First I would like to say that I did have two of my children attend this program. When I signed my son up he got ill and was unable to attend the program. I email, talked to Lynn via text, filled out the form for a refund due to an illness. I did this at the beginning of last month. After being told I would receive the refund within 3-5 day I am still waiting and now receive no information. I will not be returning. I will be calling again today to try and get some kind of update.

Well we are still waiting for a refund and now you took $300 for another 6 week program. First off we have called and texted with no response. This is 100 percent not even close to right.

Mind Over Matter provided me the motivation jump start to get back into fitness as well as focus on my health through nutrition as well. Steve is amazing and truly cares about everyones journey. I recommend both the personal training and classes, which both have unique benefits depending on if you like group training vs. individualized. Very happy I found Mind Over Matter Fitness a year ago!

Steve has been an excellent coach for me. I’m the kind of person that appreciates the science behind my training and nutrition decisions, and Steve has gone above and beyond to explain my workouts and diet in order for me to maximize my efforts and be most efficient with my time. I’m writing this about 1 year in to my training and I have naturally put on 10lbs of muscle. I plan to consult Steve all the way through achieving my goals, and I’m very happy with my progress. I would recommend him to anyone. 5/5

Joining Mind Over Matter Fitness has been fabulous for me. Since joining, I can tell my body moves better and is stronger. I have more energy. The HIIT workouts are efficient and effective. I enjoy the variety of the workouts as no two workouts are the same. Steve and Alex are great to work with. They are personable, encouraging, knowledgeable and do a super job of personalizing the workouts to fit my abilities. When I was out of town on vacation for a week, Steve laid out a workout plan for me to follow while on vacation which is an example of his commitment to helping me on my fitness journey. I have nothing but positive things to say about Mind Over Matter Fitness.

I have loved every workout at M2! The coaches are diligent in explaining the correct way to do movements and exercises, they also have multiple variations of the exercise so no matter your level of fitness they have a plan for you. Steve and Alex really put their best work into the programs, the facility, and their athletes. I am thankful to be apart of the M2 Family!

I had the opportunity to visit Mind Over Matter when they were just getting started. They have a wonderful fully functional space and passionate staff. One of the things that sets them apart is their passion for scientifically backed training practices. Steve, their sports performance director, will always welcome you with positive energy. Mind over Matter Fitness has truly changed the way I view working out, and I can't imagine myself going back to large franchised gyms moving forward. Here, you get small group personalized training at nearly every session and truly feel like both Alex and Steve want to understand your fitness goals and help you reach them every time you come to the gym. I can't say enough positive things, but believe that this place has helped me rediscover my love and passion for working out.

I highly recommend Mind over Matter Fitness with Steve Christopher as my personal trainer. Steve is a lot of fun to work with and makes my time in the gym enjoyable. Most importantly, as an older man who hasn’t worked out seriously in a few years, I was concerned with injuries. Steve uses a scientific approach along with knowledge that comes from experience. He’s able to modify my training exercises to reduce the risk of injury without sacrificing gains. I’ve been training with Steve for a little over a month and I am very pleased with the progress I have made in my overall fitness and wellbeing.

I arrived with no expectations as I had never been to a gym that was small groups and personalized training. What I experienced was really wonderful. I was only there a short time because of outside problems with elder care. However, the strides I made where amazing thanks in no small part to the trainer , Steve. He really helped me advance in the areas that I needed to work. His attention to my concerns about fitness were fabulous and his explanation of what he was having me do and why, were especially helpful. I highly recommend this place it is definitely worth the price and the effort you will expend. They make working out fun and informative. I can hardly wait to return when my situation allows

Working with Steve Christopher has been the perfect way to get back into strength training after a long time out of the gym. I love that he always explains how a certain exercise works each muscle group and gives great cues to ensure proper form. Steve checks in on how each rotation feels for every member of the class so that he can make modifications as needed without ever letting you off the hook for hard work and effort. The M2 gym is large, clean and well-equipped, which makes it easy for Steve to mix up the routine every session to keep it fresh but familiar enough that you know you’re making progress every time. Maybe most importantly, he keeps it light and fun which is key for those of us who are still working on building a regular gym habit. I would be remiss not to add that Alex is a great addition to the team. Not only is she an exemplar of how fitness is a lifestyle choice, she creates great workouts and is very encouraging. But be warned, she really likes ab exercises!

My daughter has been training with Steve for 8 weeks now. Steve has incorporated some of the latest techniques and made them effective and fun for my 11 yr. old. We have really seen a difference in her lateral quickness, coordination, and overall speed. Our goal was to become quicker to the ball and more stable and confident with all changes in direction when it comes to the softball field. With Steve and his training methods, we are well on our way to our goal. I highly recommend checking his program out.
