Only complaint is they need a real speed bag platform. The plywood platform is jenky. I beat the screws out every time I use it. So frustrating to be limited by the equipment.

Nice and clean place. Staff is helpful with machines. They have wide range of equipment, free weights, sauna and tanning beds. They also take silver snickers.

I’ve spent a lot of time at MBS and it’s always been a great place to workout! The owners are friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable. They are constantly upgrading and trying to stay on top of their equipment to accommodate their members. The classes are also always a blast. Definitely recommend.

Ever since I have walked in the door to MBS Fitness I knew it be my forever home. I was greeted, with my best intentions at heart from Shannon Hoekman and staff. They actually care to help and not just say it like a lot of places do!!! It's beautiful on the inside and I love the equipment. I have been there for awhile now and I love it!!! They still have my best interests at heart even after being there so long. I feel blessed that god led me to this place and very thankful for them.
