anyone at any age.
