The soccer field is amazing, but the tiny steel bleachers are a joke. The net blocks your view a bit if you sit on ground level, and getting upstairs is a bit tricky. We were told you can’t bring in outside food, but I have kids with allergies who can’t eat what’s offered at the concession stand. Contacting anyone with questions is a joke and no one gets back to you. The facility is beautiful with lots to offer, but the customer service is really lacking.

Parking was horrible, staff was incredibly rude, and security was incredibly unhelpful. We were told no coolers but our bag was ok by security guard #1. After we walked back to our car to return the cooler, security guard #2 told us another story. Meanwhile, we are watching COUNTLESS people walk through with bags and backpack coolers. We returned the bag to our car and grabbed an apple and gatorade for our athlete. Upon entering and incredibly rude employee literally proceeded to get in my face and yell at me about the apple and gatorade. I explained it was for my athlete, who by the way cannot eat the processed junk they sell at concessions, however that did NOT matter and I was told to return that to my car and she can eat from concessions. We did NOT feed out athlete, who was there for hours playing in a volleyball tournament because had she eaten that junk, she would have gotten ill. MEANWHILE, there were COUNTLESS people with bags, coolers, Starbucks, etc strolling around the facility. The behavior of this staff member was horrid. There was no reason for her to get in my face about an APPLE, literally an apple. Yes, my husband lost his cool, however after the third time trying to enter the facility, and getting THREE answers and the run-around enough was enough. We have never encountered such rude behaviors at any of the tournaments we have attended over the past few years.

3 stars because there was nothing posted on their website about not allowing outside food or water, or coolers, or no chairs. Nothing is listed on their website about what food they have or what the prices are, and 3.75 for a bottle of water is ridiculous. One of the breakfast sandwiches is 5$, and they are Jimny Dean's. We all know those things are like a dollar at the most, and they just get microwaved. Also, there was trash everywhere and not a single worker picking anything up until the end of the night. A bottle or something spilled on the floor, and not a single person came up to clean it for over 3 hours until a parent went and cleaned it themselves. The facility was nice and had tons of potential, just failed to deliver. I will say the enormous amount of parking available was awesome!

This place is amazing. We went for a volleyball tournament for my daughter and were amazed at the size. When a large event is going on, the parking can be a little crazy, but they had police at the entrance to the lots to help keep traffic moving.

The inside of this facility is clean and nice. Bathrooms looked and smelled clean.

Parking is horrible. People had to park in the grass. Watched a family get stuck in the mud and many people were trying to help them get unstuck. Police had to navigate traffic, took over 15 minutes to even get to the entrance and another 15 just to get up to the building. Facility is nice, but the organization of this place was not smooth.

Beautiful facility, attended for a basketball tourney and no parking issues nor did it feel overcrowded. Food options are not what athletes should be consuming glad we took care of that in our own. We also brought our own water to refill waterbottles with as they have no bottle filling station. Bathrooms are large, however a haul from the courts on the other side of the building. The staff were efficient with closing down and cleaning courts as the tournament wrapped up and setting them up for volleyball.

This place is FIRST CLASS. We attended this weekend for a Volleyball Tournament. It is a brand new, beautiful facility. Great parking, great concessions, very organized. This place was built for youth sports and it shows. By far - this is the best facility that we’ve played in. There is nothing like this in Fort Wayne. Even the bathrooms were spotless. They also serve beer and seltzers which was a nice plus. Thank you for hosting us - we had a great experience!!

Marking is a huge mess, it can take 30+ minutes to just park. Seating is a battle, never enough seats. Difficult to move between volleyball courts due to over crowing and a lack of planning on space needed.

If you want something to eat LEAVE! They do not take cash and a box of popcorn is almost $5. The service is insanely slow.

Miss the days of traveling to different schools for NIVA. This is not a well designed and run facility.

While it sounds like the inaugural volleyball tournament in this facility got off to a rocky start due to a lot of parking space issues, I am happy to report nothing but a great experience this past weekend at the second volleyball tournament of the season. Additional parking spaces were created and available this weekend and there was no evidence of any difficulties in finding a spot, even with a packed house. This place is impressive and a much needed place to enjoy youth and recreational sports. It was clean, spacious, and full of energy! The concession stand offers mostly typical fare, but there's also a Bar Louie's vendor cart, as well as a Kona Ice inside the facility. More of a coffee lover? There's a coffee truck right by the entrance, which was perfect for the very cold weekend we were experiencing. I don't want people to be put off by the negative reviews the fieldhouse received on its opening weekend for volleyball season because like all of us, sometimes no matter how much we think we are prepared to host a crowd, it may not go off without a hitch the first time. So here's hoping some will show a little grace because after traveling to multiple tournament venues, I can tell you this is one of the finest I've seen.

Parking situation is an accident waiting to happen. cars parked anywhere and everywhere, even in the driving lanes...people got stuck in the cornfield because they had to make their own parking spots. zero law enforcement with that many people in one area as well. crazy. you would think with it being a new facility, theyd be able to make it as big as they want....

Let me say this, the facility in general is great. We were there for NIVA and the building was nice, great options for food/snacks, it was well organized and generally easy to navigate. The TWO things that make me dread coming back and I know there's a lot more feeling this way. #1 the parking lot - you have better luck beating Thanos without the avengers than you do finding a parking spot in the afternoon. Once people can't find a parking spot they start parking wherever they want, literally WHEREVER THEY WANT! People were parking on the sidewalk, in the roundabout, in the driving lanes of the actual parking lot so now people can't drive through the lane. I even seen a guy park his Chevy in the levy and it wasn't even dry.

Now onto #2 it is nowhere near as bad as eye gauging, hair pulling, Steel chair throwing, table slamming no holds barred match of finding a parking spot but it is a good runner up and that is.......the seating. So you can't BYOC and be comfy for 6 hours NO! instead sit on the 3 row tin bleachers or on the 1994 elementary chair that has a weight capacity of 4 pounds. If you need to go to the restroom or grab a snack no problem! Just walk through (Bob and weave) 500 people standing in the ONLY walkway that connects you to the outside world!
