My son has been training with Matt for about 8 months & he absolutely loves it! Matt is a great mentor. He is knowledgeable, encouraging & supportive, which makes it great for teens that have lower confidence levels to be comfortable & grow in this type of environment. From an athletic developmental standpoint, Matt is an Fantastic S&C coach, as he is able to understand the variability of sports demands and synthesize that information into an effective Strength and Conditioning program that has given me considerable results, and confidence in my sport of practice, fencing. Additionally, an effective Weightlifting expert who has taken me from incompetent weightlifter to someone who feels excited to snatch and clean with good form in a relatively short time period. I'm excited to continue working with him, as now it seems my strength goals are finally attainable with his guidance.

I’ve trained under several coaches in the last 3-4 years but Methods Weightlifting has been helped me the most in the last 8 weeks love the programming. Hit some numbers I’ve never thought I can hit and coach matt is always quick to message back and give me some great advice on my lifts. He’s a great online coach and I’m sure he’s even better in person. Glad I joined the team only regret is I wish I joined earlier in my WL journey.
